1 你 们 要 赞 美 耶 和 华 ！ 要 称 谢 耶 和 华 ， 因 他 本 为 善 ； 他 的 慈 爱 永 远 长 存 ！ 

2 谁 能 传 说 耶 和 华 的 大 能 ？ 谁 能 表 明 他 一 切 的 美 德 ？ 

3 凡 遵 守 公 平 ； 常 行 公 义 的 ， 这 人 便 为 有 福 ！ 

4 耶 和 华 啊 ， 你 用 恩 惠 待 你 的 百 姓 ； 求 你 也 用 这 恩 惠 记 念 我 ， 开 你 的 救 恩 眷 顾 我 ， 

5 使 我 见 你 选 民 的 福 ， 乐 你 国 民 的 乐 ， 与 你 的 产 业 一 同 夸 耀 。 

6 我 们 与 我 们 的 祖 宗 一 同 犯 罪 ； 我 们 作 了 孽 ， 行 了 恶 。 

7 我 们 的 祖 宗 在 埃 及 不 明 白 你 的 奇 事 ， 不 记 念 你 丰 盛 的 慈 爱 ， 反 倒 在 红 海 行 了 悖 逆 。 

8 然 而 ， 他 因 自 己 的 名 拯 救 他 们 ， 为 要 彰 显 他 的 大 能 ， 

9 并 且 斥 责 红 海 ， 海 便 乾 了 ； 他 带 领 他 们 经 过 深 处 ， 如 同 经 过 旷 野 。 

10 他 拯 救 他 们 脱 离 恨 他 们 人 的 手 ， 从 仇 敌 手 中 救 赎 他 们 。 

11 水 淹 没 他 们 的 敌 人 ， 没 有 一 个 存 留 。 

12 那 时 ， 他 们 才 信 了 他 的 话 ， 歌 唱 赞 美 他 。 

13 等 不 多 时 ， 他 们 就 忘 了 他 的 作 为 ， 不 仰 望 他 的 指 教 ， 

14 反 倒 在 旷 野 大 起 欲 心 ， 在 荒 地 试 探 神 。 

15 他 将 他 们 所 求 的 赐 给 他 们 ， 却 使 他 们 的 心 灵 软 弱 。 

16 他 们 又 在 营 中 嫉 妒 摩 西 和 耶 和 华 的 圣 者 亚 伦 。 

17 地 裂 开 ， 吞 下 大 坍 ， 掩 盖 亚 比 兰 一 党 的 人 。 

18 有 火 在 他 们 的 党 中 发 起 ； 有 火 焰 烧 毁 了 恶 人 。 

19 他 们 在 何 烈 山 造 了 牛 犊 ， 叩 拜 铸 成 的 像 。 

20 如 此 将 他 们 荣 耀 的 主 换 为 吃 草 之 牛 的 像 ， 

21 忘 了 神 ─ 他 们 的 救 主 ； 他 曾 在 埃 及 行 大 事 ， 

22 在 含 地 行 奇 事 ， 在 红 海 行 可 畏 的 事 。 

23 所 以 ， 他 说 要 灭 绝 他 们 ； 若 非 有 他 所 拣 选 的 摩 西 站 在 当 中 （ 原 文 是 破 口 ） ， 使 他 的 忿 怒 转 消 ， 恐 怕 他 就 灭 绝 他 们 。 

