Der Präsident von Persien wird unfreiwillig von Gott benutzt
1Kyrus, der Präsident von Persien, wurde von Gott extra für seinen Job ausgesucht und eingesetzt. Gott sagt zu ihm: „Ich habe dich an die Hand genommen und geführt, weil ich von dir wollte, dass du viele Länder eroberst. Ich möchte von dir, dass du viele Präsidenten aus ihrem Amt kickst. Darum werde ich dafür sorgen, dass du leichtes Spiel hast. Du wirst überall einmarschieren können, denn die Türen sind für dich weit geöffnet.2Ich werde vor dir hergehen. Ich werde die Schutzmauern der Städte plattmachen, Stahltüren sprenge ich in die Luft, und Sicherheitsschlösser knack ich auf.3Ich werde dafür sorgen, dass du Geld aus Quellen kriegst, von denen niemand was wusste. Du wirst aus Vorratslagern versorgt werden, die keiner kennt. Du sollst daran erkennen, dass ich Gott bin. Ich habe genau dich gemeint, ich habe dich gerufen, und ich habe dich angestellt.4Das hab ich getan wegen der Leute von Israel, die ich mir extra ausgesucht habe. Ich werde dir einen besonderen Titel verpassen, du sollst ab jetzt mein Mitarbeiter sein. Ich habe dir diesen Job gegeben, obwohl du nicht mal weißt, wer ich bin.5Ich bin Gott, ich bin der einzige Gott weit und breit. Es gibt keinen anderen Gott, nur mich. Ich werde dir alles geben, was du dafür brauchst. Ich rüste dich aus, und das, obwohl du mich gar nicht kennst.6Ich möchte, dass man auf der ganzen Erde, einfach überall kapiert, dass es nur einen Gott gibt, nämlich mich!7Ich habe das Licht gemacht, ich habe auch die Dunkelheit gemacht. Ich sorge dafür, dass alles gut läuft, und ich sorge dafür, dass es Ärger gibt. Ich bin Gott, und das alles passiert durch mich.8Es soll anfangen, aus dem Himmel zu regnen, aber nicht Wassertropfen, sondern Tropfen, die alles korrekt werden lassen, was unkorrekt ist. Aus der Erde sollen solche Sachen wachsen wie ‚Alleswirdgutbäume‘ und ‚Friedensbüsche‘. Dafür werde ich sorgen, ich, euer Gott, werde die basteln.“
Gott braucht sich vor niemandem zu rechtfertigen
9Die Menschen, die meinen, dass Gott sich für seine Taten rechtfertigen muss, sollten mal echt aufpassen! Der menschliche Körper besteht ja eigentlich nur aus Erde. Er ist letztendlich nur ein Klumpen Matsch unter vielen Klumpen Matsch. Vergleichen wir das mal mit einem Töpfer, der Blumentöpfe herstellt. Kann der Blumentopf vielleicht zum Töpfer sagen: „Hallo? Was machst du für einen Mist?“ Oder kritisiert der ihn: „Das war ja wohl gar nichts, du hast wirklich zwei linke Hände!“10Auch solche Typen sollten echt aufpassen, die ihren Vater mit Sprüchen provozieren wie: „Warum hast du überhaupt mit Mama geschlafen und mich gemacht?“ Oder die zu ihrer -Mutter sagen: „Warum hast du mich überhaupt geboren?“11Der besondere Gott von Israel, der sie mal gemacht hat, sagt: „Wie jetzt? Wollt ihr mir etwa Vorschriften machen für das, was ich hab entstehen lassen? Wollt ihr mir etwa Vorwürfe machen wegen meiner Kinder?12Ich habe die Erde gebastelt, und ich hab auch alle Menschen gemacht, die darauf leben. Ich habe das ganze Universum gebaut, und ich hab den Oberbefehl über alle Planeten und Sterne.13Ich habe Kyrus aus der Versenkung geholt, ich habe ihm geholfen, die Kriege zu gewinnen, ich habe seinen Weg vorbereitet. Er wird für mich meine Stadt Jerusalem wieder aufbauen, und er wird meine Leute, die in der Kriegsgefangenschaft sind, befreien. Er wird sie nach Hause holen. Und das macht er, ganz ohne Kohle oder einen Orden dafür zu kriegen.“
Gott hilft seinen Leuten
14Gott sagt: „Alles, was den Ägyptern gehört, was die Leute vom Sudan und die großgewachsenen Äthiopier an Gewinn erwirtschaftet haben, wirst du bekommen, es wird dir gehören. Diese Völker werden in Handschellen bei dir ankommen, und sie werden sich vor dir verbeugen und dich zu ihrem Chef machen. Sie werden zu dir sagen: ‚Ganz klar, bei euch ist Gott! Es gibt keinen anderen Gott, nur euren!‘“15Du bist ein Gott, der nicht immer auf der Bühne stehen muss, du versteckst dich, aber du bist der Held von Israel, du bist der Retter.16Alle, die zu Plastikgöttern beten, werden kaputtgehen. Diese „Jederbasteltsichseineneigenen-Gott-Typen“ werden peinlich enden.17Aber die Leute von Israel werden gerettet, und zwar auf ewig. Sie werden es packen, und nichts wird sie kaputt machen können, für immer.18Gott hat das Universum gemacht, nur er ist Gott. Er hat auch die Erde gebastelt und geformt. Er hat sich die Mühe nicht gemacht, damit auf der Erde nur tote Hose ist, nein, er wollte, dass man dort leben kann. Und Gott sagt zu euch: „Ich bin Gott, und es gibt sonst keinen anderen Gott.19Ich habe mich nicht vor euch versteckt, ich hatte es nicht nötig, mich im Dunkeln zu verkriechen. Ich habe zu den Leuten von Israel nicht gesagt, dass sie mal versuchen sollten, mich zu finden, aber es würde eh nicht klappen. Ich bin Gott, was ich sage, ist korrekt, und ich rede keinen Stuss.20Alle sollen sich mal zu einem Treffen verabreden. Alle Menschen, die geflohen sind, als ihre Nation kaputt gemacht wurde, sollen bei mir vorbeikommen. Wer seinen Plastikgott als Schmuckstück um den Hals trägt, ist voll doof, wer zu einem Gott betet, der nicht helfen kann, hat nichts kapiert.21Steckt eure Köpfe zusammen, untersucht alles genau und bringt Beweise! Wann hat jemals ein Gott so was schon mal angekündigt? War das nicht nur ich, euer Gott? Es gibt sonst keinen anderen. Einen korrekten Gott, der seinen Leuten hilft, wenn es ihnen dreckig geht, gibt es sonst nicht, ich bin der Einzige!22Das geht jetzt an alle Menschen: Redet mit mir! Kommt zu mir! Ich kann euch helfen! Ich bin Gott, es gibt keinen anderen!23Ich hab es mir geschworen, und wenn ich so was mache, dann passiert das auch. Was ich sage, ist korrekt. Jeder wird sich irgendwann mal vor mir hinknien, und jeder wird irgendwann mal folgenden Satz sagen müssen:24‚Nur Gott kann retten, nur Gott ist korrekt, nur Gott kann mich beschützen!‘ Alle Menschen, die gegen mich gearbeitet haben, werden ganz klein angekrochen kommen.25Aber die Leute von Israel werden durch mich, Gott, korrekt gemacht werden, sie werden sich freuen und stolz sein.“

The Lord, the Only Savior
