Praise the Name of the Lord

1 Praise the LORD! Praise the LORD from the heavens; praise him in the heights! (Ps 147:20; Ps 148:7; Mt 21:9) 2 Praise him, all his angels; praise him, all his hosts! (Ps 103:20; Ps 103:21) 3 Praise him, sun and moon, praise him, all you shining stars! 4 Praise him, you highest heavens, and you waters above the heavens! 5 Let them praise the name of the LORD! For he commanded and they were created. Gottes Lob im Himmel und auf Erden

1 Halleluja! Lobet im Himmel den HERRN, lobet ihn in der Höhe! (Ps 103:20) 2 Lobet ihn, alle seine Engel, lobet ihn, all sein Heer! 3 Lobet ihn, Sonne und Mond, lobet ihn, alle leuchtenden Sterne! (Ge 1:1) 4 Lobet ihn, ihr Himmel aller Himmel und ihr Wasser über dem Himmel! 5 Die sollen loben den Namen des HERRN; denn er gebot, da wurden sie geschaffen. (Ps 33:9) 6 Er lässt sie bestehen für immer und ewig; er gab eine Ordnung, die dürfen sie nicht überschreiten. 7 Lobet den HERRN auf Erden, ihr großen Fische und alle Tiefen des Meeres, 8 Feuer, Hagel, Schnee und Nebel, Sturmwinde, die sein Wort ausrichten, 9 ihr Berge und alle Hügel, ihr Fruchtbäume und alle Zedern, 10 ihr Tiere und alles Vieh, Gewürm und Vögel, 11 ihr Könige auf Erden und alle Völker, Fürsten und alle Richter auf Erden, 12 Jünglinge und Jungfrauen, Alte mit den Jungen! 13 Die sollen loben den Namen des HERRN; denn sein Name allein ist hoch, seine Herrlichkeit reicht, so weit Himmel und Erde ist. 14 Er erhöht das Horn seines Volkes. Alle seine Heiligen sollen loben, die Israeliten, das Volk, das ihm nahe ist. Halleluja! (De 4:7)

Lodate il Signore dai cieli; lodatelo nei luoghi altissimi. 2 Lodatelo, voi tutti i suoi angeli; lodatelo, voi tutti i suoi eserciti! 3 Lodatelo, sole e luna; lodatelo voi tutte, stelle lucenti! 4 Lodatelo, cieli dei cieli, e voi acque al di sopra dei cieli! 5 Tutte queste cose lodino il nome del Signore, perché egli comandò, e furono create. 6 Egli le ha stabilite in eterno; ha dato loro una legge che non sarà trasgredita. 7 Lodate il Signore dal fondo della terra, voi mostri marini e oceani tutti, 8 fuoco e grandine, neve e nebbia, vento impetuoso che esegui i suoi ordini; 9 monti e colli tutti, alberi fruttiferi e cedri tutti; 10 animali selvatici e domestici, rettili e uccelli; 11 re della terra e popoli tutti, prìncipi e giudici della terra; 12 giovani e fanciulle, vecchi e bambini! 13 Lodino il nome del Signore, perché solo il suo nome è esaltato; la sua maestà è al di sopra della terra e del cielo. 14 Egli ha ridato forza al suo popolo, motivo di lode per tutti i suoi fedeli, per i figli d’Israele, il popolo che gli sta vicino.
