Offenbarung 13

Elberfelder Bibel

(Offb 15,2; Offb 17,9)

Offenbarung 13

English Standard Version

von Crossway
1 And I saw a beast rising out of the sea, with ten horns and seven heads, with ten diadems on its horns and blasphemous names on its heads. (Dan 7,3; Offb 12,3; Offb 17,3)2 And the beast that I saw was like a leopard; its feet were like a bear’s, and its mouth was like a lion’s mouth. And to it the dragon gave his power and his throne and great authority. (Dan 7,4; Dan 7,5; Dan 7,6; Lk 4,6; Offb 13,4; Offb 13,11; Offb 16,10)3 One of its heads seemed to have a mortal wound, but its mortal wound was healed, and the whole earth marveled as they followed the beast. (Offb 17,8)4 And they worshiped the dragon, for he had given his authority to the beast, and they worshiped the beast, saying, “Who is like the beast, and who can fight against it?” (Offb 18,18)5 And the beast was given a mouth uttering haughty and blasphemous words, and it was allowed to exercise authority for forty-two months. (Dan 7,8; Dan 7,11; Dan 7,20; Dan 11,36; 2Thess 2,4; Offb 11,2; Offb 12,6)6 It opened its mouth to utter blasphemies against God, blaspheming his name and his dwelling,[1] that is, those who dwell in heaven.7 Also it was allowed to make war on the saints and to conquer them.[2] And authority was given it over every tribe and people and language and nation, (Dan 7,21; Offb 11,7; Offb 12,17)8 and all who dwell on earth will worship it, everyone whose name has not been written before the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who was slain. (Apg 2,23; 1Petr 1,19; Offb 3,5; Offb 3,10; Offb 5,6)9 If anyone has an ear, let him hear: (Offb 2,7)10 If anyone is to be taken captive, to captivity he goes; if anyone is to be slain with the sword, with the sword must he be slain. Here is a call for the endurance and faith of the saints. (1Mo 9,6; Jes 33,1; Jer 15,2; Jer 43,11; Offb 14,12)11 Then I saw another beast rising out of the earth. It had two horns like a lamb and it spoke like a dragon. (Offb 13,1; Offb 13,14; Offb 16,13)12 It exercises all the authority of the first beast in its presence,[3] and makes the earth and its inhabitants worship the first beast, whose mortal wound was healed. (Offb 13,3)13 It performs great signs, even making fire come down from heaven to earth in front of people, (5Mo 13,1; 1Kön 18,38; 2Kön 1,10; 2Kön 1,12; Mt 24,24; Lk 9,54; 2Thess 2,9; Offb 16,14; Offb 19,20; Offb 20,9)14 and by the signs that it is allowed to work in the presence of[4] the beast it deceives those who dwell on earth, telling them to make an image for the beast that was wounded by the sword and yet lived. (Offb 12,9; Offb 13,3; Offb 13,12)15 And it was allowed to give breath to the image of the beast, so that the image of the beast might even speak and might cause those who would not worship the image of the beast to be slain. (Offb 14,9; Offb 14,11; Offb 16,2; Offb 16,6; Offb 19,20; Offb 20,4)16 Also it causes all, both small and great, both rich and poor, both free and slave,[5] to be marked on the right hand or the forehead, (Gal 6,17; Offb 7,3)17 so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark, that is, the name of the beast or the number of its name. (Offb 14,11; Offb 15,2)18 This calls for wisdom: let the one who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man, and his number is 666.[6] (Offb 17,9; Offb 21,17)

Offenbarung 13

King James Version

1 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.2 And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.9 If any man have an ear, let him hear.10 He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

Offenbarung 13

Nuova Riveduta 2006
