Noah vor der großen Flut

1 Als die Menschen immer zahlreicher wurden und sich auf der Erde ausbreiteten, 

2 sahen die Gottessöhne, wie schön die Töchter der Menschen waren, und nahmen sich die zu Frauen, die ihnen gefielen. 

3 Da sagte Jahwe: "Mein Geist soll nicht für immer in diesen sterblichen Menschen bleiben. Ich gebe ihnen noch eine Frist von 120 Jahren." 

4 Damals lebten die Gewaltigen auf der Erde und auch später noch, als die Gottessöhne mit den Menschentöchtern verkehrten und ihnen Kinder geboren wurden. Das waren die hochberühmten Helden der Vorzeit. 

5 Jahwe aber sah, wie groß die Bosheit der Menschen auf der Erde war. Ihr ganzes Denken und Streben, alles, was aus ihrem Herzen kam, war immer nur böse. 

6 Jahwe bekümmerte es, den Menschen erschaffen zu haben, und es schmerzte ihn bis in sein Innerstes hinein. 

7 Er beschloss: "Ich werde den Menschen, den ich geschaffen habe, vom Erdboden wegwischen samt dem Vieh, den Kriechtieren und Vögeln, denn ich bedaure, sie gemacht zu haben." 

8 Nur Noah fand Gnade vor Jahwe. 

9 Es folgt die Geschichte Noahs. Noah war ein gerechter Mann. Seine Zeitgenossen fanden nichts Tadelnswertes an ihm. Er lebte beständig mit Gott. (1Mo 2,4) 

10 Drei Söhne hatte er: Sem, Ham und Jafet. 

11 Die Erde aber verdarb vor Gott und füllte sich mit Verbrechen. 

12 Gott sah sich das an: Die Erde war vollkommen verdorben, denn alle Menschen waren vom rechten Weg abgekommen. 

13 Da sagte Gott zu Noah: "Ich habe beschlossen, Mensch und Tier zu vernichten, denn ihretwegen ist die Erde voller Gewalt. 

14 Baue dir eine Arche, einen Kasten aus Goferholz! Teile ihn in mehrere Räume ein und dichte ihn innen und außen mit Asphalt ab! (1Mo 14,10) 

15 Er soll 150 Meter lang sein, 25 Meter breit und 15 Meter hoch. 

16 Sorge auch für eine Lichtöffnung! Sie darf bis zu einem halben Meter unter den Dachrand reichen. Setze eine Tür in die Mitte ihrer Längsseite. Drei Stockwerke soll die Arche insgesamt haben. 

17 Denn ich, ja ich werde eine Wasserflut über die ganze Erde kommen lassen und alles vernichten, was atmet und lebt. 

18 Mit dir aber schließe ich folgenden Bund: Du sollst mit deiner Frau, deinen Söhnen und ihren Frauen in die Arche gehen. 

19 Und von allen Tieren sollst du immer zwei, ein Männchen und ein Weibchen, in die Arche kommen lassen, damit sie zusammen mit dir am Leben bleiben. 

20 Alle Arten der Vögel, der Land- und Kriechtiere sollen paarweise zu dir in die Arche hineinkommen, damit sie überleben können. 

21 Lege ausreichend Vorräte an, dass ihr und die Tiere damit versorgt werden können." 

22 Noah machte alles genauso, wie Gott es ihm befohlen hatte.

فساد العالم

1 وَحَدَثَ لَمَّا ابْتَدَأَ النَّاسُ يَتَكَاثَرُونَ عَلَى سَطْحِ الأَرْضِ وَوُلِدَ لَهُمْ بَنَاتٌ، 

2 انْجَذَبَتْ أَنْظَارُ أَبْنَاءِ اللهِ إِلَى بَنَاتِ النَّاسِ فَرَأَوْا أَنَّهُنَّ جَمِيلاتٌ فَاتَّخَذُوا لأَنْفُسِهِمْ مِنْهُنَّ زَوْجَاتٍ كَمَا طَابَ لَهُمْ. 

