Auf ihn ist Verlass, echt egal, ob um acht oder um sieben.5Die Leute, die mal ganz oben waren, hat er runtergeholt, niedergemacht hoch zehn, er hat die Stadt zu Boden geworfen, in den Dreck getreten; da kannst du mal sehen …6Die Tritte der einfachen Leute, der Leute von der Straße, kriegen sie jetzt ab.7Menschen, die korrekt leben, gehen geradeaus, du hältst sie auf Trab.8Selbst wenn wir mit einer Bestrafung von dir rechnen, warten wir auf dich. Wir hatten einfach voll die Sehnsucht nach dir, wollten dir singen, unendlich.9Nachts wird es voll schlimm, da möchte ich dich unbedingt immer sehen. Wenn du deine Gerichtsurteile zeigst, lernen Menschen erst, korrekt zu leben.10Leute, die ohne dich leben, werden nicht lernen, was es bedeutet, korrekt zu sein, wenn du sie nie bestrafst. Selbst dort, wo deine Gesetze gelten, bauen sie Mist. Sie blicken es nicht, wie heftig du bist, sie werden deine besondere Art nie sehen.11Gott, du hast ausgeholt, willst sie schlagen, mach doch, dass sie sich -schämen. Zeig ihnen, wie krass du deine Leute verteidigst, schicke Feuer gegen die Feinde.12Du wirst dafür sorgen, dass wir Frieden haben, du hast uns hierher gebracht.13Gott, unser Gott, andere Chefs hatten das Sagen bei uns, aber wir lieben nur dich.14Tote kann man nicht lebendig machen, du hast die Feinde ausgelöscht, auf ewig.15Nur deine Leute werden von dir supportet, du hast sie sehr groß gemacht, du hast ihre Grenzen ausgeweitet, so ist klar: Du bist der Chef, hast die Macht!16Als es ihnen so richtig dreckig ging, als deine Strafen sie trafen, da schrien sie zu dir.17Wie eine Schwangere in den Wehen, die ihr Baby bekommt und schreit wie ein Tier, so war es, als wir bei dir gewesen sind, als wir ständig nur zu dir gebetet haben.18Wir lagen in den Wehen, mit gleichen Schmerzen, obwohl bei uns nichts los war. Befreien konnten wir die Erde nicht, nicht den Menschen helfen, das ist uns allen klar.19Tote werden wieder lebendig, die Leichen meiner Leute feiern ein Comeback, sie werden feiern, Lieder singen, Party machen wie blöd, ich schmeiß mich weg. Du bist wie eine eisige Cola, eine kalte Dusche, ein spannendes Fußballderby. Darum wird die Erde die Toten entlassen, sie werden neu geboren wie ein Baby.20An meine Leute: Versteckt euch eine Zeit lang, so lange, bis die Strafe -vorbei ist.21Passt auf, Gott zieht los, um die letzte Abrechnung mit allen Menschen zu starten.
