1“Moreover, you shall make the tabernacle with ten curtains of fine twined linen and blue and purple and scarlet yarns; you shall make them with cherubim skillfully worked into them. (Ex 25:9; Ex 26:31; Ex 26:36; Ex 28:6; Ex 28:15; Ex 36:8; Ex 36:35; Ex 39:3; Ex 39:8)2The length of each curtain shall be twenty-eight cubits,[1] and the breadth of each curtain four cubits; all the curtains shall be the same size.3Five curtains shall be coupled to one another, and the other five curtains shall be coupled to one another.4And you shall make loops of blue on the edge of the outermost curtain in the first set. Likewise you shall make loops on the edge of the outermost curtain in the second set.5Fifty loops you shall make on the one curtain, and fifty loops you shall make on the edge of the curtain that is in the second set; the loops shall be opposite one another.6And you shall make fifty clasps of gold, and couple the curtains one to the other with the clasps, so that the tabernacle may be a single whole.7“You shall also make curtains of goats’ hair for a tent over the tabernacle; eleven curtains shall you make. The eleven curtains shall be the same size.9You shall couple five curtains by themselves, and six curtains by themselves, and the sixth curtain you shall double over at the front of the tent.10You shall make fifty loops on the edge of the curtain that is outermost in one set, and fifty loops on the edge of the curtain that is outermost in the second set.11“You shall make fifty clasps of bronze, and put the clasps into the loops, and couple the tent together that it may be a single whole.12And the part that remains of the curtains of the tent, the half curtain that remains, shall hang over the back of the tabernacle.13And the extra that remains in the length of the curtains, the cubit on the one side, and the cubit on the other side, shall hang over the sides of the tabernacle, on this side and that side, to cover it.14And you shall make for the tent a covering of tanned rams’ skins[2] and a covering of goatskins on top. (Ex 25:5; Ex 36:19)15“You shall make upright frames for the tabernacle of acacia wood.16Ten cubits shall be the length of a frame, and a cubit and a half the breadth of each frame.17There shall be two tenons in each frame, for fitting together. So shall you do for all the frames of the tabernacle.18You shall make the frames for the tabernacle: twenty frames for the south side;19and forty bases of silver you shall make under the twenty frames, two bases under one frame for its two tenons, and two bases under the next frame for its two tenons;20and for the second side of the tabernacle, on the north side twenty frames,21and their forty bases of silver, two bases under one frame, and two bases under the next frame.22And for the rear of the tabernacle westward you shall make six frames.23And you shall make two frames for corners of the tabernacle in the rear;24they shall be separate beneath, but joined at the top, at the first ring. Thus shall it be with both of them; they shall form the two corners.25And there shall be eight frames, with their bases of silver, sixteen bases; two bases under one frame, and two bases under another frame.26“You shall make bars of acacia wood, five for the frames of the one side of the tabernacle,27and five bars for the frames of the other side of the tabernacle, and five bars for the frames of the side of the tabernacle at the rear westward.28The middle bar, halfway up the frames, shall run from end to end.29You shall overlay the frames with gold and shall make their rings of gold for holders for the bars, and you shall overlay the bars with gold. Heiligtum: Zeltdecken zur Wohnung
1Die Wohnung aber sollst du aus zehn Zeltdecken machen. Aus gezwirntem Byssus[1], violettem und rotem Purpur und Karmesinstoff sollst du sie machen, mit Cherubim, als Kunststickerarbeit. (Ex 31:7; 1Ki 6:29; 1Ch 17:1; Heb 9:2; Re 21:3)2Die Länge einer Zeltdecke sei achtundzwanzig Ellen und vier Ellen die Breite einer Zeltdecke: ein Maß für alle Zeltdecken.3Fünf Zeltdecken sollen miteinander verbunden sein, und ⟨auch die übrigen⟩ fünf Zeltdecken sollen miteinander verbunden sein.4Am Saum der einen Zeltdecke, am Ende der ⟨einen⟩ Verbindungsstelle, bringe Schleifen aus violettem Purpur an! Und ebenso sollst du es machen an dem Saum der äußersten Zeltdecke an der andern Verbindungsstelle:5fünfzig Schleifen sollst du an der einen Zeltdecke anbringen, und fünfzig Schleifen sollst du am Ende der Zeltdecke anbringen, die sich an der andern Verbindungsstelle befindet; die Schleifen ⟨sollen⟩ einander gegenüber⟨stehen⟩.6Stelle fünfzig goldene Haken her und verbinde die Zeltdecken durch die Haken miteinander, sodass die Wohnung ein ⟨Ganzes⟩ wird!7Und du sollst Zeltdecken aus Ziegenhaar machen als Zelt⟨dach⟩ über der Wohnung; elf solcher Zeltdecken sollst du machen.8Die Länge einer Zeltdecke sei dreißig Ellen und vier Ellen die Breite einer Zeltdecke: ein Maß für die elf Zeltdecken.9Verbinde fünf Zeltdecken für sich und ⟨ebenso⟩ die ⟨übrigen⟩ sechs Zeltdecken für sich, und die sechste Zeltdecke an der Vorderseite des Zeltes lege doppelt!10Bringe auch fünfzig Schleifen am Saum der einen Zeltdecke an, der äußersten, an der ⟨einen⟩ Verbindungsstelle, und fünfzig Schleifen am Saum der ⟨äußersten⟩ Zeltdecke der anderen Verbindungsstelle!11Dann stelle fünfzig bronzene Haken her, führe die Haken in die Schleifen ein und füge das Zelt⟨dach⟩ zusammen, sodass es ein ⟨Ganzes⟩ wird!12Das Überhängende aber, das an den Decken des Zeltes übrig ist, die halbe Zeltdecke, die übrig ist, soll über der Rückseite der Wohnung hängen.13Und von dem, was an der Länge der Decken des Zeltes übrig ist, sollen die Elle auf der einen und die Elle auf der anderen ⟨Seite⟩ an beiden Seiten der Wohnung überhängen[2], um sie zu bedecken.14Und fertige für das Zelt eine Decke aus rot gefärbten Widderfellen an und oben darüber eine Decke aus Häuten von Delfinen[3]!
