1 Dies sind die Wanderzüge der Kinder Israels, die unter Mose und Aaron nach ihren Heerscharen aus dem Land Ägypten gezogen sind. (2Mo 12,41; 2Mo 12,51; Ps 77,21; Mi 6,4) 2 Und Mose schrieb ihren Auszug und ihre Tagereisen auf Befehl des HERRN nieder. Folgendes sind ihre Aufbrüche nach ihren Wanderzügen: (Ps 56,9; Jes 63,11) 3 Sie brachen auf von Ramses im ersten Monat, am fünfzehnten Tag des ersten Monats; am Tag nach dem Passah zogen die Kinder Israels aus durch höhere Hand, vor den Augen aller Ägypter, (2Mo 12,2; 2Mo 12,6; 2Mo 12,11; 2Mo 12,37; 2Mo 14,8) 4 während die Ägypter diejenigen begruben, welche der HERR unter ihnen geschlagen hatte, nämlich alle Erstgeborenen; denn der HERR hatte an ihren Göttern Gericht geübt. (2Mo 7,17; 2Mo 12,12; 2Mo 12,29; 2Mo 18,11; Jes 19,1) 5 Und die Kinder Israels brachen auf von Ramses und lagerten sich in Sukkot. (2Mo 12,37) 6 Und sie brachen auf von Sukkot und lagerten sich in Etam, das am Rand der Wüste liegt. (2Mo 13,20) 7 Von Etam brachen sie auf und wandten sich nach Pi-Hachirot, das vor Baal-Zephon liegt, und lagerten sich vor Migdol. (2Mo 14,2; 2Mo 14,9) 8 Von Pi-Hachirot brachen sie auf und gingen mitten durch das Meer in die Wüste, und reisten drei Tagereisen weit in die Wüste Etam und lagerten sich bei Mara. (2Mo 14,9; 2Mo 14,22; 2Mo 14,29; 2Mo 15,22) 9 Von Mara brachen sie auf und kamen nach Elim; und in Elim waren 12 Wasserquellen und 70 Palmen, und sie lagerten sich dort. (2Mo 15,27) 10 Von Elim brachen sie auf und lagerten sich am Roten Meer. (2Mo 16,1) 11 Vom Roten Meer brachen sie auf und lagerten sich in der Wüste Sin. (2Mo 17,1) 12 Von der Wüste Sin brachen sie auf und lagerten sich in Dophka. 13 Von Dophka brachen sie auf und lagerten sich in Alusch. 14 Von Alusch brachen sie auf und lagerten sich in Rephidim; dort hatte das Volk kein Wasser zu trinken. (2Mo 17,1) 15 Von Rephidim brachen sie auf und lagerten sich in der Wüste Sinai. (2Mo 19,1) 16 Von der Wüste Sinai brachen sie auf und lagerten sich bei den Lustgräbern. (4Mo 10,11; 4Mo 11,34; 4Mo 33,17; 5Mo 9,22) 17 Von den Lustgräbern brachen sie auf und lagerten sich in Hazeroth. (4Mo 11,35) 18 Von Hazeroth brachen sie auf und lagerten sich in Rithma. (4Mo 12,16) 19 Von Rithma brachen sie auf und lagerten sich in Rimmon-Perez. (Jos 15,32; Jos 19,6) 20 Von Rimmon-Perez brachen sie auf und lagerten sich in Libna. 21 Von Libna brachen sie auf und lagerten sich in Rissa. 22 Von Rissa brachen sie auf und lagerten sich in Kahelatha. 23 Von Kahelatha brachen sie auf und lagerten sich am Berg Schapher. 24 Vom Berg Schapher brachen sie auf und lagerten sich in Harada. 25 Von Harada brachen sie auf und lagerten sich in Makheloth. 26 Von Makheloth brachen sie auf und lagerten sich in Tachath. 27 Von Tachath brachen sie auf und lagerten sich in Tharach. 28 Von Tharach brachen sie auf und lagerten sich in Mithka. 29 Von Mithka brachen sie auf und lagerten sich in Haschmona. 30 Von Haschmona brachen sie auf und lagerten sich in Moserot. (5Mo 10,6) 31 Von Moserot brachen sie auf und lagerten sich in Bne-Jaakan. (5Mo 10,6) 32 Von Bne-Jaakan brachen sie auf und lagerten sich in Hor-Hagidgad. (5Mo 10,7) 33 Von Hor-Hagidgad brachen sie auf und lagerten sich in Jothbatha. (5Mo 10,7) 34 Von Jothbatha brachen sie auf und lagerten sich in Abrona. 