1 Kommt, lasst uns dem HERRN zujubeln, lasst uns zujauchzen dem Fels unseres Heils[1]! (Ps 18,47) 2 Lasst uns vor sein Angesicht treten mit Dank! Lasst uns mit Psalmen ihm zujauchzen! (Ps 100,2) 3 Denn ein großer Gott ist der HERR, ein großer König über alle Götter. (5Mo 7,21; Neh 8,6; Ps 47,3; Ps 86,8; Ps 96,4; Ps 97,9; Ps 104,1) 4 In seiner Hand sind die Tiefen der Erde, und die Höhen der Berge sind ⟨auch⟩ sein. (Ps 71,20) 5 Sein ist das Meer; er hat es ja gemacht, und das Trockene, seine Hände haben es gebildet. (1Mo 1,9; Jon 1,9; Apg 4,24; Offb 14,7) 6 Kommt, lasst uns anbeten und uns neigen, lasst uns niederknien vor dem HERRN, der uns gemacht hat! (Ps 100,3; Ps 119,73; Ps 139,13; Jes 44,2; Jes 64,7; Eph 3,14) 7 Denn er ist unser Gott, und wir sind das Volk seiner Weide und die Herde seiner Hand. Heute, wenn ihr seine Stimme hört, (Ps 48,15; Ps 74,1; Hebr 3,7) 8 verhärtet euer Herz nicht, wie zu Meriba, wie am Tag von Massa in der Wüste, 9 wo eure Väter mich auf die Probe stellten, mich prüften, obwohl sie mein Werk gesehen hatten. (5Mo 6,16) 10 Vierzig Jahre empfand ich Ekel vor ⟨diesem⟩ Geschlecht[2], und ich sprach: Ein Volk irrenden Herzens sind sie, und sie haben meine Wege nicht erkannt. (Hi 21,14; Mt 22,29; Lk 11,29) 11 Darum schwor ich in meinem Zorn:[3] Sie sollen nicht in meine Ruhe eingehen[4].

1 Oh come, let us sing to the Lord; let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation! (Ps 66,1; Ps 89,26; Ps 94,22) 2 Let us come into his presence with thanksgiving; let us make a joyful noise to him with songs of praise! (Ps 95,1; Mi 6,6) 3 For the Lord is a great God, and a great King above all gods. (2Chr 2,5; Ps 86,8; Ps 93,4; Ps 96,4; Ps 97,9; Ps 135,5) 4 In his hand are the depths of the earth; the heights of the mountains are his also. 5 The sea is his, for he made it, and his hands formed the dry land. (1Mo 1,9; Jon 1,9) 6 Oh come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker!