Heiligtum: Bretter und Riegel
15Die Bretter für die Wohnung sollst du aus Akazienholz herstellen – aufrecht stehend;16zehn Ellen sei die Länge eines Brettes und anderthalb Ellen die Breite eines Brettes;17ein Brett soll zwei Zapfen haben, einer dem andern gegenüber eingefügt. So sollst du es an allen Brettern der Wohnung machen.18Und zwar sollst du an Brettern für die Wohnung zwanzig Bretter für die Südseite machen, nach Süden zu,19und unter den zwanzig Brettern vierzig silberne Fußgestelle anbringen: zwei Fußgestelle unter einem Brett für seine zwei Zapfen und ⟨wieder⟩ zwei Fußgestelle unter einem Brett für seine zwei Zapfen.20Auch für die andere Längsseite der Wohnung, für die Nordseite, ⟨sollst du⟩ zwanzig Bretter21und ihre vierzig silbernen Fußgestelle ⟨anfertigen⟩: zwei Fußgestelle unter einem Brett und ⟨wieder⟩ zwei Fußgestelle unter einem Brett.22Für die Rückseite der Wohnung aber, nach Westen zu, sollst du sechs Bretter machen.23Stelle auch zwei Bretter für die Ecken der Wohnung an der Rückseite her!24Sie sollen von unten herauf doppelt und an ihrem Oberteil ganz beieinander sein ⟨bis⟩ zu einem Ring; so soll es mit ihnen beiden sein, für die beiden Ecken sollen sie sein.25Es sollen also acht Bretter sein und ihre silbernen Fußgestelle, sechzehn Fußgestelle: zwei Fußgestelle ⟨seien⟩ unter einem Brett und ⟨wieder⟩ zwei Fußgestelle unter einem Brett.26Und fertige Riegel aus Akazienholz an: fünf für die Bretter der einen Längsseite der Wohnung,27fünf Riegel für die Bretter der anderen Längsseite der Wohnung und fünf Riegel für die Bretter der Seite der Wohnung, ⟨die⟩ die Rückseite ⟨bildet⟩, nach Westen zu!28Und der mittlere Riegel in der Mitte der Bretter soll von einem Ende zum andern durchlaufen.29Die Bretter aber sollst du mit Gold überziehen. Und ihre Ringe, die Ösen[4] für die Riegel, sollst du aus Gold machen, auch die Riegel überziehe mit Gold! Heiligtum: Vorhänge
31Und du sollst einen Vorhang[6] anfertigen aus violettem und rotem Purpur und Karmesinstoff und gezwirntem Byssus; in Kunststickerarbeit soll man ihn machen, mit Cherubim. (Ex 35:12; 2Ch 3:14; Mt 27:51; Heb 9:3)32Den hänge an vier Säulen aus Akazienholz auf, die mit Gold überzogen sind – ⟨auch⟩ ihre Nägel ⟨sollen⟩ aus Gold ⟨sein⟩ – ⟨und die⟩ auf vier silbernen Fußgestellen ⟨stehen⟩.33Und zwar sollst du den Vorhang unter den Haken anbringen. Und bringe dorthin, auf die Innenseite ⟨hinter⟩ dem Vorhang, die Lade des Zeugnisses[7]! So soll der Vorhang[8] für euch das Heilige und das Allerheiligste[9] ⟨voneinander⟩ scheiden. (Ex 40:21; 1Ki 6:16; 1Ki 8:6; Heb 9:3)34Und die Deckplatte[10] sollst du auf die Lade des Zeugnisses im Allerheiligsten legen. (Ex 40:22)36Dann mache für den Eingang des Zeltes einen Vorhang[12] aus violettem und rotem Purpur, Karmesinstoff und gezwirntem Byssus in Buntwirkerarbeit.