35 Von Abrona brachen sie auf und lagerten sich in Ezjon-Geber. (5Mo 2,8; 1Kön 9,26; 1Kön 22,49) 36 Von Ezjon-Geber brachen sie auf und lagerten sich in der Wüste Zin, das ist in Kadesch. (4Mo 20,1) 37 Von Kadesch brachen sie auf und lagerten sich am Berg Hor, an der Grenze des Landes Edom. (4Mo 20,22; 5Mo 2,14) 38 Da ging Aaron, der Priester, auf den Berg Hor, nach dem Befehl des HERRN, und er starb dort im vierzigsten Jahr nach dem Auszug der Kinder Israels aus dem Land Ägypten, am ersten Tag des fünften Monats. (4Mo 20,24; 5Mo 10,6; 5Mo 32,50) 39 Und Aaron war 123 Jahre alt, als er auf dem Berg Hor starb. (2Mo 7,7) 40 Da hörte der Kanaaniter, der König von Arad, der im Süden des Landes Kanaan wohnte, dass die Kinder Israels heranrückten. (4Mo 21,1) 41 Und sie brachen auf von dem Berg Hor und lagerten sich in Zalmona. (4Mo 21,4) 42 Von Zalmona brachen sie auf und lagerten sich in Punon. 43 Von Punon brachen sie auf und lagerten sich in Obot. (4Mo 21,10) 44 Von Obot brachen sie auf und lagerten sich in Ijje-Abarim, an der Grenze von Moab. (4Mo 21,11) 45 Von Ijjim brachen sie auf und lagerten sich in Dibon-Gad. (4Mo 32,34) 46 Von Dibon-Gad brachen sie auf und lagerten sich in Almon-Diblataim. (Jer 48,22; Hes 6,14) 47 Von Almon-Diblataim brachen sie auf und lagerten sich am Bergland Abarim, vor dem Nebo. (5Mo 32,49; 5Mo 34,1) 48 Vom Bergland Abarim brachen sie auf und lagerten sich in den Ebenen Moabs am Jordan, gegenüber von Jericho. (4Mo 22,1) 49 Sie lagerten sich aber am Jordan, von Beth-Jesimot bis nach Abel-Sittim, in den Ebenen Moabs. (4Mo 25,1; Jos 2,1; Jos 13,20; Hes 25,9; Joe 4,18) 50 Und der HERR redete zu Mose in den Ebenen Moabs am Jordan, Jericho gegenüber, und sprach: 51 Rede zu den Kindern Israels und sprich zu ihnen: Wenn ihr über den Jordan in das Land Kanaan gekommen seid, (5Mo 9,1; Jos 3,17) 52 so sollt ihr alle Einwohner des Landes vor eurem Angesicht vertreiben und alle ihre Bildsäulen zerstören; auch alle ihre gegossenen Bilder sollt ihr vernichten und alle ihre Höhen verwüsten; (2Mo 23,24; 2Mo 23,33; 2Mo 34,13; 5Mo 7,2; 5Mo 7,5; 5Mo 12,3) 53 und ihr sollt das Land in Besitz nehmen und darin wohnen; denn euch habe ich das Land gegeben, damit ihr es in Besitz nehmt. (5Mo 11,31; Jos 21,43) 54 Und ihr sollt das Land durchs Los als Erbbesitz empfangen, nach euren Geschlechtern. Den Zahlreichen sollt ihr ein größeres Erbteil geben, den Kleinen ein kleineres; wohin jedem das Los fällt, das soll ihm gehören; nach den Stämmen eurer Väter sollt ihr erben. (4Mo 26,53; Jos 14,1) 55 Wenn ihr aber die Einwohner des Landes nicht vor eurem Angesicht vertreiben werdet, so sollen euch die, welche ihr übrig bleiben lasst, zu Dornen werden in euren Augen und zu Stacheln in euren Seiten, und sie sollen euch bedrängen in dem Land, in dem ihr wohnt. (Jos 23,13; Ri 2,3; Ps 106,34) 56 So wird es dann geschehen, dass ich an euch so handeln werde, wie ich an ihnen zu handeln gedachte! (3Mo 18,28; Jos 23,16)

1 These are the stages of the people of Israel, when they went out of the land of Egypt by their companies under the leadership of Moses and Aaron. 2 Moses wrote down their starting places, stage by stage, by command of the Lord, and these are their stages according to their starting places. (4Mo 9,17) 3 They set out from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month. On the day after the Passover, the people of Israel went out triumphantly in the sight of all the Egyptians, (2Mo 12,2; 2Mo 12,37; 2Mo 13,4; 2Mo 14,8) 4 while the Egyptians were burying all their firstborn, whom the Lord had struck down among them. On their gods also the Lord executed judgments. (2Mo 