1 上帝是我们的避难所， 是我们的力量， 是我们患难中随时的帮助。 2 因此，任大地震动， 群山沉入深海； 3 任海涛汹涌澎湃， 群山摇撼颤抖， 我们也不惧怕。（细拉） 4 有一条河给上帝的城——至高者的圣所带来喜乐。 5 上帝住在城里， 城必屹立不倒。 天一亮，上帝必帮助这城。 6 列邦动荡，列国倾覆。 上帝的声音使大地熔化。 7 万军之耶和华与我们同在， 雅各的上帝是我们的堡垒。（细拉） 8 来看耶和华的作为吧！ 祂使大地荒凉。 9 祂平息天下的战争， 祂断弓、折枪、烧毁盾牌。 10 祂说：“要安静， 要知道我是上帝， 我必在列国受尊崇， 在普世受尊崇。” 11 万军之耶和华与我们同在， 雅各的上帝是我们的堡垒。

1 To the choirmaster. Of the Sons of Korah. According to Alamoth.[1] A Song. God is our refuge and strength, a very present[2] help in trouble. (申4:7; 代上15:20; 诗9:9; 诗14:6; 诗42:1; 诗145:18) 2 Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way, though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea, (诗18:7; 结27:26) 3 though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble at its swelling. (诗93:3; 耶5:22) 4 There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy habitation of the Most High. (诗36:8; 诗43:3; 诗48:1; 诗65:9; 诗84:1; 诗87:3; 赛8:6; 赛33:21; 赛60:14; 启22:1) 5 God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved; God will help her when morning dawns.
