(Ps 27:14; Ps 37:7; Ps 39:12)2He drew me up from the pit of destruction, out of the miry bog, and set my feet upon a rock, making my steps secure. (Ps 27:5; Ps 37:23; Ps 69:2; Ps 69:14; Jer 38:6)3He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God. Many will see and fear, and put their trust in the Lord. (De 13:11; Ps 33:3; Ps 52:6; Ps 64:8)4Blessed is the man who makes the Lord his trust, who does not turn to the proud, to those who go astray after a lie! (Le 19:4; De 29:18; Job 23:11; Ps 2:12; Ps 101:3; Ps 125:5; Ho 3:1)5You have multiplied, O Lord my God, your wondrous deeds and your thoughts toward us; none can compare with you! I will proclaim and tell of them, yet they are more than can be told. (Ex 15:11; Ps 9:1; Ps 71:15; Ps 92:5; Ps 139:17; Ps 139:18; Isa 55:8)6In sacrifice and offering you have not delighted, but you have given me an open ear.[1] Burnt offering and sin offering you have not required. (1Sa 15:22; Job 33:16; Ps 51:16; Pr 21:3; Heb 10:5)7Then I said, “Behold, I have come; in the scroll of the book it is written of me: (Lu 24:44)8I delight to do your will, O my God; your law is within my heart.” (Ps 37:31; Ps 119:16; Ps 119:24; Ps 119:35; Ps 119:92; Joh 4:34)9I have told the glad news of deliverance[2] in the great congregation; behold, I have not restrained my lips, as you know, O Lord. (Jos 22:22; Ps 22:25; Ps 119:13; Ac 20:20; Ac 20:27)10I have not hidden your deliverance within my heart; I have spoken of your faithfulness and your salvation; I have not concealed your steadfast love and your faithfulness from the great congregation.11As for you, O Lord, you will not restrain your mercy from me; your steadfast love and your faithfulness will ever preserve me! (Ps 36:5; Ps 57:3; Ps 61:7; Pr 20:28)12For evils have encompassed me beyond number; my iniquities have overtaken me, and I cannot see; they are more than the hairs of my head; my heart fails me. (Ps 38:4; Ps 38:10; Ps 69:4; Ps 73:26; Ps 116:3)13Be pleased, O Lord, to deliver me! O Lord, make haste to help me! (Ps 22:19; Ps 22:20; Ps 38:22; Ps 70:1; Ps 71:12; Ps 141:1)14Let those be put to shame and disappointed altogether who seek to snatch away my life; let those be turned back and brought to dishonor who delight in my hurt! (Ps 6:10; Ps 35:4; Ps 35:26; Ps 71:13)15Let those be appalled because of their shame who say to me, “Aha, Aha!” (Ps 35:21; Ps 35:25; Ps 70:3)16But may all who seek you rejoice and be glad in you; may those who love your salvation say continually, “Great is the Lord!” (Ps 35:27)17As for me, I am poor and needy, but the Lord takes thought for me. Da neigte er sich mir zu und hörte mein Schreien.3Er zog mich herauf aus der Grube des Grauens,
aus Schlamm und Morast.
Er stellte meine Füße auf Fels,
machte fest meine Schritte. (Ps 69:15)4Er gab mir ein neues Lied in den Mund,
einen Lobgesang auf unseren Gott.
Viele sollen es sehen, sich in Ehrfurcht neigen
und auf den HERRN vertrauen. (Ps 33:3)5Selig der Mann, der auf den HERRN sein Vertrauen setzt,
der sich nicht zu Aufdringlichen wandte und zu in Lüge Verstrickten. (Ps 1:1; Jer 17:7)6Vieles hast du getan, HERR, du mein Gott:/
deine Wunder und deine Pläne für uns.
Nichts kommt dir gleich.
Wollte ich von ihnen künden und reden,
es wären mehr, als man zählen kann. (Ps 139:17)7An Schlacht- und Speiseopfern hattest du kein Gefallen, /
doch Ohren hast du mir gegraben,
Brand- und Sündopfer hast du nicht gefordert. (1Sa 15:22; Ps 50:7; Ps 51:18; Ps 69:31; Isa 1:11; Jer 6:20; Am 5:22; Heb 10:5)8Da habe ich gesagt: Siehe, ich komme.
