诗篇 103

1 我的心啊，要稱頌耶和華， 我要全心全意地稱頌祂的聖名。 2 我的心啊，要稱頌耶和華， 不要忘記祂的一切恩惠。 3 祂赦免我一切的罪惡， 醫治我一切的疾病。 4 祂救贖我的生命脫離死亡， 以慈愛和憐憫環繞我。 5 祂以美物滿足我的願望， 使我如鷹一般恢復青春。 6 耶和華為一切受欺壓的人伸張正義，主持公道。 7 祂讓摩西明白自己的旨意， 向以色列人彰顯自己的作為。 8 耶和華有憐憫和恩典， 不輕易發怒，充滿慈愛。 9 祂不永久責備人， 也不永遠懷怒。 10 祂沒有按我們的過犯對待我們， 也沒有照我們的罪惡懲罰我們。 11 因為天離地有多高， 祂對敬畏祂之人的愛也多大！ 12 東離西有多遠， 祂叫我們的過犯離我們也多遠！ 13 耶和華憐愛敬畏祂的人， 如同慈父憐愛自己的兒女。 14 因為祂知道我們的本源， 顧念我們不過是塵土。 15 世人的年日如同草芥， 如野地茂盛的花， 16 一經風吹，便無影無蹤， 永遠消逝。 17 耶和華永永遠遠愛敬畏祂的人， 以公義待他們的子子孫孫， 18 就是那些守祂的約、 一心遵行祂命令的人。 19 耶和華在天上設立了寶座， 祂的王權無所不及。 20 聽從耶和華的命令、遵行祂吩咐的大能天使啊， 你們要稱頌祂！ 21 事奉耶和華、遵從祂旨意的天軍啊， 你們要稱頌祂！ 22 耶和華所造的萬物啊， 要在祂掌管的各處稱頌祂。 我的心啊，要稱頌耶和華！

1 Of David. Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless his holy name! (诗103:22; 诗104:1) 2 Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits, (申6:12; 申8:11; 诗103:1) 3 who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases, (出15:26; 出34:7; 诗107:20; 诗147:3; 赛33:24; 太8:17; 太9:2; 可2:5; 路7:47) 4 who redeems your life from the pit, who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy, (诗5:12; 诗56:13) 5 who satisfies you with good so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s. (诗107:9; 赛40:31) 6 The Lord works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed. (诗146:7) 7 He made known his ways to Moses, his acts to the people of Israel. (出33:13; 出34:10; 诗25:4; 诗78:11) 8 The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love. (诗86:15) 9 He will not always chide, nor will he keep his anger forever. (诗30:5; 赛57:16; 耶3:5; 耶3:12; 弥7:18) 10 He does not deal with us according to our sins, nor repay us according to our iniquities. (拉9:13) 11 For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his steadfast love toward those who fear him; (诗36:5; 诗103:13; 诗103:17; 诗117:2; 路1:50) 12 as far as the east is from the west, so far does he remove our transgressions from us. (赛38:17; 赛43:25; 弥7:19) 13 As a father shows compassion to his children, so the Lord shows compassion to those who fear him. (诗103:11; 玛3:17) 14 For he knows our frame;[1] he remembers that we are dust. (诗78:39) 15 As for man, his days are like grass; he flourishes like a flower of the field; (伯14:2; 诗90:5) 16 for the wind passes over it, and it is gone, and its place knows it no more. (伯7:10; 诗37:36; 赛40:7) 17 But the steadfast love of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear him, and his righteousness to children’s children, (出20:5; 诗25:6; 诗103:11) 18 to those who keep his covenant and remember to do his commandments. (申7:9; 诗19:8) 19 The Lord has established his throne in the heavens, and his kingdom rules over all. (诗11:4; 诗47:2; 诗93:2; 但4:17) 20 Bless the Lord, O you his angels, you mighty ones who do his word, obeying the voice of his word! (诗78:25; 诗148:2; 太6:10; 路2:13) 21 Bless the Lord, all his hosts, his ministers, who do his will!
