1 愚昧人心裡想： 「沒有上帝。」 他們全然敗壞，行為邪惡， 無人行善。 2 上帝從天上俯視人間， 要看世上有沒有明智者， 有沒有尋求祂的人。 3 人們都背棄祂， 都敗壞不堪，無人行善， 連一個都沒有！ 4 惡人吞吃我的百姓如同吃飯， 他們不求告上帝。 難道他們無知嗎？ 5 因此，他們必陷入空前的驚恐。 上帝必使攻擊你的仇敵粉身碎骨， 你必使他們蒙羞受辱， 因為上帝棄絕了他們。 6 願以色列的拯救來自錫安。 上帝救回祂被擄的子民時， 雅各要歡喜，以色列要快樂。

1 To the choirmaster: according to Mahalath. A Maskil[1] of David. The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, doing abominable iniquity; there is none who does good. (诗14:1; 诗88:1) 2 God looks down from heaven on the children of man to see if there are any who understand,[2] who seek after God. 3 They have all fallen away; together they have become corrupt; there is none who does good, not even one. 4 Have those who work evil no knowledge, who eat up my people as they eat bread, and do not call upon God? 5 There they are, in great terror, where there is no terror! For God scatters the bones of him who encamps against you; you put them to shame, for God has rejected them. (利26:17; 利26:36; 诗89:10; 诗141:7; 箴28:1; 耶8:1; 结6:5) 6 Oh, that salvation for Israel would come out of Zion! When God restores the fortunes of his people, let Jacob rejoice, let Israel be glad.
