1 你 们 要 称 谢 耶 和 华 ， 因 他 本 为 善 ； 他 的 慈 爱 永 远 长 存 ！ 

2 愿 耶 和 华 的 赎 民 说 这 话 ， 就 是 他 从 敌 人 手 中 所 救 赎 的 ， 

3 从 各 地 ， 从 东 从 西 ， 从 南 从 北 ， 所 招 聚 来 的 。 

4 他 们 在 旷 野 荒 地 漂 流 ， 寻 不 见 可 住 的 城 邑 ， 

5 又 饥 又 渴 ， 心 里 发 昏 。 

6 於 是 ， 他 们 在 苦 难 中 哀 求 耶 和 华 ； 他 从 他 们 的 祸 患 中 搭 救 他 们 ， 

7 又 领 他 们 行 走 直 路 ， 使 他 们 往 可 居 住 的 城 邑 。 

8 但 愿 人 因 耶 和 华 的 慈 爱 和 他 向 人 所 行 的 奇 事 都 称 赞 他 ； 

9 因 他 使 心 里 渴 慕 的 人 得 以 知 足 ， 使 心 里 饥 饿 的 人 得 饱 美 物 。 

10 那 些 坐 在 黑 暗 中 、 死 荫 里 的 人 被 困 苦 和 铁 炼 捆 锁 ， 

11 是 因 他 们 违 背 神 的 话 语 ， 藐 视 至 高 者 的 旨 意 。 

12 所 以 ， 他 用 劳 苦 治 服 他 们 的 心 ； 他 们 仆 倒 ， 无 人 扶 助 。 

13 於 是 ， 他 们 在 苦 难 中 哀 求 耶 和 华 ； 他 从 他 们 的 祸 患 中 拯 救 他 们 。 

14 他 从 黑 暗 中 和 死 荫 里 领 他 们 出 来 ， 折 断 他 们 的 绑 索 。 

15 但 愿 人 因 耶 和 华 的 慈 爱 和 他 向 人 所 行 的 奇 事 都 称 赞 他 ； 

16 因 为 他 打 破 了 铜 门 ， 砍 断 了 铁 闩 。 

17 愚 妄 人 因 自 己 的 过 犯 和 自 己 的 罪 孽 便 受 苦 楚 。 

18 他 们 心 里 厌 恶 各 样 的 食 物 ， 就 临 近 死 门 。 

19 於 是 ， 他 们 在 苦 难 中 哀 求 耶 和 华 ； 他 从 他 们 的 祸 患 中 拯 救 他 们 。 

20 他 发 命 医 治 他 们 ， 救 他 们 脱 离 死 亡 。 

21 但 愿 人 因 耶 和 华 的 慈 爱 和 他 向 人 所 行 的 奇 事 都 称 赞 他 。 

22 愿 他 们 以 感 谢 为 祭 献 给 他 ， 欢 呼 述 说 他 的 作 为 ！ 

23 在 海 上 坐 船 ， 在 大 水 中 经 理 事 务 的 ， 

24 他 们 看 见 耶 和 华 的 作 为 ， 并 他 在 深 水 中 的 奇 事 。 

25 因 他 一 吩 咐 ， 狂 风 就 起 来 ， 海 中 的 波 浪 也 扬 起 。 

26 他 们 上 到 天 空 ， 下 到 海 底 ； 他 们 的 心 因 患 难 便 消 化 。 

27 他 们 摇 摇 幌 幌 ， 东 倒 西 歪 ， 好 像 醉 酒 的 人 ； 他 们 的 智 慧 无 法 可 施 。 

28 於 是 ， 他 们 在 苦 难 中 哀 求 耶 和 华 ， 他 从 他 们 的 祸 患 中 领 出 他 们 来 。 

29 他 使 狂 风 止 息 ， 波 浪 就 平 静 。 

30 风 息 浪 静 ， 他 们 便 欢 喜 ； 他 就 引 他 们 到 所 愿 去 的 海 口 。 

31 但 愿 人 因 耶 和 华 的 慈 爱 和 他 向 人 所 行 的 奇 事 都 称 赞 他 。 

32 愿 他 们 在 民 的 会 中 尊 崇 他 ， 在 长 老 的 位 上 赞 美 他 ！ 

33 他 使 江 河 变 为 旷 野 ， 叫 水 泉 变 为 乾 渴 之 地 ， 

34 使 肥 地 变 为 硷 地 ； 这 都 因 其 间 居 民 的 罪 恶 。 

35 他 使 旷 野 变 为 水 潭 ， 叫 旱 地 变 为 水 泉 。 

36 他 使 饥 饿 的 人 住 在 那 里 ， 好 建 造 可 住 的 城 邑 ， 

37 又 种 田 地 ， 栽 葡 萄 园 ， 得 享 所 出 的 土 产 。 

38 他 又 赐 福 给 他 们 ， 叫 他 们 生 养 众 多 ， 也 不 叫 他 们 的 牲 畜 减 少 。 

39 他 们 又 因 暴 虐 、 患 难 、 愁 苦 ， 就 减 少 且 卑 下 。 

40 他 使 君 王 蒙 羞 被 辱 ， 使 他 们 在 荒 废 无 路 之 地 漂 流 。 

41 他 却 将 穷 乏 人 安 置 在 高 处 ， 脱 离 苦 难 ， 使 他 的 家 属 多 如 羊 群 。 

42 正 直 人 看 见 就 欢 喜 ； 罪 孽 之 辈 必 塞 口 无 言 。 

43 凡 有 智 慧 的 ， 必 在 这 些 事 上 留 心 ， 也 必 思 想 耶 和 华 的 慈 爱 。

Let the Redeemed of the Lord Say So

1 Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever! (诗100:5; 诗105:1) 

2 Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, whom he has redeemed from trouble (诗106:10; 赛62:12; 赛63:4) 

3 and gathered in from the lands, from the east and from the west, from the north and from the south. (申30:3; 诗106:47; 赛11:12; 赛43:5; 赛56:8; 耶29:14; 耶31:8; 耶31:10; 结20:34; 结20:41; 结39:27) 

4 Some wandered in desert wastes, finding no way to a city to dwell in; (申32:10; 诗107:36; 诗107:40) 

5 hungry and thirsty, their soul fainted within them. (诗77:3) 

6 Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and he delivered them from their distress. (诗106:44; 诗107:13; 诗107:19; 诗107:28) 