In der Buchrolle steht es über mich geschrieben.9Deinen Willen zu tun, mein Gott, war mein Gefallen
und deine Weisung ist in meinem Innern. (Ps 37:31; Joh 4:34)10Gerechtigkeit habe ich in großer Versammlung verkündet,
meine Lippen verschließe ich nicht; HERR, du weißt es. (Ps 22:23)11Deine Gerechtigkeit habe ich nicht in meinem Herzen verborgen. /
Ich habe gesprochen von deinem Heil und deiner Treue,
nicht verschwiegen deine Huld und deine Treue vor großer Versammlung.12Du, HERR, wirst dein Erbarmen nicht vor mir verschließen.
Deine Huld und deine Treue werden mich immer behüten.13Denn Leiden ohne Zahl haben mich umfangen, /
meine Sünden haben mich eingeholt
und ich vermag nicht mehr aufzusehn.
Zahlreicher sind sie als die Haare auf meinem Kopf
und der Mut hat mich verlassen. (Ps 38:5)14Es gefalle dir, HERR, mir zu helfen!
HERR, eile mir zu helfen! (Ps 22:12; Ps 40:18)15In Schmach und Schande sollen alle fallen,
die mir nach dem Leben trachten.
Zurückweichen sollen und vor Scham erröten,
die sich über mein Unglück freun. (Ps 35:4)16Wegen ihrer Schmach sollen erschaudern,
die zu mir sagen: Ha, dir geschieht recht. (Ps 35:21)17Frohlocken sollen und deiner sich freuen
alle, die dich suchen.
Die dein Heil lieben, sollen immer sagen:
Groß ist der HERR. (Ps 35:27)18Ich aber bin elend und arm.
Der Herr wird an mich denken.
Meine Hilfe und mein Retter bist du.
Mein Gott, säume doch nicht!

Quand ils verront ce qu’il a fait, ╵ils seront nombreux à le craindre et à mettre leur confiance en l’Eternel.5Bienheureux l’homme ╵qui fait confiance à l’Eternel et ne se tourne pas ╵vers les gens orgueilleux et enclins au mensonge[1].6O Eternel mon Dieu, toi, tu as accompli ╵tant d’œuvres merveilleuses, et combien de projets ╵tu as formés pour nous! Nul n’est semblable à toi. Je voudrais publier, ╵redire tes merveilles, mais leur nombre est trop grand.7Tu n’as voulu ╵ni offrande ni sacrifice. Tu m’as ouvert l’oreille, car tu n’as demandé ╵ni holocaustes ╵ni sacrifices ╵pour le péché[2]. (Heb 10:5)8Alors j’ai dit: Voici, je viens, dans le rouleau du livre, ╵il est question de moi[3].9Je prends plaisir à faire ╵ta volonté, mon Dieu, et ta Loi est gravée ╵tout au fond de mon cœur.10Dans la grande assemblée, ╵j’annonce la bonne nouvelle ╵de ta justice[4]. Je ne la tairai pas, Eternel, tu le sais.11Non, je ne me retiens pas d’exprimer ╵que tu es juste. Je proclame bien haut ╵combien tu es fidèle ╵et que tu m’as sauvé. Non, je ne cache pas ╵ton amour, ta fidélité dans la grande assemblée.12Et toi, ô Eternel, ╵tu ne retiendras pas ╵loin de moi ta tendresse: ton amour, ta fidélité ╵sans cesse me protégeront.13De malheurs innombrables ╵je suis environné, mes transgressions m’accablent: je n’en supporte pas la vue: elles dépassent, par leur nombre, ╵les cheveux de ma tête; je n’ai plus de courage.14Veuille, Eternel, me délivrer! Eternel, hâte-toi ╵de venir à mon aide[5]! (Ps 70:2)15Qu’ils soient couverts de honte, ╵remplis de confusion, ceux qui en veulent à ma vie! Qu’ils battent en retraite, ╵qu’ils soient déshonorés, ceux qui désirent mon malheur!16Qu’ils dépérissent ╵sous le poids de la honte, ceux qui ricanent ╵à mon sujet.17Mais que tous ceux qui se tournent vers toi soient débordants de joie, ╵oui, qu’en toi ils se réjouissent. Et que tous ceux qui aiment ton salut redisent constamment: ╵« Que l’Eternel est grand! »18Moi, je suis pauvre et malheureux, mais le Seigneur prend soin de moi. Toi qui es mon secours ╵et mon libérateur, mon Dieu, ne tarde pas!
