1The Lord said to Moses,2“Speak to the people of Israel, that they take for me a contribution. From every man whose heart moves him you shall receive the contribution for me. (Ex 35:4; Ex 35:5; Ex 35:21; Ex 35:29; Ex 36:2; Jud 5:2; 1Ch 29:5; Ezr 1:6; Ezr 2:68; Ezr 3:5; Ezr 7:16; Ne 11:2; 2Co 8:12; 2Co 9:7)3And this is the contribution that you shall receive from them: gold, silver, and bronze,4blue and purple and scarlet yarns and fine twined linen, goats’ hair, (Ex 26:1; Ex 26:31; Ex 26:36)5tanned rams’ skins, goatskins,[1] acacia wood, (Ex 26:14)6oil for the lamps, spices for the anointing oil and for the fragrant incense, (Ex 27:20; Ex 30:7; Ex 30:23; Ex 30:34; Ex 31:11)7onyx stones, and stones for setting, for the ephod and for the breastpiece. (Ex 28:4; Ex 28:15)8And let them make me a sanctuary, that I may dwell in their midst. (Ex 29:45; Ex 36:1; 1Ki 6:13; 2Co 6:16; Heb 9:1; Re 21:3)9Exactly as I show you concerning the pattern of the tabernacle, and of all its furniture, so you shall make it. (Ex 25:40; Ex 26:1)
The Ark of the Covenant
10“They shall make an ark of acacia wood. Two cubits[2] and a half shall be its length, a cubit and a half its breadth, and a cubit and a half its height. (Ex 37:1; De 10:3; Heb 9:4)11You shall overlay it with pure gold, inside and outside shall you overlay it, and you shall make on it a molding of gold around it. (Ex 25:24; Ex 30:3; Ex 37:2)12You shall cast four rings of gold for it and put them on its four feet, two rings on the one side of it, and two rings on the other side of it. (Ex 37:3)13You shall make poles of acacia wood and overlay them with gold.14And you shall put the poles into the rings on the sides of the ark to carry the ark by them.15The poles shall remain in the rings of the ark; they shall not be taken from it. (1Ki 8:8)16And you shall put into the ark the testimony that I shall give you. (Ex 16:34; De 31:26; 1Ki 8:9)17“You shall make a mercy seat[3] of pure gold. Two cubits and a half shall be its length, and a cubit and a half its breadth. (Ex 37:6; Heb 9:5)18And you shall make two cherubim of gold; of hammered work shall you make them, on the two ends of the mercy seat. (Ex 25:31; Ex 37:7; Ex 37:17; Ex 37:22; Nu 8:4; Nu 10:2)19Make one cherub on the one end, and one cherub on the other end. Of one piece with the mercy seat shall you make the cherubim on its two ends. (Ex 37:8)20The cherubim shall spread out their wings above, overshadowing the mercy seat with their wings, their faces one to another; toward the mercy seat shall the faces of the cherubim be. (1Ki 8:7; 1Ch 28:18; Heb 9:5)21And you shall put the mercy seat on the top of the ark, and in the ark you shall put the testimony that I shall give you.22There I will meet with you, and from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubim that are on the ark of the testimony, I will speak with you about all that I will give you in commandment for the people of Israel. The Table for Bread