24 他 们 又 藐 视 那 美 地 ， 不 信 他 的 话 ， 

25 在 自 己 帐 棚 内 发 怨 言 ， 不 听 耶 和 华 的 声 音 。 

26 所 以 ， 他 对 他 们 起 誓 ： 必 叫 他 们 倒 在 旷 野 ， 

27 叫 他 们 的 後 裔 倒 在 列 国 之 中 ， 分 散 在 各 地 。 

28 他 们 又 与 巴 力 ． 毗 珥 连 合 ， 且 吃 了 祭 死 神 （ 或 译 ： 人 ） 的 物 。 

29 他 们 这 样 行 ， 惹 耶 和 华 发 怒 ， 便 有 瘟 疫 流 行 在 他 们 中 间 。 

30 那 时 ， 非 尼 哈 站 起 ， 刑 罚 恶 人 ， 瘟 疫 这 才 止 息 。 

31 那 就 算 为 他 的 义 ， 世 世 代 代 ， 直 到 永 远 。 

32 他 们 在 米 利 巴 水 又 叫 耶 和 华 发 怒 ， 甚 至 摩 西 也 受 了 亏 损 ， 

33 是 因 他 们 惹 动 他 的 灵 ， 摩 西 （ 原 文 是 他 ） 用 嘴 说 了 急 躁 的 话 。 

34 他 们 不 照 耶 和 华 所 吩 咐 的 灭 绝 外 邦 人 ， 

35 反 与 他 们 混 杂 相 合 ， 学 习 他 们 的 行 为 ， 

36 事 奉 他 们 的 偶 像 ， 这 就 成 了 自 己 的 网 罗 ， 

37 把 自 己 的 儿 女 祭 祀 鬼 魔 ， 

38 流 无 辜 人 的 血 ， 就 是 自 己 儿 女 的 血 ， 把 他 们 祭 祀 迦 南 的 偶 像 ， 那 地 就 被 血 污 秽 了 。 

39 这 样 ， 他 们 被 自 己 所 做 的 污 秽 了 ， 在 行 为 上 犯 了 邪 淫 。 

40 所 以 ， 耶 和 华 的 怒 气 向 他 的 百 姓 发 作 ， 憎 恶 他 的 产 业 ， 

41 将 他 们 交 在 外 邦 人 的 手 里 ； 恨 他 们 的 人 就 辖 制 他 们 。 

42 他 们 的 仇 敌 也 欺 压 他 们 ， 他 们 就 伏 在 敌 人 手 下 。 

43 他 屡 次 搭 救 他 们 ， 他 们 却 设 谋 背 逆 ， 因 自 己 的 罪 孽 降 为 卑 下 。 

44 然 而 ， 他 听 见 他 们 哀 告 的 时 候 ， 就 眷 顾 他 们 的 急 难 ， 

45 为 他 们 记 念 他 的 约 ， 照 他 丰 盛 的 慈 爱 後 悔 。 

46 他 也 使 他 们 在 凡 掳 掠 他 们 的 人 面 前 蒙 怜 恤 。 

47 耶 和 华 ─ 我 们 的 　 神 啊 ， 求 你 拯 救 我 们 ， 从 外 邦 中 招 聚 我 们 ， 我 们 好 称 赞 你 的 圣 名 ， 以 赞 美 你 为 夸 胜 。

Give Thanks to the Lord, for He Is Good

1 Praise the Lord! Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever! (代上16:34; 代上16:41; 诗100:5; 诗105:1; 诗105:45) 

2 Who can utter the mighty deeds of the Lord, or declare all his praise? 

3 Blessed are they who observe justice, who do righteousness at all times! (诗15:2) 

4 Remember me, O Lord, when you show favor to your people; help me when you save them, (诗119:132) 

5 that I may look upon the prosperity of your chosen ones, that I may rejoice in the gladness of your nation, that I may glory with your inheritance. (诗105:6; 诗105:43) 

6 Both we and our fathers have sinned; we have committed iniquity; we have done wickedness. (利26:40; 王上8:47; 拉9:6; 尼1:6; 尼9:16; 诗79:8; 耶3:25; 耶14:20; 但9:5) 

7 Our fathers, when they were in Egypt, did not consider your wondrous works; they did not remember the abundance of your steadfast love, but rebelled by the sea, at the Red Sea. (出14:11; 诗106:13; 诗106:21) 

8 Yet he saved them for his name’s sake, that he might make known his mighty power. (出9:16; 结20:9; 结20:14)

10 So he saved them from the hand of the foe and redeemed them from the power of the enemy. (出14:30; 诗107:2)

12 Then they believed his words; they sang his praise. (出14:31; 出15:1) 

13 But they soon forgot his works; they did not wait for his counsel. (出15:24; 出16:2; 出17:2; 诗78:11; 诗107:11) 

14 But they had a wanton craving in the wilderness, and put God to the test in the desert; (出17:2; 民11:4; 诗78:18; 林前10:6; 林前10:9) 

15 he gave them what they asked, but sent a wasting disease among them. (诗78:29; 赛10:16) 

