1 我舉目觀看群山， 我的幫助從哪裡來？ 2 我的幫助來自創造天地的耶和華。 3 祂必不讓你滑倒， 保護你的不會打盹。 4 保護以色列的不打盹也不睡覺。 5 耶和華保護你， 在你身邊蔭庇你。 6 白天太陽不會傷你， 夜間月亮不會害你。 7 耶和華必使你免受災害， 保護你的性命。 8 不論你出或入， 耶和華都會保護你，從現在直到永遠。

1 A Song of Ascents. I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? (诗48:1; 诗87:1; 诗120:1; 诗123:1; 诗133:3; 耶3:23) 2 My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. (诗20:2; 诗115:15; 诗124:8) 3 He will not let your foot be moved; he who keeps you will not slumber. (撒上2:9; 诗41:2; 诗66:9; 诗97:10; 诗127:1; 箴3:23; 箴3:26; 赛27:3) 4 Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. 5 The Lord is your keeper; the Lord is your shade on your right hand.