23“You shall make a table of acacia wood. Two cubits shall be its length, a cubit its breadth, and a cubit and a half its height. (Ex 37:10; 1Ki 7:48; 2Ch 4:8; Heb 9:2)24You shall overlay it with pure gold and make a molding of gold around it. (Ex 25:11)25And you shall make a rim around it a handbreadth[4] wide, and a molding of gold around the rim.26And you shall make for it four rings of gold, and fasten the rings to the four corners at its four legs.27Close to the frame the rings shall lie, as holders for the poles to carry the table. (Ex 26:29; Ex 30:4; Ex 36:34; Ex 37:14; Ex 37:27; Ex 38:5)28You shall make the poles of acacia wood, and overlay them with gold, and the table shall be carried with these.29And you shall make its plates and dishes for incense, and its flagons and bowls with which to pour drink offerings; you shall make them of pure gold. (Ex 37:16; Nu 4:7)30And you shall set the bread of the Presence on the table before me regularly. (Le 24:5)
The Golden Lampstand
31“You shall make a lampstand of pure gold. The lampstand shall be made of hammered work: its base, its stem, its cups, its calyxes, and its flowers shall be of one piece with it. (Ex 37:17; 1Ki 7:49; Zec 4:2; Heb 9:2; Re 1:12)32And there shall be six branches going out of its sides, three branches of the lampstand out of one side of it and three branches of the lampstand out of the other side of it;33three cups made like almond blossoms, each with calyx and flower, on one branch, and three cups made like almond blossoms, each with calyx and flower, on the other branch—so for the six branches going out of the lampstand.34And on the lampstand itself there shall be four cups made like almond blossoms, with their calyxes and flowers,35and a calyx of one piece with it under each pair of the six branches going out from the lampstand.36Their calyxes and their branches shall be of one piece with it, the whole of it a single piece of hammered work of pure gold.37You shall make seven lamps for it. And the lamps shall be set up so as to give light on the space in front of it. (Le 24:2; Nu 8:2; 2Ch 13:11)38Its tongs and their trays shall be of pure gold.39It shall be made, with all these utensils, out of a talent[5] of pure gold.40And see that you make them after the pattern for them, which is being shown you on the mountain. (Ex 25:9; Ex 26:30; Ex 27:8; Nu 8:4; 1Ch 28:11; 1Ch 28:19; Ac 7:44; Heb 8:5)

(Ge 2:12; Ex 28:9)8Und sie sollen mir ein Heiligtum machen, damit ich in ihrer Mitte wohne. Heiligtum: Bundeslade mit Deckplatte
10So sollen sie nun[6] eine Lade[7] aus Akazienholz machen: zweieinhalb Ellen sei ihre Länge, anderthalb Ellen ihre Breite und anderthalb Ellen ihre Höhe. (Ex 31:7; De 10:1; Re 11:19)11Die sollst du mit reinem Gold überziehen – von innen und außen sollst du sie überziehen – und auf ihr ringsum eine goldene Kante anbringen. (Ex 30:3; Heb 9:4)12Gieße für sie auch vier goldene Ringe und befestige sie an ihren vier Füßen, und zwar zwei Ringe an ihrer einen Längsseite und zwei Ringe an ihrer anderen Längsseite!13Und du sollst Stangen aus Akazienholz anfertigen und sie mit Gold überziehen.14Diese Stangen stecke in die Ringe an den Seiten der Lade, damit man die Lade mit ihnen tragen kann[8]! (1Ch 15:15)15Die Stangen sollen in den Ringen der Lade bleiben, sie dürfen nicht von ihr[9] entfernt werden. (1Ki 8:8)16In die Lade aber lege das Zeugnis[10], das ich dir geben werde. (De 10:5; 1Ki 8:9)17Dann sollst du eine Deckplatte[11] aus reinem Gold herstellen; zweieinhalb Ellen sei ihre Länge und anderthalb Ellen ihre Breite. (Ex 35:12; Ro 3:25)18Und mache zwei goldene Cherubim; in getriebener Arbeit sollst du sie machen an den beiden Enden der Deckplatte, (2Ch 3:10; Eze 10:2; Heb 9:5)19und zwar sollst du einen Cherub am Ende hier und einen Cherub am Ende dort machen. Aus ⟨einem Stück mit⟩ der