3 فَقَالَ الرَّبُّ: «لَنْ يَمْكُثَ رُوحِي مُجَاهِداً فِي الإِنْسَانِ إِلَى الأَبَدِ. هُوَ بَشَرِيٌّ زَائِغٌ، لِذَلِكَ لَنْ تَطُولَ أَيَّامُهُ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ مِئَةٍ وَعِشْرِينَ سَنَةً فَقَطْ». 

4 وَفِي تِلْكَ الْحِقَبِ، كَانَ فِي الأَرْضِ جَبَابِرَةٌ، وَبَعْدَ أَنْ دَخَلَ أَبْنَاءُ اللهِ عَلَى بَنَاتِ النَّاسِ وَلَدْنَ لَهُمْ أَبْنَاءً، صَارَ هَؤُلَاءِ الأَبْنَاءُ أَنْفُسُهُمُ الْجَبَابِرَةَ الْمَشْهُورِينَ مُنْذُ الْقِدَمِ. 

5 وَرَأَى الرَّبُّ أَنَّ شَرَّ الإِنْسَانِ قَدْ كَثُرَ فِي الأَرْضِ، وَأَنَّ كُلَّ تَصَوُّرِ فِكْرِ قَلْبِهِ يَتَّسِمُ دَائِماً بِالإِثْمِ، 

6 فَمَلأَ قَلبَهُ الأَسَفُ وَالْحُزْنُ لأَنَّهُ خَلَقَ الإِنْسَانَ. 

7 وَقَالَ الرَّبُّ: «أَمْحُو الإِنْسَانَ الَّذِي خَلَقْتُهُ عَنْ وَجْهِ الأَرْضِ مَعَ سَائِرِ النَّاسِ وَالْحَيَوَانَاتِ وَالزَّوَاحِفِ وَطُيُورِ السَّمَاءِ، لأَنِّي حَزِنْتُ أَنِّي خَلَقْتُهُ». 

8 أَمَّا نُوحٌ فَقَدْ حَظِيَ بِرِضَى الرَّبِ. 

نوح والطوفان

9 وَهَذَا سِجِلُّ مَوَالِيدِ نُوحٍ: كَانَ نُوحٌ صَالِحاً كَامِلاً فِي زَمَانِهِ، وَسَارَ نُوحٌ مَعَ اللهِ. 

10 وَأَنْجَبَ نُوحٌ ثَلَاثَةَ أَبْنَاءٍ هُمْ سَامٌ وَحَامٌ وَيَافَثُ. 

11 وَإِذْ سَادَ الشَّرُّ الأَرْضَ أَمَامَ اللهِ وَعَمَّهَا الظُّلْمُ، 

12 نَظَرَ اللهُ وَإذَا بِها فَاسِدَةٌ لأَنَّ كُلَّ بَشَرٍ عَلَى الأَرْضِ قَدْ سَلَكَ فِي طَرِيقِ الإِثْمِ. 

13 فَقَالَ اللهُ لِنُوحٍ: «قَدْ أَزِفَتْ نِهَايَةُ الْبَشَرِ جَمِيعاً أَمَامِي، لأَنَّهُمْ مَلَأُوا الأَرْضَ ظُلْماً. لِذَلِكَ سَأُبِيدُهُمْ مَعَ الأَرْضِ. 

14 ابْنِ لَكَ فُلْكاً مِنْ خَشَبِ السَّرْوِ، وَاجْعَلْ فِيهِ غُرَفاً تَطْلِيهَا بِالزِّفْتِ مِنَ الدَّاخِلِ وَالْخَارِجِ. 

15 اصْنَعْهُ عَلَى هَذَا الْمِثَالِ: لِيَكُنْ طُولُهُ ثَلَاثَ مِئَةِ ذِرَاعٍ (نَحْوَ مِئَةٍ وَخَمْسَةٍ وَثَلَاثِينَ مِتْراً)، وَعَرْضُهُ خَمْسِينَ ذِرَاعاً (نَحْوَ اثْنَيْنِ وَعِشْرِينَ مِتْراً وَنِصْفِ الْمِتْرِ) وَارْتِفَاعُهُ ثَلَاثِينَ ذِرَاعاً (نَحْوَ ثَلَاثَةَ عَشَرَ مِتْراً وَنِصْفِ الْمِتْرِ). 

