Gottes Bund mit Noah

1 Und Gott segnete Noah und seine Söhne und sprach zu ihnen: Seid fruchtbar und mehrt euch und erfüllt die Erde! (1Mo 1,26; 1Mo 9,7; 1Mo 9,19) 2 Furcht und Schrecken vor euch soll über alle Tiere der Erde kommen und über alle Vögel des Himmels, über alles, was sich regt auf dem Erdboden, und über alle Fische im Meer; in eure Hand sind sie gegeben! (1Mo 1,28; Ps 8,7) 3 Alles, was sich regt und lebt, soll euch zur Nahrung dienen; wie das grüne Kraut habe ich es euch alles gegeben. (Röm 14,2; 1Tim 4,3) 4 Nur dürft ihr das Fleisch nicht essen, während sein Leben, sein Blut, noch in ihm ist! (3Mo 7,26; 3Mo 17,10; Apg 15,20) 5 Jedoch euer eigenes Blut will ich fordern, von der Hand aller Tiere will ich es fordern und von der Hand des Menschen, von der Hand seines Bruders will ich das Leben des Menschen fordern. (2Mo 21,12; 2Mo 21,28; 4Mo 35,30) 6 Wer Menschenblut vergießt, dessen Blut soll auch durch Menschen vergossen werden; denn im Bild Gottes hat Er den Menschen gemacht. 7 Ihr aber, seid fruchtbar und mehrt euch und breitet euch aus auf der Erde, dass ihr zahlreich werdet darauf! (1Mo 1,22) 8 Und Gott redete zu Noah und zu seinen Söhnen mit ihm und sprach: (1Mo 9,15) 9 Siehe, ich richte meinen Bund auf mit euch und mit eurem Samen^[1], der nach euch kommt, (1Mo 6,18) 10 auch mit allen lebendigen Wesen bei euch, mit Vögeln, Vieh und allen Tieren der Erde bei euch, mit allen, die aus der Arche gegangen sind, was für Tiere es seien auf der Erde. (1Mo 8,1; Ps 36,7) 11 Und ich will meinen Bund mit euch aufrichten, dass künftig nie mehr alles Fleisch von dem Wasser der Sintflut ausgerottet wird, und dass auch keine Sintflut mehr kommen soll, um die Erde zu verderben. 12 Und Gott sprach: Dies ist das Zeichen des Bundes, den ich festsetze auf ewige Geschlechter hin zwischen mir und euch und allen lebendigen Wesen, die bei euch sind: (1Mo 9,17; 1Mo 17,11; Lk 22,19) 13 Meinen Bogen setze ich in die Wolken, der soll ein Zeichen des Bundes sein zwischen mir und der Erde. (Hes 1,28; Offb 4,3; Offb 10,1) 14 Wenn es nun geschieht, dass ich Wolken über der Erde sammle, und der Bogen in den Wolken erscheint, (1Mo 9,13) 15 dann will ich an meinen Bund gedenken, der zwischen mir und euch und allen lebendigen Wesen von allem Fleisch besteht, dass künftig die Wasser nicht mehr zur Sintflut werden sollen, die alles Fleisch verdirbt. 16 Darum soll der Bogen in den Wolken sein, dass ich ihn ansehe und an den ewigen Bund gedenke zwischen Gott und allen lebendigen Wesen von allem Fleisch, das auf der Erde ist! (1Mo 9,11; 1Mo 17,13; 1Mo 17,19; 2Sam 23,5; Jer 32,40; Hes 37,26; Lk 22,20; Hebr 8,6)

17 Und Gott sprach zu Noah: Das ist das Zeichen des Bundes, den ich aufgerichtet habe zwischen mir und allem Fleisch, das auf der Erde ist. (1Mo 9,12)

