(Ge 22:1; Ps 5:5; Jas 1:12)6Let him rain coals on the wicked; fire and sulfur and a scorching wind shall be the portion of their cup. 1În DOMNUL mă adăpostesc! Cum puteți spune sufletului meu: „Fugi la muntele vostru, ca o pasăre“?2Iată, cei răi își încordează arcul, își potrivesc săgeata pe coardă, ca să‑i țintească pe întuneric pe cei cu inima dreaptă.3Când temeliile se surpă, ce mai poate face cel drept?4DOMNUL este în Templul Său cel sfânt, DOMNUL este pe tronul Lui din ceruri. Ochii Lui privesc și pleoapele Lui îi cercetează pe fiii omului.5DOMNUL îl cercetează pe cel drept, dar sufletul Lui îi urăște pe cel rău și pe cel ce iubește violența.[1]6Peste cei răi va face să plouă cu lațuri[2], foc și sulf; un vânt dogoritor este cupa de care au parte.7Căci DOMNUL este drept, iubește dreptatea, iar cei drepți vor privi fața Lui.
