La famiglia benedetta

1 Canto dei pellegrinaggi. Beato chiunque teme il Signore e cammina nelle sue vie! 2 Allora mangerai della fatica delle tue mani, sarai felice e prospererai. 3 Tua moglie sarà come vigna fruttifera, nell’intimità della tua casa; i tuoi figli come piante d’olivo intorno alla tua tavola. 4 Ecco, così sarà benedetto l’uomo che teme il Signore. 5 Il Signore ti benedica da Sion! Possa tu vedere la prosperità di Gerusalemme tutti i giorni della tua vita. 6 Possa tu vedere i figli dei tuoi figli. Pace sia sopra Israele.

1 Ein Wallfahrtslied. Glücklich ein jeder, der den HERRN fürchtet, der wandelt auf seinen Wegen! (Sal 119,1) 2 Denn essen wirst du die Arbeit deiner Hände. Heil dir! Gut steht es um dich^[1]. (De 28,8; Sal 1,3; Is 3,10) 3 Deine Frau gleicht einem fruchtbaren Weinstock im Innern deines Hauses, deine Söhne den Ölbaumsprossen, rings um deinen Tisch. (Sal 127,3; Sal 144,12) 4 Siehe, so wird gesegnet sein der Mann, der den HERRN fürchtet. (De 28,2) 5 Es segne dich der HERR von Zion aus. 1 Blessed is everyone who fears the LORD, who walks in his ways! (Sal 112,1; Sal 119,1; Prov 8,32) 2 You shall eat the fruit of the labor of your hands; you shall be blessed, and it shall be well with you. (Sal 109,11; Is 3,10) 3 Your wife will be like a fruitful vine within your house; your children will be like olive shoots around your table. (Gen 49,22; Sal 52,8; Ez 19,10) 4 Behold, thus shall the man be blessed who fears the LORD. 5 The LORD bless you from Zion! May you see the prosperity of Jerusalem all the days of your life! 1 Dichosos todos los que temen al Señor, los que van por sus caminos. 2 Lo que ganes con tus manos, eso comerás; gozarás de dicha y prosperidad. 3 En el seno de tu hogar, tu esposa será como vid llena de uvas; alrededor de tu mesa, tus hijos serán como vástagos de olivo. 4 Tales son las bendiciones de los que temen al Señor. 5 Que el Señor te bendiga desde Sión, y veas la prosperidad de Jerusalén todos los días de tu vida. 6 Que vivas para ver a los hijos de tus hijos. ¡Que haya paz en Israel!
