Mezmur 12

Kutsal Kitap Yeni Çeviri

Turkish Bible Society'dan
1 [1] Kurtar beni, ya RAB, sadık kulun kalmadı, Güvenilir insanlar yok oldu. 2 Herkes birbirine yalan söylüyor, Dalkavukluk, ikiyüzlülük ediyor. 3 Sustursun RAB dalkavukların ağzını, Büyüklenen dilleri. 4 Onlar ki, ‹‹Dilimizle kazanırız, Dudaklarımız emrimizde, Kim bize efendilik edebilir?›› derler. 5 ‹‹Şimdi kalkacağım›› diyor RAB, ‹‹Çünkü mazlumlar eziliyor, Yoksullar inliyor, Özledikleri kurtuluşu vereceğim onlara.›› 6 RAB'bin sözleri pak sözlerdir; Toprak ocakta eritilmiş, Yedi kez arıtılmış gümüşe benzer. 7 Sen onları koru, ya RAB, Bu kötü kuşaktan hep uzak tut! 8 İnsanlar arasında alçaklık rağbet görünce, Kötüler her yanda dolaşır oldu.

Mezmur 12

English Standard Version

Crossway'dan
1 Save, O LORD, for the godly one is gone; for the faithful have vanished from among the children of man.[1] (Yşa 57:1; Mik 7:2) 2 Everyone utters lies to his neighbor; with flattering lips and a double heart they speak. (1 Ta 12:33; Mez 5:9; Mez 41:6; Mez 144:8; Yer 9:8; Rom 16:18; Yak 1:8) 3 May the LORD cut off all flattering lips, the tongue that makes great boasts, (Mez 2:1; Mez 17:10; Dan 7:8; Va 13:5) 4 those who say, “With our tongue we will prevail, our lips are with us; who is master over us?” 5 “Because the poor are plundered, because the needy groan, I will now arise,” says the LORD; “I will place him in the safety for which he longs.” (Mez 9:12; Mez 55:18; Mez 82:8; Yşa 33:10) 6 The words of the LORD are pure words, like silver refined in a furnace on the ground, purified seven times. (Mez 18:30; Mez 19:8; Mez 119:140; Özd 30:5) 7 You, O LORD, will keep them; you will guard us[2] from this generation forever. 8 On every side the wicked prowl, as vileness is exalted among the children of man.