12,12; 2Mo 12,29; Jes 19,1) 5 So the people of Israel set out from Rameses and camped at Succoth. (2Mo 12,37) 6 And they set out from Succoth and camped at Etham, which is on the edge of the wilderness. (2Mo 13,20) 7 And they set out from Etham and turned back to Pi-hahiroth, which is east of Baal-zephon, and they camped before Migdol. (2Mo 14,2; 2Mo 14,9) 8 And they set out from before Hahiroth[1] and passed through the midst of the sea into the wilderness, and they went a three days’ journey in the wilderness of Etham and camped at Marah. (5Mo 10,6) 32 And they set out from Bene-jaakan and camped at Hor-haggidgad. (5Mo 10,7) 33 And they set out from Hor-haggidgad and camped at Jotbathah. (4Mo 33,32) 34 And they set out from Jotbathah and camped at Abronah. 35 And they set out from Abronah and camped at Ezion-geber. (5Mo 2,8; 1Kön 9,26; 1Kön 22,48; 2Chr 8,17) 36 And they set out from Ezion-geber and camped in the wilderness of Zin (that is, Kadesh). (4Mo 20,1; 4Mo 27,14) 37 And they set out from Kadesh and camped at Mount Hor, on the edge of the land of Edom. (4Mo 20,1; 4Mo 20,14; 4Mo 20,22; 4Mo 20,23; 4Mo 21,4; 4Mo 34,7) 38 And Aaron the priest went up Mount Hor at the command of the Lord and died there, in the fortieth year after the people of Israel had come out of the land of Egypt, on the first day of the fifth month. (4Mo 20,25; 5Mo 10,6; 5Mo 32,50) 39 And Aaron was 123 years old when he died on Mount Hor. (2Mo 7,7) 40 And the Canaanite, the king of Arad, who lived in the Negeb in the land of Canaan, heard of the coming of the people of Israel. (4Mo 21,1) 41 And they set out from Mount Hor and camped at Zalmonah. 42 And they set out from Zalmonah and camped at Punon. 43 And they set out from Punon and camped at Oboth. (4Mo 21,10) 44 And they set out from Oboth and camped at Iye-abarim, in the territory of Moab. (4Mo 21,11) 45 And they set out from Iyim and camped at Dibon-gad. (4Mo 21,30; 4Mo 32,34) 46 And they set out from Dibon-gad and camped at Almon-diblathaim. 47 And they set out from Almon-diblathaim and camped in the mountains of Abarim, before Nebo. (5Mo 32,49) 48 And they set out from the mountains of Abarim and camped in the plains of Moab by the Jordan at Jericho; (4Mo 22,1) 49 they camped by the Jordan from Beth-jeshimoth as far as Abel-shittim in the plains of Moab. (4Mo 25,1) 50 And the Lord spoke to Moses in the plains of Moab by the Jordan at Jericho, saying, 51 “Speak to the people of Israel and say to them, When you pass over the Jordan into the land of Canaan, (5Mo 9,1; Jos 3,17) 52 then you shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you and destroy all their figured stones and destroy all their metal images and demolish all their high places. (2Mo 23,24; 2Mo 23,33; 2Mo 34,13; 3Mo 26,1; 4Mo 32,21; 5Mo 7,2; 5Mo 7,5; 5Mo 12,3) 53 And you shall take possession of the land and settle in it, for I have given the land to you to possess it. 54 You shall inherit the land by lot according to your clans. To a large tribe you shall give a large inheritance, and to a small tribe you shall give a small inheritance. Wherever the lot falls for anyone, that shall be his. According to the tribes of your fathers you shall inherit. (4Mo 26,53; 4Mo 26,54; 4Mo 26,55; 4Mo 35,8) 55 But if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you, then those of them whom you let remain shall be as barbs in your eyes and thorns in your sides, and they shall trouble you in the land where you dwell.
