為耶路撒冷禱告

大衛上聖殿朝聖之詩。

1 人們對我說： 「讓我們去耶和華的殿吧！」 我感到歡喜。 

2 耶路撒冷啊， 我們踏進你的城門了。 

3 耶路撒冷是一座整齊堅固的城。 

4 以色列各支派，耶和華的子民， 都遵照祂賜的法度去那裡稱謝祂。 

5 那裡有審判的王座， 就是大衛家的王座。 

6 要為耶路撒冷的和平禱告， 願愛這城的人亨通。 

7 耶路撒冷啊！ 願你城內有平安， 你的宮裡有安寧， 

8 為了我的親人和朋友， 我要祈求平安臨到你。 

9 為了我們的上帝耶和華的殿， 我要為你求福祉。

Let Us Go to the House of the Lord

1 A Song of Ascents. Of David. I was glad when they said to me, “Let us go to the house of the Lord!” (诗120:1; 赛2:3; 弥4:2; 亚8:21) 

2 Our feet have been standing within your gates, O Jerusalem! 

3 Jerusalem—built as a city that is bound firmly together, (尼4:6; 诗147:2) 

4 to which the tribes go up, the tribes of the Lord, as was decreed for Israel, to give thanks to the name of the Lord. (申16:16; 诗78:5) 

5 There thrones for judgment were set, the thrones of the house of David. (申17:8; 撒下15:2; 王上3:16; 王上7:7; 代下19:8) 

6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem! “May they be secure who love you! (诗51:18; 耶29:7) 

7 Peace be within your walls and security within your towers!” (诗48:13) 

8 For my brothers and companions’ sake I will say, “Peace be within you!” (撒上25:6; 诗85:8) 

9 For the sake of the house of the Lord our God, I will seek your good. (尼2:10; 斯10:3)
