1 你們做官長的主持公道嗎? 你們的審判公正嗎?2 不,你們心中圖謀不義, 你們在地上行兇作惡。3 惡人生下來就步入歧途, 一出母胎就離開正道, 謊話連篇。4 他們像噴出毒液的毒蛇, 又像耳聾的眼鏡蛇,5 任法師的邪術再高超, 也聽不見他的咒語。6 上帝啊,求你敲碎他們的牙齒; 耶和華啊, 求你拔掉這些猛獅的利齒。7 願他們如流水逝去, 願他們彎弓搭箭時箭頭折斷。8 願他們像蝸牛一樣溶為爛泥, 又如流產的胎兒不見天日。9 刹那間, 荊棘還沒有把鍋燒熱的工夫, 上帝必除滅他們。10 義人必因惡人遭報而歡欣, 並用惡人的血洗腳。11 這樣,人們必說: 「義人終有善報, 確實有一位審判天下的上帝。」

1 To the choirmaster: according to Do Not Destroy. A Miktam[1] of David. Do you indeed decree what is right, you gods?[2] Do you judge the children of man uprightly? (诗16:1; 诗57:1)2 No, in your hearts you devise wrongs; your hands deal out violence on earth. (诗94:20)3 The wicked are estranged from the womb; they go astray from birth, speaking lies. (诗51:5; 赛48:8)4 They have venom like the venom of a serpent, like the deaf adder that stops its ear, (申32:33; 诗140:3)5 so that it does not hear the voice of charmers or of the cunning enchanter. (耶8:17)6 O God, break the teeth in their mouths; tear out the fangs of the young lions, O Lord! (伯4:10; 伯29:17; 诗3:7)7 Let them vanish like water that runs away; when he aims his arrows, let them be blunted. (书7:5; 诗64:3; 诗112:10)8 Let them be like the snail that dissolves into slime, like the stillborn child who never sees the sun.
