1O Lord, God of vengeance, O God of vengeance, shine forth! (申32:35; 申32:41; 申32:43; 诗50:2; 赛35:4; 耶51:56; 鸿1:2; 羅12:19)2Rise up, O judge of the earth; repay to the proud what they deserve! (诗7:6; 诗58:11; 路1:51)3O Lord, how long shall the wicked, how long shall the wicked exult? (伯20:5; 诗74:10; 启6:10)4They pour out their arrogant words; all the evildoers boast. (撒上2:3; 诗31:18; 诗92:7; 诗92:9; 诗125:5; 犹1:15)5They crush your people, O Lord, and afflict your heritage. (箴22:22; 赛3:15)6They kill the widow and the sojourner, and murder the fatherless; (赛10:2)7and they say, “The Lord does not see; the God of Jacob does not perceive.” (伯22:13)8Understand, O dullest of the people! Fools, when will you be wise? (诗49:10)9He who planted the ear, does he not hear? He who formed the eye, does he not see? (出4:11; 箴20:12)10He who disciplines the nations, does he not rebuke? He who teaches man knowledge— (伯12:23; 伯35:11)11the Lord—knows the thoughts of man, that they are but a breath.[1] (诗30:5; 诗30:11; 林前3:20)12Blessed is the man whom you discipline, O Lord, and whom you teach out of your law, (申8:5; 伯5:17; 箴3:11; 林前11:32; 來12:5)13to give him rest from days of trouble, until a pit is dug for the wicked. (伯34:29; 诗49:5; 诗55:23)14For the Lord will not forsake his people; he will not abandon his heritage; (申32:9; 撒上12:22; 羅11:2)15for justice will return to the righteous, and all the upright in heart will follow it. (撒上12:14; 王上14:8; 赛42:3)16Who rises up for me against the wicked? Who stands up for me against evildoers? (诗12:5)17If the Lord had not been my help, my soul would soon have lived in the land of silence. (诗31:17; 诗124:1)18When I thought, “My foot slips,” your steadfast love, O Lord, held me up. (诗20:2; 诗38:16; 诗73:2)19When the cares of my heart are many, your consolations cheer my soul.20Can wicked rulers be allied with you, those who frame[2] injustice by statute? (诗50:16; 诗58:2; 赛10:1; 摩6:3)21They band together against the life of the righteous and condemn the innocent to death.[3] (太27:1; 太27:4)22But the Lord has become my stronghold, and my God the rock of my refuge. (诗9:9; 诗14:6; 诗18:2)23He will bring back on them their iniquity and wipe them out for their wickedness; the Lord our God will wipe them out. (诗7:16; 诗34:21; 诗92:9; 箴2:22)
