1 Halleluja! Lobt den HERRN vom Himmel her! Lobt ihn in den Höhen! (Lk 19,38) 2 Lobt ihn, alle seine Engel! Lobt ihn, alle seine Heerscharen! 3 Lobt ihn, Sonne und Mond! Lobt ihn, alle leuchtenden Sterne! 4 Lobt ihn, ihr Himmel der Himmel und ihr Wasser, die ihr oberhalb des Himmels seid! (1Mo 1,6; 1Kön 8,27; Ps 69,35; Ps 104,3)

5 Loben sollen sie den Namen des HERRN! Denn er gebot, und sie waren geschaffen. (Ps 33,6; Ps 103,20) 6 Er stellte sie hin für immer und ewig. Er gab eine Ordnung, die wird man nicht überschreiten. (Jer 31,35) 7 Lobt den HERRN von der Erde her, ihr Seeungeheuer und alle Fluten^[1]! (Ps 104,24) 8 Feuer und Hagel, Schnee und Nebel, Sturmwind, der sein Wort vollzieht! (Jon 1,4) 9 Ihr Berge und alle Hügel, Fruchtbäume und alle Zedern! (Jes 44,23) 10 Das Wild und alles Vieh, Gewürm und gefiederte Vögel! (Jes 43,20) 11 Könige der Erde und alle Völker, Oberste und alle Richter der Erde! (Offb 21,24) 12 Junge Männer und auch Jungfrauen, Alte samt den Jungen: (Jer 31,13) 13 Sie sollen loben den Namen des HERRN! Denn allein sein Name ist hoch erhaben, seine Hoheit ist über Erde und Himmel! (Ps 8,2; Ps 150,6; Jes 12,4) 14 Er hat erhöht ein Horn seinem Volk. Ein Loblied für alle seine Frommen, für die Söhne Israel, für das Volk, das ihm nahe ist^[2]. Halleluja! (5Mo 4,7; Ps 89,18; Ps 149,9)
