1 (По слав. 105.) Алилуя. Славете ГОСПОДА, защото е благ. Защото Неговата милост трае довека. (1 Лет 16:34; Пс 107:1; Пс 118:1; Пс 136:1) 2 Кой може да изкаже великите дела на ГОСПОДА или да разгласи цялото Негово хваление? (Пс 40:5) 3 Блажени онези, които пазят правосъдие; блажен онзи, който върши правда по всяко време. (Пс 15:2; Д А 24:16; Гал 6:9) 4 Помни ме, ГОСПОДИ, с благоволението, което храниш към народа Си; посети ме със спасението Си; (Пс 119:132) 5 за да видя благоденствието на Твоите избрани, за да се радвам във веселието на народа Ти, за да се хваля заедно с Твоето наследство. 6 Съгрешихме ние и бащите ни, беззаконие и нечестие извършихме. (Лев 26:40; 3 Цар 8:47; Дан 9:5) 7 Бащите ни не разсъждаваха за Твоите чудесни дела в Египет, не си спомняха многото Твои милости, а се възпротивиха при морето, при Червеното море. (Изх 14:11; Изх 14:12) 8 При все това Бог ги избави заради името Си, за да направи познато могъществото Си. (Изх 9:16; Ез 20:14) 9 Смъмра Червеното море и то изсъхна; и така ги преведе през дълбочините като през пасбище (Изх 14:21; Пс 18:15; Ис 63:11; Наум 1:4) 10 и ги спаси от ръката на ненавистника им, и ги изкупи от ръката на неприятеля. (Изх 14:30) 11 Водите покриха противниците им; не остана нито един от тях. (Изх 14:27; Изх 14:28; Изх 15:5) 12 Тогава повярваха на думите Му, пееха Му хваления. (Изх 14:31; Изх 15:1) 13 Но скоро забравиха делата Му, не чакаха изпълнението на намерението Му, (Изх 15:24; Изх 16:2; Изх 17:2; Пс 78:11) 14 а се полакомиха твърде много в пустинята и изпитаха Бога в безводната страна; (Чис 11:4; Чис 11:33; Пс 78:18; 1 Кор 10:6) 15 и Той им даде това, което искаха; прати обаче мършавост на душите им. (Чис 11:31; Пс 78:29; Ис 10:16) 16 Също и на Моисей те завидяха в стана и на ГОСПОДНИЯ светия Аарон. (Чис 16:1) 17 Земята се разтвори и погълна Датан, и покри Авироновата дружина; (Чис 16:31; Чис 16:32; Вт 11:6) 18 и огън се запали сред дружината им; пламък изгори нечестивите. (Чис 16:35; Чис 16:46) 19 Те направиха теле в Хорив и се поклониха на излят идол; (Изх 32:4) 20 така размениха Славата си срещу подобие на вол, който яде трева! (Ер 2:11; Рим 1:23) 21 Забравиха своя Избавител, Бога, Който беше извършил велики дела в Египет, (Пс 78:11; Пс 78:12) 22 чудесни дела в Хамовата земя, страшни неща около Червеното море. (Пс 78:51; Пс 105:23; Пс 105:27) 23 Затова Той каза, че ще ги изтреби; само че избраният му Моисей застана пред Него в пролома, за да отвърне гнева Му, да не би да ги погуби. (Изх 32:10; Изх 32:11; Изх 32:32; Вт 9:19; Вт 9:25; Вт 10:10; Ез 13:5; Ез 20:13; Ез 22:30) 24 Дори те презряха желаната земя, не повярваха в Неговото слово, (Вт 8:7; Ер 3:19; Ез 20:6; Евр 3:18) 25 а зароптаха в шатрите си и не послушаха гласа на ГОСПОДА. (Чис 14:2; Чис 14:27) 26 Затова Той им се закле[1], че ще ги повали в пустинята (Изх 6:8; Чис 14:28; Вт 32:40; Пс 95:11; Ез 20:15; Евр 3:11; Евр 3:18) 27 и че ще повали потомството им между народите, и ще ги разпръсне по разни страни. (Лев 26:33; Пс 44:11; Ез 20:23) 28 Също те се прилепиха към Ваалфегор и ядоха жертви, принесени на мъртви богове. (Чис 25:2; Чис 25:3; Чис 31:16; Вт 4:3; Вт 32:17; Ос 9:10; Отк 2:14) 29 И така предизвикаха