Let Us Sing Songs of Praise

1 Oh come, let us sing to the LORD; let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation! (Ps 66:1; Ps 89:26; Ps 94:22) 2 Let us come into his presence with thanksgiving; let us make a joyful noise to him with songs of praise! Ruf zu Anbetung und Gehorsam

1 Kommt herzu, lasst uns dem HERRN frohlocken und jauchzen dem Hort unsres Heils! 2 Lasst uns mit Danken vor sein Angesicht kommen und mit Psalmen ihm jauchzen! 3 Denn der HERR ist ein großer Gott und ein großer König über alle Götter. (Ex 15:11) 4 Denn in seiner Hand sind die Tiefen der Erde, und die Höhen der Berge sind auch sein. 5 Denn sein ist das Meer, und er hat’s gemacht, und seine Hände haben das Trockene bereitet. 6 Kommt, lasst uns anbeten und knien und niederfallen vor dem HERRN, der uns gemacht hat. 7 Denn er ist unser Gott und wir das Volk seiner Weide und Schafe seiner Hand. Wenn ihr doch heute auf seine Stimme hören wolltet: (Ps 100:3; Joh 10:27) 8 »Verstocket euer Herz nicht, wie zu Meriba geschah, wie zu Massa in der Wüste, (Heb 3:7; Heb 4:7) 9 wo mich eure Väter versuchten und prüften und hatten doch mein Werk gesehen. (Ex 17:2; Ex 17:7) 10 Vierzig Jahre war dies Volk mir zuwider, dass ich sprach: / Es sind Leute, deren Herz immer den Irrweg will und die meine Wege nicht lernen wollen, 11 sodass ich schwor in meinem Zorn: Sie sollen nicht zu meiner Ruhe kommen.« (Nu 14:22; Heb 4:3)

1 Venite, cantiamo con gioia al Signore, acclamiamo alla Rocca della nostra salvezza! 2 Presentiamoci a lui con lodi, celebriamolo con salmi! 3 Poiché il Signore è un Dio grande, un gran Re sopra tutti gli dèi. 4 Nelle sue mani sono le profondità della terra, e le altezze dei monti sono sue. 5 Suo è il mare, perché egli l’ha fatto e le sue mani hanno plasmato la terra asciutta. 6 Venite, adoriamo e inchiniamoci, inginocchiamoci davanti al Signore che ci ha fatti. 7 Poiché egli è il nostro Dio, e noi siamo il popolo di cui ha cura e il gregge che la sua mano conduce. 8 Oggi, se udite la sua voce, non indurite il vostro cuore come a Meriba, come nel giorno di Massa nel deserto, 9 quando i vostri padri mi tentarono, mi misero alla prova sebbene avessero visto le mie opere. 10 Quarant’anni ebbi in disgusto quella generazione e dissi: «È un popolo dal cuore traviato; essi non conoscono le mie vie». 11 Perciò giurai nella mia ira: «Non entreranno nel mio riposo!»
