1 Cuando YHVH haga volver de la cautividad a Sión, Seremos como los que sueñan. 2 Entonces nuestra boca se llenará de risa, Y nuestra lengua de gritos de alegría; Entonces dirán entre los gentiles: ¡Grandes cosas ha hecho YHVH por éstos! 3 ¡Sí, YHVH ha hecho grandes cosas por nosotros, Y estamos alegres! 4 ¡Haz volver a nuestros cautivos, oh YHVH, Como haces volver los torrentes del Neguev! 5 Los que siembran con lágrimas, Segarán con regocijo. 6 Aunque vaya llorando el que lleva la preciosa semilla, Volverá cargando sus gavillas con regocijo.

1 When the LORD restored the fortunes of Zion, we were like those who dream. (Sal 14:7; Hch 12:9) 2 Then our mouth was filled with laughter, and our tongue with shouts of joy; then they said among the nations, “The LORD has done great things for them.” (Job 8:21; Sal 71:19) 3 The LORD has done great things for us; we are glad. 4 Restore our fortunes, O LORD, like streams in the Negeb! 5 Those who sow in tears shall reap with shouts of joy! (Esd 6:22; Neh 12:43; Jer 31:9; Gl 6:9) 6 He who goes out weeping, bearing the seed for sowing, shall come home with shouts of joy, bringing his sheaves with him.