16 When men in the camp were jealous of Moses and Aaron, the holy one of the Lord, (民16:1; 申33:2; 亚14:5; 犹1:14) 

17 the earth opened and swallowed up Dathan, and covered the company of Abiram. (民16:31; 申11:6) 

18 Fire also broke out in their company; the flame burned up the wicked. (民16:35) 

19 They made a calf in Horeb and worshiped a metal image. (出32:4; 申9:8; 徒7:41) 

20 They exchanged the glory of God for the image of an ox that eats grass. (耶2:11; 羅1:23) 

21 They forgot God, their Savior, who had done great things in Egypt, (申32:18; 诗78:11; 诗106:7; 诗106:13) 

22 wondrous works in the land of Ham, and awesome deeds by the Red Sea. (诗78:51; 诗105:23; 诗105:27) 

23 Therefore he said he would destroy them— had not Moses, his chosen one, stood in the breach before him, to turn away his wrath from destroying them. (出32:10; 申9:14; 诗105:6; 结20:8; 结22:30) 

24 Then they despised the pleasant land, having no faith in his promise. (民14:31; 申1:32; 申9:23; 亚7:14) 

25 They murmured in their tents, and did not obey the voice of the Lord. (民14:2; 申1:27) 

26 Therefore he raised his hand and swore to them that he would make them fall in the wilderness, (出6:8; 民14:30; 申32:40; 诗95:11; 结20:6; 结20:15; 结20:23) 

27 and would make their offspring fall among the nations, scattering them among the lands. (诗44:11) 

28 Then they yoked themselves to the Baal of Peor, and ate sacrifices offered to the dead; (民25:3; 赛8:19; 何9:10) 

29 they provoked the Lord to anger with their deeds, and a plague broke out among them. 

30 Then Phinehas stood up and intervened, and the plague was stayed. (民25:7) 

31 And that was counted to him as righteousness from generation to generation forever. (创15:6; 民25:10) 

32 They angered him at the waters of Meribah, and it went ill with Moses on their account, (民20:2; 申1:37) 

33 for they made his spirit bitter, and he spoke rashly with his lips. (民20:10; 诗78:40; 诗107:11; 赛63:10) 

34 They did not destroy the peoples, as the Lord commanded them, (申7:2; 申7:16; 士1:21; 士1:27; 士2:2) 

35 but they mixed with the nations and learned to do as they did. (士3:5; 拉9:2) 

36 They served their idols, which became a snare to them. (出23:33; 申7:16; 士2:3) 

37 They sacrificed their sons and their daughters to the demons; (申32:17; 王下16:3; 赛57:5; 结16:20; 结20:26; 林前10:20) 

38 they poured out innocent blood, the blood of their sons and daughters, whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan, and the land was polluted with blood. (赛24:5) 

39 Thus they became unclean by their acts, and played the whore in their deeds. (诗73:27; 结20:18; 结20:30) 

40 Then the anger of the Lord was kindled against his people, and he abhorred his heritage; (士2:14; 诗28:9; 诗78:59; 诗78:62) 

41 he gave them into the hand of the nations, so that those who hated them ruled over them. (尼9:27) 

42 Their enemies oppressed them, and they were brought into subjection under their power. (士4:3; 士10:12) 

43 Many times he delivered them, but they were rebellious in their purposes and were brought low through their iniquity. (利26:39; 士2:16; 诗81:12) 

44 Nevertheless, he looked upon their distress, when he heard their cry. (士3:9; 士4:3; 士6:7; 士10:10) 

45 For their sake he remembered his covenant, and relented according to the abundance of his steadfast love. (利26:42; 诗51:1; 诗69:16; 诗90:13; 诗105:8; 诗106:7; 赛63:7; 哀3:32) 

46 He caused them to be pitied by all those who held them captive. (王上8:50; 代下30:9; 拉9:9; 尼1:11; 耶42:12) 

47 Save us, O Lord our God, and gather us from among the nations, that we may give thanks to your holy name and glory in your praise. (代上16:35; 诗107:3) 

48 Blessed be the Lord, the God of Israel, from everlasting to everlasting! And let all the people say, “Amen!” Praise the Lord! (诗41:13; 诗104:35)
