1 Kommt, lasst uns jubeln vor Jahwe / und uns freuen am Fels unseres Heils! 2 Lasst uns vor ihn treten mit Dank, / ihn mit Lobliedern erfreuen! 3 Denn ein mächtiger Gott ist Jahwe, / ein großer König über alle Götter. 4 Ihm gehören die Tiefen der Erde, / die Höhen der Berge sind ebenfalls sein. 5 Sein ist das Meer, denn er hat es gemacht, / und das Festland ist von seinen Händen geformt. 6 Kommt, lasst uns anbeten, / uns beugen vor ihm! / Lasst uns vor Jahwe knien, / der uns erschuf! 7 Denn er ist unser Gott / und wir sind sein Volk. / Er führt uns wie eine Herde / und sorgt für uns wie ein Hirt. Und wenn ihr heute seine Stimme hört, 8 verschließt euch seinem Reden nicht / wie Israel es damals bei Meriba tat, / an dem Tag in der Wüste bei Massa.^[1] (2Mo 17,7) 9 Mich hatten sie dort auf die Probe gestellt! / Mich haben eure Väter versucht / und sahen meine Taten doch selbst. 10 Vierzig Jahre lang empfand ich Ekel vor diesem Geschlecht. / „Sie sind ein Volk, dessen Herz sich verirrt“, sagte ich mir, / „denn meine Wege kennen sie nicht.“ 11 Schließlich schwor ich mir im Zorn: / „Die kommen nie zur Ruhe in meinem Land!“^[2] (Hebr 3,7)

1 هَيَّا نُرَنِّمُ عَالِياً لِلرَّبِّ، وَنَهْتِفُ فَرَحاً لِصَخْرَةِ خَلاصِنَا. 2 لِنَتَقَدَّمْ أَمَامَ حَضْرَتِهِ بِالشُّكْرِ، وَنَهْتِفْ لَهُ بِالتَّرْنِيمِ. 3 لأَنَّ الرَّبَّ إِلَهٌ عَظِيمٌ، وَمَلِكٌ كَبِيرٌ عَلَى جَمِيعِ الآلِهَةِ. 4 فِي يَدِهِ أَعْمَاقُ الأَرْضِ، وَقِمَمُ الْجِبَالِ مِلْكٌ لَهُ. 5 لَهُ الْبَحْرُ، وَهُوَ قَدْ صَنَعَهُ، وَيَدَاهُ كَوَّنَتَا الْيَابِسَةَ. 6 تَعَالَوْا نَسْجُدُ وَنَنْحَنِي، لِنَرْكَعْ أَمَامَ الرَّبِّ صَانِعِنَا، 7 فَإِنَّهُ هُوَ إِلَهُنَا، وَنَحْنُ رَعِيَّتُهُ وَقَطِيعُهُ الَّذِي يَقُودُهُ بِيَدِهِ. الْيَوْمَ إِنْ سَمِعْتُمْ صَوْتَهُ، 8 فَلَا تُقَسُّوا قُلُوبَكُمْ، كَمَا حَدَثَ فِي يَوْمِ مَسَّةَ (أَيْ الامْتِحَانِ) فِي الصَّحْرَاءِ، 9 عِنْدَمَا امْتَحَنَنِي آبَاؤُكُمْ وَاخْتَبَرُونِي وَشَهِدُوا جَمِيعَ عَجَائِبِي. 10 أَرْبَعِينَ سَنَةً رَفَضْتُ ذَلِكَ الْجِيلَ، وَقُلْتُ: «هُمْ شَعْبٌ أَضَلَّتْهُمْ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَلَمْ يَعْرِفُوا قَطُّ طُرُقِي». 11 فَأَقْسَمْتُ فِي غَضَبِي قَائِلاً: «إِنَّهُمْ لَنْ يَدْخُلُوا مَكَانَ رَاحَتِي».

1 Oh come, let us sing to the Lord; let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation! (1Chr 16,23) 2 Воспойте Вечному, восхваляйте Его имя, говорите о Его спасении каждый день. 3 Возвещайте славу Его среди народов, чудеса Его – среди всех людей, 4 потому что велик Вечный и достоин всякой хвалы; Он внушает страх более всех богов. 5 Все боги народов – лишь идолы, а Вечный небеса сотворил. 6 Слава и величие перед Ним, сила и великолепие в Его святилище. 7 Воздайте Вечному, все народы, воздайте Ему славу и силу. 8 Воздайте славу имени Вечного, несите дары и идите во дворы Его. 9 Прославьте Вечного в великолепии Его святости^[1]. Трепещи перед Ним, вся земля! 10 Скажите народам: «Вечный правит!» Мир стоит твёрдо и не поколеблется; Вечный будет судить народы справедливо. 11 Да возвеселятся небеса и возликует земля; да восшумит море и всё, что в нём. 12 Да возрадуется поле и всё, что на нём, и да возликуют все деревья лесные 13 перед Вечным, потому что идёт, идёт Он судить землю. Он будет судить мир справедливо и народы – по Своей истине.