16 وَاجْعَلْ لَهُ نَافِذَةً عَلَى انْخِفَاضِ ذِرَاعٍ (نَحْوَ خَمْسَةٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ سَنْتِمِتْراً) مِنَ السَّقْفِ، وَبَاباً تُقِيمُهُ فِي جَانِبِهِ. وَلْيَكُنْ لِلْفُلْكِ طَوَابِقُ سُفْلِيَّةٌ وَمُتَوَسِّطَةٌ وَعُلْوِيَّةٌ. 

17 فَهَا أَنَا أُغْرِقُ الأَرْضَ بِطُوفَانٍ مِنَ الْمِيَاهِ لأُبِيدَ كُلَّ كَائِنٍ حَيٍّ فِيهَا مِمَّنْ تَحْتَ السَّمَاءِ. كُلُّ مَا عَلَى الأَرْضِ لَابُدَّ أَنْ يَمُوتَ. 

18 وَلَكِنِّي سَأُقِيمُ مَعَكَ عَهْداً، فَتَدْخُلُ أَنْتَ مَعَ بَنِيكَ وَامْرَأَتِكَ وَنِسَاءِ بَنِيكَ إِلَى الْفُلْكِ. 

19 وَتَأْخُذُ مَعَكَ فِي الْفُلْكِ زَوْجَيْنِ، ذَكَراً وَأُنْثَى، مِنْ كُلِّ كَائِنٍ حَيٍّ ذِي جَسَدٍ، لاسْتِبْقَائِهَا مَعَكَ. 

20 تُدْخِلُ مَعَكَ اثْنَيْنِ مِنْ كُلِّ صَنْفٍ مِنْ أَصْنَافِ الطُّيُورِ وَالْبَهَائِمِ وَالزَّوَاحِفِ عَلَى الأَرْضِ، حِفَاظاً عَلَى اسْتِمْرَارِ بَقَائِهَا. 

21 وَتَدَّخِرُ لِنَفْسِكَ مِنْ كُلِّ طَعَامٍ يُؤْكَلُ وَتَخْزُنُهُ عِنْدَكَ لِيَكُونَ لَكَ وَلَهَا غِذَاءً». 

22 وَفَعَلَ نُوحٌ تَمَاماً حَسَبَ كُلِّ مَا أَمَرَ الرَّبُّ بِهِ.

Increasing Corruption on Earth

1 When man began to multiply on the face of the land and daughters were born to them, 

2 the sons of God saw that the daughters of man were attractive. And they took as their wives any they chose. 

3 Then the Lord said, “My Spirit shall not abide in man forever, for he is flesh: his days shall be 120 years.” (Neh 9,30; Ps 78,39; Gal 5,16; 1Petr 3,19) 

4 The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of man and they bore children to them. These were the mighty men who were of old, the men of renown. 

5 The Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intention of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. (1Mo 8,21; Hi 14,4; Hi 15,14; Ps 14,2; Ps 51,5; Jer 17,9; Mt 15,19; Röm 3,23) 

6 And the Lord regretted that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him to his heart. (4Mo 23,19; 1Sam 15,11; 1Sam 15,29; 2Sam 24,16; Jes 63,10; Joe 2,13; Eph 4,30) 

7 So the Lord said, “I will blot out man whom I have created from the face of the land, man and animals and creeping things and birds of the heavens, for I am sorry that I have made them.” 

8 But Noah found favor in the eyes of the Lord. (1Mo 19,19; 2Mo 33,12; 2Mo 33,16) 

Noah and the Flood

9 These are the generations of Noah. Noah was a righteous man, blameless in his generation. Noah walked with God. (1Mo 5,22; 1Mo 5,24; 1Mo 7,1; Hi 1,1; Hi 1,8; Hes 14,14; Hes 14,20; Lk 1,6; Hebr 11,7; 2Petr 2,5) 

10 And Noah had three sons, Shem, Ham, and Japheth. 

11 Now the earth was corrupt in God’s sight, and the earth was filled with violence. 

12 And God saw the earth, and behold, it was corrupt, for all flesh had corrupted their way on the earth. (Hi 22,15; Ps 14,2; Ps 53,2) 

13 And God said to Noah, “I have determined to make an end of all flesh, for the earth is filled with violence through them. Behold, I will destroy them with the earth. (Hes 7,2; Hes 7,6) 

14 Make yourself an ark of gopher wood. Make rooms in the ark, and cover it inside and out with pitch. 

15 This is how you are to make it: the length of the ark 300 cubits, its breadth 50 cubits, and its height 30 cubits. 

16 Make a roof for the ark, and finish it to a cubit above, and set the door of the ark in its side. Make it with lower, second, and third decks. 

