Dank, Hingabe und Gottvertrauen

1 Für den Chormeister. Ein Psalm Davids. 2 Ich hoffte, ja ich hoffte auf den HERRN. Da neigte er sich mir zu und hörte mein Schreien. 3 Er zog mich herauf aus der Grube des Grauens, aus Schlamm und Morast. Er stellte meine Füße auf Fels, machte fest meine Schritte. (Ps 69,15) 4 Er gab mir ein neues Lied in den Mund, einen Lobgesang auf unseren Gott. Viele sollen es sehen, sich in Ehrfurcht neigen und auf den HERRN vertrauen. (Ps 33,3) 5 Selig der Mann, der auf den HERRN sein Vertrauen setzt, der sich nicht zu Aufdringlichen wandte und zu in Lüge Verstrickten. (Ps 1,1; Jer 17,7) 6 Vieles hast du getan, HERR, du mein Gott:/ deine Wunder und deine Pläne für uns. Nichts kommt dir gleich. Wollte ich von ihnen künden und reden, es wären mehr, als man zählen kann. (Ps 139,17) 7 An Schlacht- und Speiseopfern hattest du kein Gefallen, / doch Ohren hast du mir gegraben, Brand- und Sündopfer hast du nicht gefordert. 8 Da habe ich gesagt: Siehe, ich komme. In der Buchrolle steht es über mich geschrieben. 9 Deinen Willen zu tun, mein Gott, war mein Gefallen und deine Weisung ist in meinem Innern. (Ps 37,31; Joh 4,34) 10 Gerechtigkeit habe ich in großer Versammlung verkündet, meine Lippen verschließe ich nicht; HERR, du weißt es. (Ps 22,23) 11 Deine Gerechtigkeit habe ich nicht in meinem Herzen verborgen. / Ich habe gesprochen von deinem Heil und deiner Treue, nicht verschwiegen deine Huld und deine Treue vor großer Versammlung. 12 Du, HERR, wirst dein Erbarmen nicht vor mir verschließen. Deine Huld und deine Treue werden mich immer behüten. 13 Denn Leiden ohne Zahl haben mich umfangen, / meine Sünden haben mich eingeholt und ich vermag nicht mehr aufzusehn. Zahlreicher sind sie als die Haare auf meinem Kopf und der Mut hat mich verlassen. (Ps 38,5) 14 Es gefalle dir, HERR, mir zu helfen! HERR, eile mir zu helfen! (Ps 22,12; Ps 40,18) 15 In Schmach und Schande sollen alle fallen, die mir nach dem Leben trachten. Zurückweichen sollen und vor Scham erröten, die sich über mein Unglück freun. (Ps 35,4) 16 Wegen ihrer Schmach sollen erschaudern, die zu mir sagen: Ha, dir geschieht recht. (Ps 35,21) 17 Frohlocken sollen und deiner sich freuen alle, die dich suchen. Die dein Heil lieben, sollen immer sagen: Groß ist der HERR. (Ps 35,27) 18 Ich aber bin elend und arm. Der Herr wird an mich denken. Meine Hilfe und mein Retter bist du. Mein Gott, säume doch nicht!

My Help and My Deliverer

1 To the choirmaster. A Psalm of David. I waited patiently for the Lord; he inclined to me and heard my cry. Ho pazientemente aspettato il Signore ed egli si è chinato su di me e ha ascoltato il mio grido. 2 Mi ha tratto fuori da una fossa di perdizione, dal pantano fangoso; ha fatto posare i miei piedi sulla roccia, ha reso sicuri i miei passi. 3 Egli ha messo nella mia bocca un nuovo cantico a lode del nostro Dio. Molti vedranno questo e temeranno, e confideranno nel Signore. 4 Beato l’uomo che ripone nel Signore la sua fiducia e non si rivolge ai superbi né a chi segue la menzogna! 5 O Signore, Dio mio, hai moltiplicato i tuoi prodigi e i tuoi disegni in nostro favore; nessuno è simile a te. Vorrei raccontarli e proclamarli, ma sono troppi per essere contati. 6 Tu non gradisci né sacrificio né offerta; m’hai aperto gli orecchi. Tu non domandi né olocausto né sacrificio per il peccato. 7 Allora ho detto: «Ecco, io vengo! Sta scritto di me nel rotolo del libro. 8 Dio mio, desidero fare la tua volontà, la tua legge è dentro il mio cuore». 9 Ho proclamato la tua giustizia nella grande assemblea; ecco, io non tengo chiuse le mie labbra; o Signore, tu lo sai. 10 Non ho tenuto nascosta la tua giustizia nel mio cuore; ho raccontato la tua fedeltà e la tua salvezza; non ho celato la tua benevolenza né la tua verità alla grande assemblea. 11 Tu, o Signore, non rifiutarmi la tua misericordia; la tua bontà e la tua verità mi custodiscano sempre! 12 Poiché mali innumerevoli mi circondano; i miei peccati mi pesano e non posso più guardarli. Sono più numerosi dei capelli del mio capo, e il mio cuore vien meno! 13 Liberami, o Signore! Affrèttati in mio aiuto! 14 Siano delusi e umiliati quelli che cercano l’anima mia per farla perire! Si ritirino coperti di vergogna quelli che si rallegrano delle mie sventure! 15 Siano confusi per la loro infamia quelli che mi deridono. 16 Gioiscano e si rallegrino in te quelli che ti cercano; quelli che amano la tua salvezza dicano sempre: «Il Signore è grande!» 17 Io sono misero e povero, ma il Signore ha cura di me. Tu sei il mio aiuto e il mio liberatore; o Dio mio, non tardare!
