1 To the choirmaster. Of the Sons of Korah. According to Alamoth.[1] A Song. God is our refuge and strength, a very present[2] help in trouble. (Yas 4:7; 1 Ta 15:20; Mez 9:9; Mez 14:6; Mez 42:1; Mez 145:18) 2 Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way, though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea, (Mez 18:7; Hez 27:26) 3 though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble at its swelling. (Mez 93:3; Yer 5:22) 4 There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy habitation of the Most High.