Deckplatte[12] sollt ihr die Cherubim machen an ihren beiden Enden.20Und die Cherubim sollen die Flügel nach oben ausbreiten, die Deckplatte[13] mit ihren Flügeln überdeckend, während ihre Gesichter einander zu⟨gewandt⟩[14] sind. Der Deckplatte[15] sollen die Gesichter der Cherubim zu⟨gewandt⟩ sein. (1Ki 6:23; 1Ch 28:18; 2Ch 3:10)21Lege die Deckplatte[16] oben auf die Lade! In die Lade aber sollst du das Zeugnis[17] legen, das ich dir geben werde. (Ex 26:34; Le 16:13; De 10:5; 1Ki 8:9)22Und dort werde ich dir begegnen und von der Deckplatte[18] herab, zwischen den beiden Cherubim hervor, die auf der Lade des Zeugnisses[19] sind, alles zu dir reden, was ich dir für die Söhne Israel auftragen werde. Heiligtum: Schaubrottisch
23Und du sollst einen Tisch aus Akazienholz machen; zwei Ellen sei seine Länge, eine Elle seine Breite und anderthalb Ellen seine Höhe. (Ex 31:8; 1Ki 7:48; Heb 9:2)24Den überzieh mit reinem Gold und bringe an ihm ringsum eine goldene Kante an! (Ex 30:3)25Mache ⟨an⟩ ihm ringsum eine Leiste von einer Handbreit und bringe an seiner Leiste ringsum eine goldene Kante an!26Mache für ihn auch vier goldene Ringe und befestige die Ringe an den vier Seiten seiner vier Füße[20]!27Dicht an der Leiste sollen die Ringe sein als Ösen[21] für die Stangen, damit man den Tisch tragen kann[22].28Die Stangen aber sollst du aus Akazienholz machen und sie mit Gold überziehen, und der Tisch soll daran getragen werden.29Fertige auch seine Schüsseln, seine Schalen, seine Kannen[23] und seine Opferschalen an, mit denen man ⟨Trankopfer⟩ ausgießt! Aus reinem Gold sollst du sie herstellen. (1Ki 7:50)30Auf den Tisch aber sollst du beständig vor mein Angesicht Schaubrote[24] legen. (Ex 35:13; Ex 37:17; Ex 39:36; Le 24:5; Nu 8:1; 1Sa 21:5; 2Ch 2:3)
Heiligtum: Leuchter
31Und du sollst einen Leuchter aus reinem Gold machen. In getriebener Arbeit soll der Leuchter gemacht werden, sein Fuß[25] und seine Schaftröhre. Seine Kelche, Knäufe und Blüten sollen aus ⟨einem Stück mit⟩ ihm sein. (Ex 31:8; 1Ki 7:49; Zec 4:2)32Sechs Arme sollen von seinen ⟨beiden⟩ Seiten ausgehen; drei Arme des Leuchters aus seiner einen Seite und drei Arme des Leuchters aus seiner andern Seite.33Drei Kelche in der Form von Mandelblüten seien an dem einen Arm, ⟨aus⟩ Knauf und Blüte ⟨bestehend⟩, und drei Kelche in der Form von Mandelblüten am nächsten Arm, ⟨aus⟩ Knauf und Blüte ⟨bestehend⟩; so sei es an den sechs Armen, die vom[26] Leuchter ausgehen.34Am Leuchter aber sollen vier Kelche sein in der Form von Mandelblüten, ⟨aus⟩ seinen Knäufen und Blüten ⟨bestehend⟩;35und zwar ein Knauf unter den ⟨ersten⟩ zwei von ihm ⟨ausgehenden⟩ Armen, ein Knauf unter den ⟨nächsten⟩ zwei von ihm ⟨ausgehenden⟩ Armen und ⟨wieder⟩ ein Knauf unter den ⟨dritten⟩ zwei von ihm ⟨ausgehenden⟩ Armen; ⟨so sei es⟩ an den sechs Armen, die vom Leuchter ausgehen.36Ihre Knäufe und Arme sollen aus ⟨einem Stück mit⟩ ihm sein. Der ganze ⟨Leuchter⟩ sei eine getriebene Arbeit, aus reinem Gold.37Und fertige seine sieben Lampen an, und man soll seine Lampen daraufsetzen, sodass ⟨jede⟩ auf die ihm gegenüberliegende Seite[27] leuchtet. (Ex 30:8; Le 24:4; 2Ch 4:20; Re 4:5)38Auch ihre Dochtscheren und Feuerbecken[28] ⟨sollst⟩ du aus reinem Gold ⟨herstellen⟩.39Aus einem Talent reinen Goldes soll man ihn machen mit all diesen Geräten.40Und sieh zu, dass du ⟨alles⟩ nach ihrem Urbild machst, das dir auf dem Berg gezeigt worden ist!
