1 ¿Hasta cuándo, YHVH? ¿Me olvidarás para siempre? ¿Hasta cuándo esconderás tu rostro de mí? 2 ¿Hasta cuándo he de estar cavilando, Con tristeza en mi corazón cada día? ¿Hasta cuándo prevalecerá mi enemigo? 3 ¡Considera, oh YHVH, Dios mío, y respóndeme! Alumbra mis ojos, para que no duerma el sueño de la muerte, 4 Para que mi enemigo no diga: ¡Lo vencí! Ni mi adversario se alegre cuando sea sacudido. 5 Porque yo en tu misericordia he confiado, Y mi corazón se regocijará en tu salvación. 6 Cantaré a YHVH, Porque me ha colmado de bienes.

2 How long must I take counsel in my soul and have sorrow in my heart all the day? How long shall my enemy be exalted over me?
