1 Oh sing to the LORD a new song, for he has done marvelous things! His right hand and his holy arm have worked salvation for him. (Ex 15:6; Ps 33:3; Ps 96:3; Lu 1:51) 2 The LORD has made known his salvation; he has revealed his righteousness in the sight of the nations. (Ps 96:2; Ps 96:3; Isa 49:6; Isa 52:10; Isa 59:16; Isa 62:2; Isa 63:5; Lu 2:30; Lu 2:31; Ro 3:25; Ro 3:26) 3 He has remembered his steadfast love and faithfulness to the house of Israel. All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God. (Ps 22:27; Ps 36:5; Ps 98:2; Lu 1:54; Lu 1:72) 4 Make a joyful noise to the LORD, all the earth; break forth into joyous song and sing praises! (Ps 66:1; Isa 44:23) 5 Sing praises to the LORD with the lyre, with the lyre and the sound of melody! (Isa 51:3) 6 With trumpets and the sound of the horn make a joyful noise before the King, the LORD! (Nu 10:10; 1Ch 15:24; 2Ch 15:14; Ps 4:1) 7 Let the sea roar, and all that fills it; the world and those who dwell in it! (Ps 24:1; Ps 96:11) 8 Let the rivers clap their hands; let the hills sing for joy together (Ps 89:12; Ps 93:3; Isa 55:12) 9 before the LORD, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness, and the peoples with equity. (Ps 58:11; Ps 96:13)

1 Psaume. Chantez à l'Éternel un cantique nouveau! Car il a fait des prodiges. Sa droite et son bras saint lui sont venus en aide. 2 L'Éternel a manifesté son salut, Il a révélé sa justice aux yeux des nations. 3 Il s'est souvenu de sa bonté et de sa fidélité envers la maison d'Israël, Toutes les extrémités de la terre ont vu le salut de notre Dieu. 4 Poussez vers l'Éternel des cris de joie, Vous tous, habitants de la terre! Faites éclater votre allégresse, et chantez! 5 Chantez à l'Éternel avec la harpe; Avec la harpe chantez des cantiques! 6 Avec les trompettes et au son du cor, Poussez des cris de joie devant le roi, l'Éternel! 7 Que la mer retentisse avec tout ce qu'elle contient, Que le monde et ceux qui l'habitent éclatent d'allégresse, 8 Que les fleuves battent des mains, Que toutes les montagnes poussent des cris de joie, 9 Devant l'Éternel! Car il vient pour juger la terre; Il jugera le monde avec justice, Et les peuples avec équité.