17 For behold, I will bring a flood of waters upon the earth to destroy all flesh in which is the breath of life under heaven. Everything that is on the earth shall die. (1Mo 7,4; 2Petr 2,5) 

18 But I will establish my covenant with you, and you shall come into the ark, you, your sons, your wife, and your sons’ wives with you. (1Mo 9,9; 1Mo 9,11) 

19 And of every living thing of all flesh, you shall bring two of every sort into the ark to keep them alive with you. They shall be male and female. 

20 Of the birds according to their kinds, and of the animals according to their kinds, of every creeping thing of the ground, according to its kind, two of every sort shall come in to you to keep them alive. 

21 Also take with you every sort of food that is eaten, and store it up. It shall serve as food for you and for them.” 

22 Noah did this; he did all that God commanded him. (2Mo 40,16; Hebr 11,7)

3 Вечный сказал: – Не будет Дух Мой в противоборстве с человеком вечно, потому что человек смертен; все они будут уничтожены через сто двадцать лет. 

4 В те дни, после того как сыны Всевышнего стали входить к человеческим дочерям, и те рожали им детей, – были на земле исполины. Это были герои, знаменитые с древних времён. (4Mo 13,34) 

5 Вечный увидел, что люди на земле развратились, и все их мысли постоянно склоняются к злу. 

6 Вечный пожалел, что сотворил человека на земле, и сердце Его наполнилось болью. 

7 И сказал Вечный: – Я сотру с лица земли человеческий род, который Я сотворил. Я уничтожу и людей, и животных, и пресмыкающихся, и птиц небесных, потому что Я сожалею, что создал их. 

Построение ковчега для спасения Нуха

8 Но Нух нашёл милость в глазах Вечного. 

9 Вот рассказ о Нухе. Среди людей того времени лишь только Нух был праведен и безупречен; он пребывал в общении со Всевышним. 

10 У Нуха было трое сыновей: Сим, Хам и Иафет. 

11 В глазах Всевышнего земля преисполнилась разврата и насилия. 

12 Всевышний увидел, как испорчена земля из-за того, что все люди на земле извратили свои пути. 

13 Тогда Всевышний сказал Нуху: – Я положу конец всему человеческому роду, потому что из-за него земля преисполнилась насилия. Я погублю его вместе со всей землёй. 

14 Сделай себе ковчег из кипарисового дерева, и сделай в нём комнаты, и осмоли его изнутри и снаружи. 

15 Вот как тебе нужно его построить: ковчег должен быть сто тридцать пять метров в длину, двадцать два с половиной метра в ширину и тринадцать с половиной метров в высоту. 

16 Сделай для него крышу и вверху сведи ковчег к сорока пяти сантиметрам. Поставь сбоку дверь и сделай нижнюю, среднюю и верхнюю палубы. 

17 Я наведу на землю воды потопа, чтобы погубить всё, что живёт под небом, всякое существо, в котором дышит жизнь. Всё, что есть на земле, погибнет. 

18 Но с тобой Я заключу священное соглашение, и ты войдёшь в ковчег – ты, и твои сыновья, и твоя жена, и жёны твоих сыновей. 

19 Введи в ковчег всех живых существ по паре, самца и самку, чтобы они остались в живых вместе с тобой. 

20 К тебе придут, чтобы тоже остаться в живых, по паре от каждого вида птиц, зверей и каждого вида пресмыкающихся. 

21 Возьми в запас самой разной еды, чтобы кормиться и тебе, и им. 

22 Нух сделал всё точно так, как велел ему Всевышний.