Бога с делата си дотолкова, че язвата направи пролом между тях. 30 Но стана Финеес и извърши посредничество, и язвата престана; (Чис 25:7; Чис 25:8) 31 и това му се вмени за правда от род в род довека. (Чис 25:11) 32 Също и при водите на Мерива те Го разгневиха, така че нещастие сполетя Моисей заради тях; (Чис 20:3; Чис 20:12; Чис 20:13; Вт 1:37; Вт 3:26; Пс 81:7) 33 защото се разбунтуваха против Духа Му и Моисей говори несмислено с устните си. (Чис 20:10) 34 При това те не изтребиха племената, както ГОСПОД им беше заповядал, (Вт 7:2; Вт 7:16; Съд 1:21; Съд 1:27; Съд 2:2) 35 а се смесиха с тези народи и се научиха на техните дела; (Съд 2:2; Съд 3:5; Съд 3:6; Ис 2:6; 1 Кор 5:6) 36 така че служиха на идолите им, които станаха примка за тях. (Изх 23:33; Вт 7:16; Съд 2:3; Съд 2:12; Съд 2:17; Съд 2:19; Съд 3:6; Съд 3:7) 37 Да! Синовете си и дъщерите си принесоха в жертва на бесовете (Лев 17:7; Вт 32:17; 4 Цар 16:3; 2 Лет 11:15; Ис 57:5; Ез 16:20; Ез 20:26; 1 Кор 10:20) 38 и проляха невинна кръв – кръвта на синовете и дъщерите си, които пожертваха на ханаанските идоли; и земята се оскверни от кръвопролития. (Чис 35:33) 39 Така те се оскверниха от делата си и блудстваха в действията си. (Лев 17:7; Чис 15:39; Ез 20:18; Ез 20:30) 40 Затова гневът на ГОСПОДА пламна против народа Му и Той се погнуси от наследството Си. (Вт 9:29; Съд 2:14; Пс 78:59; Пс 78:62) 41 Предаде ги в ръцете на народите; и ги завладяха противниците им. (Съд 2:14; Неем 9:27) 42 Неприятелите им продължиха да ги притесняват и те останаха подчинени под ръката им. 43 Много пъти Той ги избавя; но понеже намеренията им бяха бунтовнически, затова се и унижиха поради беззаконието си. (Съд 2:16; Неем 9:27) 44 Въпреки това обаче Той погледна към утеснението им, когато чу вика им; (Съд 3:9; Съд 4:3; Съд 6:7; Съд 10:10; Неем 9:27) 45 спомни си за тях Своя завет и се разкая според голямата Си милост; (Лев 26:41; Лев 26:42; Съд 2:18; Пс 51:1; Пс 69:16; Ис 63:7; П Ер 3:32) 46 също направи да ги съжаляват всички, които ги бяха пленили. (Езд 9:9; Ер 42:12) 47 Избави ни, ГОСПОДИ, Боже наш, и ни събери измежду народите, за да славословим Твоето свято име и да тържествуваме с Твоята хвала. (1 Лет 16:35; 1 Лет 16:36) 48 Благословен да е ГОСПОД, Израилевият Бог, отвека и довека; и целият народ да каже: Амин. Алилуя. (Пс 41:13)

1 Praise the LORD! Oh give thanks to the LORD, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever! (1 Лет 16:34; 1 Лет 16:41; Пс 100:5; Пс 105:1; Пс 105:45) 2 Who can utter the mighty deeds of the LORD, or declare all his praise? 3 Blessed are they who observe justice, who do righteousness at all times! (Пс 15:2) 4 Remember me, O LORD, when you show favor to your people; help me when you save them,[1] (Пс 119:132) 5 that I may look upon the prosperity of your chosen ones, that I may rejoice in the gladness of your nation, that I may glory with your inheritance. (Пс 105:6; Пс 105:43) 6 Both we and our fathers have sinned; we have committed iniquity; we have done wickedness. (Лев 26:40; 3 Цар 8:47; Езд 9:6; Неем 1:6; Неем 1:7; Неем 9:16; Пс 79:8; Ер 3:25; Ер 14:20; Дан 9:5) 7 Our fathers, when they were in Egypt, did not consider your wondrous works; they