Verbot heidnischer Trauerbräuche. Reine und unreine Tiere
1Ihr seid Kinder des HERRN, eures Gottes. Darum sollt ihr euch keine Einschnitte machen, noch euch über euren Augen kahlscheren wegen eines Toten; (2Mo 4,22; 3Mo 19,28; 3Mo 21,5; Jes 1,2; Jes 63,16; Jer 3,19; Jer 16,6; Hos 2,1; Mal 1,6; Joh 1,12; Röm 9,4; Röm 9,8; Gal 3,26)2denn ein heiliges Volk bist du für den HERRN, deinen Gott, und dich hat der HERR erwählt, dass du ihm ein Volk des Eigentums seist unter allen Völkern, die auf Erden sind. Der Zehnte
22Du sollst allen Ertrag deiner Saat getreu verzehnten, was auf dem Feld wächst, Jahr für Jahr. (3Mo 27,30; 4Mo 18,24; Neh 10,37)23Und du sollst essen vor dem HERRN, deinem Gott, an dem Ort, den er erwählen wird, um seinen Namen dort wohnen zu lassen, den Zehnten deines Korns, deines Mosts, deines Öls und die Erstgeborenen von deinen Rindern und Schafen, damit du lernst, den HERRN, deinen Gott, allezeit zu fürchten. Speiseverbote

Ein Zubereitungsverbot
21Ihr dürft keinerlei Aas essen. Du sollst es dem Fremden, der in euren Stadtbereichen Wohnrecht hat, zum Essen überlassen oder es einem Ausländer verkaufen. Denn du bist ein Volk, das dem HERRN, deinem Gott, heilig ist. Du sollst ein Zicklein nicht in der Milch seiner Mutter kochen. (3Mo 17,15; 5Mo 21,1; 5Mo 34,12)
Jährliche Abgaben an das Heiligtum
22Du sollst jedes Jahr den Zehnten von der gesamten Ernte geben, die dein Acker erbringt aus dem, was du angebaut hast. (3Mo 27,30; 5Mo 12,17)23Vor dem HERRN, deinem Gott, sollst du an der Stätte, die er erwählen wird, indem er dort seinen Namen wohnen lässt, deinen Zehnten an Korn, Wein und Öl und die Erstlinge deiner Rinder, Schafe und Ziegen verzehren, damit du lernst, den HERRN, deinen Gott, zu fürchten, solange du lebst. (5Mo 12,11; 5Mo 15,19)24Wenn aber der Weg dorthin deine Kräfte übersteigt, weil die Stätte, die der HERR erwählen wird, indem er dort seinen Namen anbringt, so weit entfernt liegt und der HERR, dein Gott, dich so gesegnet hat, dass du den Zehnten nicht dorthin tragen kannst, (5Mo 12,5)25dann sollst du alles für Silber verkaufen, das Silber als deinen Besitz zusammenbinden, zu der Stätte ziehen, die der HERR, dein Gott, erwählen wird,26dort für das Silber alles kaufen, worauf du Appetit hast - Rinder, Schafe, Ziegen, Wein und Bier, alles, wonach es deinen Gaumen verlangt -, und dann sollst du vor dem HERRN, deinem Gott, Mahl halten und fröhlich sein, du und deine Familie. Der Zehnte für die Armen in jedem dritten Jahr
28In jedem dritten Jahr sollst du den ganzen Zehnten deiner Jahresernte in deinen Stadtbereichen abliefern und einlagern[1] (2Mo 23,11; 5Mo 26,12)29und die Leviten, die ja nicht wie du Landanteil und Erbbesitz haben, die Fremden, die Waisen und die Witwen, die in deinen Stadtbereichen wohnen, können kommen, essen und satt werden, damit der HERR, dein Gott, dich stets segnet bei der Arbeit, die deine Hände tun. Tithes
22“You shall tithe all the yield of your seed that comes from the field year by year. Tithes
22Be sure to set aside a tenth of all that your fields produce each year.23Eat the tithe of your corn, new wine and olive oil, and the firstborn of your herds and flocks in the presence of the Lord your God at the place he will choose as a dwelling for his Name, so that you may learn to revere the Lord your God always.24But if that place is too distant and you have been blessed by the Lord your God and cannot carry your tithe (because the place where the Lord will choose to put his Name is so far away),25then exchange your tithe for silver, and take the silver with you and go to the place the Lord your God will choose.26Use the silver to buy whatever you like: cattle, sheep, wine or other fermented drink, or anything you wish. Then you and your household shall eat there in the presence of the Lord your God and rejoice.27And do not neglect the Levites living in your towns, for they have no land allotted to them or any inheritance of their own.28At the end of every three years, bring all the tithes of that year’s produce and store it in your towns,29so that the Levites (who have no land allotted to them or any inheritance of their own) and the foreigners, the fatherless and the widows who live in your towns may come and eat and be satisfied, and so that the Lord your God may bless you in all the work of your hands.

Thou shalt not seethe a kid in his mother' milk.22Thou shalt truly tithe all the increase of thy seed, that the field bringeth forth year by year.23And thou shalt eat before the LORD thy God, in the place which he shall choose to place his name there, the tithe of thy corn, of thy wine, and of thine oil, and the firstlings of thy herds and of thy flocks; that thou mayest learn to fear the LORD thy God always.24And if the way be too long for thee, so that thou art not able to carry it; or if the place be too far from thee, which the LORD thy God shall choose to set his name there, when the LORD thy God hath blessed thee:25Then shalt thou turn it into money, and bind up the money in thine hand, and shalt go unto the place which the LORD thy God shall choose:26And thou shalt bestow that money for whatsoever thy soul lusteth after, for oxen, or for sheep, or for wine, or for strong drink, or for whatsoever thy soul desireth: and thou shalt eat there before the LORD thy God, and thou shalt rejoice, thou, and thine household,27And the Levite that is within thy gates; thou shalt not forsake him; for he hath no part nor inheritance with thee.28At the end of three years thou shalt bring forth all the tithe of thine increase the same year, and shalt lay it up within thy gates:29And the Levite, (because he hath no part nor inheritance with thee,) and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, which are within thy gates, shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied; that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all the work of thine hand which thou doest.
