2 For the king and his princes and all the assembly in Jerusalem had taken counsel to keep the Passover in the second month— (Nu 9:10; 2Ch 30:13; 2Ch 30:15)

2 The king and his officials and the whole assembly in Jerusalem decided to celebrate the Passover in the second month.

2 The king, his officials and the whole community in Jerusalem decided to celebrate the Passover Feast in the second month. 

King James Version

2 For the king had taken counsel, and his princes, and all the congregation in Jerusalem, to keep the passover in the second month.
