1 A Song of Ascents. I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? (Mez 48:1; Mez 87:1; Mez 120:1; Mez 123:1; Mez 133:3; Yer 3:23) 2 My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. (Mez 20:2; Mez 115:15; Mez 124:8) 3 He will not let your foot be moved; he who keeps you will not slumber. (1 Sa 2:9; Mez 41:2; Mez 66:9; Mez 97:10; Mez 127:1; Özd 3:23; Özd 3:26; Yşa 27:3) 4 Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. 5 The Lord is your keeper; the Lord is your shade on your right hand.
