1 所 罗 门 的 箴 言 ： 智 慧 之 子 使 父 亲 欢 乐 ； 愚 昧 之 子 叫 母 亲 担 忧 。 2 不 义 之 财 毫 无 益 处 ； 惟 有 公 义 能 救 人 脱 离 死 亡 。 3 耶 和 华 不 使 义 人 受 饥 饿 ； 恶 人 所 欲 的 ， 他 必 推 开 。 4 手 懒 的 ， 要 受 贫 穷 ； 手 勤 的 ， 却 要 富 足 。 5 夏 天 聚 敛 的 ， 是 智 慧 之 子 ； 收 割 时 沉 睡 的 ， 是 贻 羞 之 子 。 6 福 祉 临 到 义 人 的 头 ； 强 暴 蒙 蔽 恶 人 的 口 。 7 义 人 的 纪 念 被 称 赞 ； 恶 人 的 名 字 必 朽 烂 。 8 心 中 智 慧 的 ， 必 受 命 令 ； 口 里 愚 妄 的 ， 必 致 倾 倒 。 9 行 正 直 路 的 ， 步 步 安 稳 ； 走 弯 曲 道 的 ， 必 致 败 露 。 10 以 眼 传 神 的 ， 使 人 忧 患 ； 口 里 愚 妄 的 ， 必 致 倾 倒 。 11 义 人 的 口 是 生 命 的 泉 源 ； 强 暴 蒙 蔽 恶 人 的 口 。 12 恨 能 挑 启 争 端 ； 爱 能 遮 掩 一 切 过 错 。 13 明 哲 人 嘴 里 有 智 慧 ； 无 知 人 背 上 受 刑 杖 。 14 智 慧 人 积 存 知 识 ； 愚 妄 人 的 口 速 致 败 坏 。 15 富 户 的 财 物 是 他 的 坚 城 ； 穷 人 的 贫 乏 是 他 的 败 坏 。 16 义 人 的 勤 劳 致 生 ； 恶 人 的 进 项 致 死 （ 死 ： 原 文 是 罪 ） 。 17 谨 守 训 诲 的 ， 乃 在 生 命 的 道 上 ； 违 弃 责 备 的 ， 便 失 迷 了 路 。 18 隐 藏 怨 恨 的 ， 有 说 谎 的 嘴 ； 口 出 谗 谤 的 ， 是 愚 妄 的 人 。 19 多 言 多 语 难 免 有 过 ； 禁 止 嘴 唇 是 有 智 慧 。 20 义 人 的 舌 乃 似 高 银 ； 恶 人 的 心 所 值 无 几 。 21 义 人 的 口 教 养 多 人 ； 愚 昧 人 因 无 知 而 死 亡 。 22 耶 和 华 所 赐 的 福 使 人 富 足 ， 并 不 加 上 忧 虑 。 23 愚 妄 人 以 行 恶 为 戏 耍 ； 明 哲 人 却 以 智 慧 为 乐 。 24 恶 人 所 怕 的 ， 必 临 到 他 ； 义 人 所 愿 的 ， 必 蒙 应 允 。 25 暴 风 一 过 ， 恶 人 归 於 无 有 ； 义 人 的 根 基 却 是 永 久 。 26 懒 惰 人 叫 差 他 的 人 如 醋 倒 牙 ， 如 烟 薰 目 。 27 敬 畏 耶 和 华 使 人 日 子 加 多 ； 但 恶 人 的 年 岁 必 被 减 少 。 28 义 人 的 盼 望 必 得 喜 乐 ； 恶 人 的 指 望 必 致 灭 没 。 29 耶 和 华 的 道 是 正 直 人 的 保 障 ， 却 成 了 作 孽 人 的 败 坏 。 30 义 人 永 不 挪 移 ； 恶 人 不 得 住 在 地 上 。 31 义 人 的 口 滋 生 智 慧 ； 乖 谬 的 舌 必 被 割 断 。 32 义 人 的 嘴 能 令 人 喜 悦 ； 恶 人 的 口 说 乖 谬 的 话 。

1 The proverbs of Solomon. A wise son makes a glad father, but a foolish son is a sorrow to his mother. (箴1:1; 箴17:25; 箴29:3; 箴29:15) 2 Treasures gained by wickedness do not profit, but righteousness delivers from death. (箴11:4; 箴11:6; 箴21:6; 结7:19; 路12:19) 3 The Lord does not let the righteous go hungry, but he thwarts the craving of the wicked. (诗34:9; 诗37:25; 诗112:10; 太6:33; 雅4:3) 4 A slack hand causes poverty, but the hand of the diligent makes rich. (箴6:11; 箴12:24; 箴13:4; 箴21:5) 5 He who gathers in summer is a prudent son, but he who sleeps in harvest is a son who brings shame. (箴6:8; 箴17:2; 箴19:26) 6 Blessings are on the head of the righteous, but the mouth of the wicked conceals violence.[1] (箴10:32) 7 The memory of the righteous is a blessing, but the name of the wicked will rot. (诗9:5; 诗112:6) 8 The wise of heart will receive commandments, but a babbling fool will come to ruin. (太7:24) 9 Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but he who makes his ways crooked will be found out. (雅5:20; 彼前4:8) 13 On the lips of him who has understanding, wisdom is found, but a rod is for the back of him who lacks sense. (箴6:32; 箴19:29; 箴26:3) 14 The wise lay up knowledge, but the mouth of a fool brings ruin near. (箴10:8; 箴12:23; 箴18:7) 15 A rich man’s wealth is his strong city; the poverty of the poor is their ruin. (诗52:7; 箴18:11; 可10:24) 16 The wage of the righteous leads to life, the gain of the wicked to sin. (箴11:19; 箴19:23) 17 Whoever heeds instruction is on the path to life, but he who rejects reproof leads others astray. (箴6:23) 18 The one who conceals hatred has lying lips, and whoever utters slander is a fool. 19 When words are many, transgression is not lacking, but whoever restrains his lips is prudent. (箴17:27; 太12:36; 雅3:2) 20 The tongue of the righteous is choice silver; the heart of the wicked is of little worth. (箴8:19; 箴16:16) 21 The lips of the righteous feed many, but fools die for lack of sense. (伯8:13; 路21:28) 29 The way of the Lord is a stronghold to the blameless, but destruction to evildoers. (诗25:12; 太22:16; 徒9:2) 30 The righteous will never be removed, but the wicked will not dwell in the land. (诗37:22; 诗37:29; 诗125:1; 箴2:21; 箴10:25) 31 The mouth of the righteous brings forth wisdom, but the perverse tongue will be cut off.
