1 Herren er konge, og alle folkeslag bæver. Han sidder på en trone af keruber, og hele jorden skælver. 2 Han sidder som konge på Zions bjerg, han hersker over alle jordens folkeslag. 3 De skal ære hans store og herlige navn. Hans navn er helligt. 4 Du store konge, som elsker retfærdighed, du har sørget for lighed og retfærdighed i Israel. 5 Lovpris Herren, vor hellige Gud, bøj jer ned for hans fødder, for han er hellig. 6 Moses og Aron var hans præster, Samuel en profet, der bad til Gud. De påkaldte Herren, og han svarede dem. 7 Han talte til dem fra skysøjlen, og de fulgte den vejledning, han gav dem, adlød hans bud og befalinger. 8 Herre, vor Gud, du svarede dem og var villig til at tilgive, selv om du måtte straffe dem for deres synder. 9 Lovpris Herren, vor Gud, tilbed ham på hans hellige bjerg. Hellig er Herren.

1 The Lord reigns; let the peoples tremble! He sits enthroned upon the cherubim; let the earth quake! (Salm 92,8; Salm 93,4; Salm 113,4; Es 24,23) 3 Let them praise your great and awesome name! Holy is he! (5.Mos 28,58; Josva 24,19; Salm 111,9; Es 6,3; Åb 15,4) 4 The King in his might loves justice.[1] You have established equity; you have executed justice and righteousness in Jacob.
