1 我举目观看群山， 我的帮助从哪里来？ 2 我的帮助来自创造天地的耶和华。 3 祂必不让你滑倒， 保护你的不会打盹。 4 保护以色列的不打盹也不睡觉。 5 耶和华保护你， 在你身边荫庇你。 6 白天太阳不会伤你， 夜间月亮不会害你。 7 耶和华必使你免受灾害， 保护你的性命。 8 不论你出或入， 耶和华都会保护你，从现在直到永远。

(诗20:2; 诗115:15; 诗124:8) 3 He will not let your foot be moved; he who keeps you will not slumber. (撒上2:9; 诗41:2; 诗66:9; 诗97:10; 诗127:1; 箴3:23; 箴3:26; 赛27:3) 4 Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. 5 The Lord is your keeper; the Lord is your shade on your right hand.