7 He led them by a straight way till they reached a city to dwell in. (拉8:21; 诗107:4) 

8 Let them thank the Lord for his steadfast love, for his wondrous works to the children of man! (诗107:15; 诗107:21; 诗107:31)

12 So he bowed their hearts down with hard labor; they fell down, with none to help. (诗22:11)

14 He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death, and burst their bonds apart. (诗2:3; 诗107:10) 

15 Let them thank the Lord for his steadfast love, for his wondrous works to the children of man! (诗107:8; 诗107:21; 诗107:31) 

16 For he shatters the doors of bronze and cuts in two the bars of iron. (赛45:2) 

17 Some were fools through their sinful ways, and because of their iniquities suffered affliction; (箴1:7; 箴14:9)

23 Some went down to the sea in ships, doing business on the great waters; (赛42:10) 

24 they saw the deeds of the Lord, his wondrous works in the deep. 

25 For he commanded and raised the stormy wind, which lifted up the waves of the sea. (诗105:31; 诗105:34; 诗148:8; 拿1:4) 

26 They mounted up to heaven; they went down to the depths; their courage melted away in their evil plight; (诗22:14; 诗119:28)

28 Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and he delivered them from their distress. (诗107:6; 诗107:13; 诗107:19) 

29 He made the storm be still, and the waves of the sea were hushed. (诗65:7) 

30 Then they were glad that the waters were quiet, and he brought them to their desired haven. 

31 Let them thank the Lord for his steadfast love, for his wondrous works to the children of man! (诗107:8; 诗107:15; 诗107:21) 

32 Let them extol him in the congregation of the people, and praise him in the assembly of the elders. (诗22:22; 诗22:25; 诗99:5) 

33 He turns rivers into a desert, springs of water into thirsty ground, (赛42:15; 赛50:2) 

34 a fruitful land into a salty waste, because of the evil of its inhabitants. (创13:10; 创14:3; 创19:24; 申29:23) 

35 He turns a desert into pools of water, a parched land into springs of water. (伯38:26; 诗114:8; 赛35:6; 赛41:18; 赛43:19) 

36 And there he lets the hungry dwell, and they establish a city to live in; (诗107:4; 诗107:7) 

37 they sow fields and plant vineyards and get a fruitful yield. 

38 By his blessing they multiply greatly, and he does not let their livestock diminish. (创12:2; 创17:20; 出1:7) 

39 When they are diminished and brought low through oppression, evil, and sorrow, 

40 he pours contempt on princes and makes them wander in trackless wastes; (申32:10; 伯12:21; 伯12:24) 

41 but he raises up the needy out of affliction and makes their families like flocks. (撒上2:8; 伯21:11; 诗113:7) 

42 The upright see it and are glad, and all wickedness shuts its mouth. (伯22:19; 诗63:11) 

43 Whoever is wise, let him attend to these things; let them consider the steadfast love of the Lord. (诗64:9; 耶9:12; 何14:9)