Noahs Fluch und Segen über seine Söhne

18 Die Söhne Noahs aber, welche die Arche verließen, waren Sem, Ham und Japhet; und Ham ist der Vater Kanaans. (1Mo 7,13; 1Mo 10,1) 19 Von diesen drei Söhnen Noahs wurde die ganze Erde bevölkert. (1Mo 10,1) 20 Noah aber wurde nun ein Landmann und legte einen Weinberg an. (5Mo 20,6; Spr 12,11; 1Kor 9,7) 21 Als er aber von dem Wein trank, wurde er betrunken und entblößte sich in seinem Zelt. (Spr 20,1; Lk 21,34; Eph 5,18) 22 Und Ham, der Vater Kanaans, sah die Blöße seines Vaters und erzählte es seinen beiden Brüdern draußen. (Ps 35,21; Spr 30,17; Hab 2,15) 23 Da nahmen Sem und Japhet das Gewand und legten es auf ihre Schultern und gingen rücklings und deckten die Blöße ihres Vaters zu und wandten ihre Angesichter ab, damit sie die Blöße ihres Vaters nicht sahen. (Gal 6,1; 1Petr 4,8) 24 Als nun Noah von dem Wein erwachte und erfuhr, was ihm sein jüngster Sohn getan hatte, (1Mo 9,22) 25 da sprach er: »Verflucht sei Kanaan! Ein Knecht der Knechte sei er seinen Brüdern!« (2Mo 20,12; 5Mo 27,16) 26 Und weiter sprach er: »Gepriesen sei der HERR, der Gott Sems, und Kanaan sei sein Knecht! (Ps 144,15; Röm 9,5) 27 Gott breite Japhet aus und lasse ihn wohnen in den Zelten Sems, und Kanaan sei sein Knecht!« 28 Noah aber lebte nach der Sintflut noch 350 Jahre lang; (1Mo 7,6; 1Mo 8,13) 29 und die ganze Lebenszeit Noahs betrug 950 Jahre, und er starb.

1 And God blessed Noah and his sons, and said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth. 2 And the fear of you and the dread of you shall be upon every beast of the earth, and upon every fowl of the air, upon all that moveth upon the earth, and upon all the fishes of the sea; into your hand are they delivered. 3 Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things. 4 But flesh with the life thereof, which is the blood thereof, shall ye not eat. 5 And surely your blood of your lives will I require; at the hand of every beast will I require it, and at the hand of man; at the hand of every man' brother will I require the life of man. 6 Whoso sheddeth man' blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man. 7 And you, be ye fruitful, and multiply; bring forth abundantly in the earth, and multiply therein. 8 And God spake unto Noah, and to his sons with him, saying, 9 And I, behold, I establish my covenant with you, and with your seed after you; 10 And with every living creature that is with you, of the fowl, of the cattle, and of every beast of the earth with you; from all that go out of the ark, to every beast of the earth. 11 And I will establish my covenant with you; neither shall all flesh be cut off any more by the waters of a flood; neither shall there any more be a flood to destroy the earth. 12 And God said, This is the token of the covenant which I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations: 13 I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth. 14 And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud: 15 And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh. 16 And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth. 17 And God said unto Noah, This is the token of the covenant, which I have established between me and all flesh that is upon the earth. 18 And the sons of Noah, that went forth of the ark, were Shem, and Ham, and Japheth: and Ham is the father of Canaan. 19 These are the three sons of Noah: and of them was the whole earth overspread. 20 And Noah began to be an husbandman, and he planted a vineyard: 21 And he drank of the wine, and was drunken; and he was uncovered within his tent. 22 And Ham, the father of Canaan, saw the nakedness of his father, and told his two brethren without. 23 And Shem and Japheth took a garment, and laid it upon both their shoulders, and went backward, and covered the nakedness of their father; and their faces were backward, and they saw not their father' nakedness. 24 And Noah awoke from his wine, and knew what his younger son had done unto him. 25 And he said, Cursed be Canaan; a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren. 26 And he said, Blessed be the LORD God of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant. 27 God shall enlarge Japheth, and he shall dwell in the tents of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant. 28 And Noah lived after the flood three hundred and fifty years. 29 And all the days of Noah were nine hundred and fifty years: and he died.
