7Süß ist das Licht, und gut ist’s für die Augen, die Sonne zu sehen! (Job 24:13; Pr 15:30)8Denn wenn der Mensch auch viele Jahre lebt, so soll er sich in ihnen allen freuen und soll an die Tage der Finsternis denken, dass es viele sein werden. Alles, was kommt, ist Nichtigkeit! (Job 10:20; Job 14:12; Ps 49:19)9Freue dich [nur] in deiner Jugend, junger Mann, und lass dein Herz fröhlich sein in den Tagen deines Jugendalters; wandle in den Wegen deines Herzens und nach dem, was deine Augen sehen — doch sollst du [dabei] wissen, dass dir Gott über dies alles ein Urteil sprechen wird!