did not remember the abundance of your steadfast love, but rebelled by the sea, at the Red Sea. (Изх 14:11; Изх 14:12; Пс 106:13) 8 Yet he saved them for his name’s sake, that he might make known his mighty power. (Изх 9:16; Ез 20:9; Ез 20:14) 9 He rebuked the Red Sea, and it became dry, and he led them through the deep as through a desert. (Изх 14:21; Пс 18:15; Пс 104:7; Ис 50:2; Ис 51:10; Ис 63:13) 10 So he saved them from the hand of the foe and redeemed them from the power of the enemy. (Изх 14:30; Пс 107:2) 11 And the waters covered their adversaries; not one of them was left. (Изх 14:28; Изх 15:5) 12 Then they believed his words; they sang his praise. (Изх 14:31; Изх 15:1) 13 But they soon forgot his works; they did not wait for his counsel. (Изх 15:24; Изх 16:2; Изх 17:2; Пс 78:11; Пс 107:11) 14 But they had a wanton craving in the wilderness, and put God to the test in the desert; (Изх 17:2; Чис 11:4; Пс 78:18; 1 Кор 10:6; 1 Кор 10:9) 15 he gave them what they asked, but sent a wasting disease among them. (Пс 78:29; Ис 10:16) 16 When men in the camp were jealous of Moses and Aaron, the holy one of the LORD, (Чис 16:1; Вт 33:2; Зах 14:5; Юда 1:14) 17 the earth opened and swallowed up Dathan, and covered the company of Abiram. (Чис 16:31; Чис 16:32; Вт 11:6) 18 Fire also broke out in their company; the flame burned up the wicked. (Чис 16:35) 19 They made a calf in Horeb and worshiped a metal image. (Изх 32:4; Вт 9:8; Д А 7:41) 20 They exchanged the glory of God[2] for the image of an ox that eats grass. (Ер 2:11; Рим 1:23) 21 They forgot God, their Savior, who had done great things in Egypt, (Вт 32:18; Пс 78:11; Пс 106:7) 22 wondrous works in the land of Ham, and awesome deeds by the Red Sea. (Пс 78:51; Пс 105:23; Пс 105:27) 23 Therefore he said he would destroy them— had not Moses, his chosen one, stood in the breach before him, to turn away his wrath from destroying them. (Изх 32:10; Вт 9:14; Пс 105:6; Ез 20:8; Ез 22:30) 24 Then they despised the pleasant land, having no faith in his promise. (Чис 14:31; Вт 1:32; Вт 9:23; Зах 7:14) 25 They murmured in their tents, and did not obey the voice of the LORD. (Чис 14:2; Вт 1:27) 26 Therefore he raised his hand and swore to them that he would make them fall in the wilderness, (Изх 6:8; Чис 14:30; Вт 32:40; Пс 95:11; Ез 20:6; Ез 20:15; Ез 20:23) 27 and would make their offspring fall among the nations, scattering them among the lands. (Пс 44:11) 28 Then they yoked themselves to the Baal of Peor, and ate sacrifices offered to the dead; (Чис 25:3; Ис 8:19; Ос 9:10) 29 they provoked the LORD to anger with their deeds, and a plague broke out among them. 30 Then Phinehas stood up and intervened, and the plague was stayed. (Чис 25:7; Чис 25:8) 31 And that was counted to him as righteousness from generation to generation forever. (Бит 15:6) 32 They angered him at the waters of Meribah, and it went ill with Moses on their account, (Чис 20:2; Вт 1:37) 33 for they made his spirit bitter,[3] and he spoke rashly with his lips. (Чис 20:10; Пс 78:40; Пс 107:11; Ис 63:10) 34 They did not destroy the peoples, as the LORD commanded them, (Вт 7:2; Вт 7:16; Съд 1:21; Съд 1:27; Съд 2:2) 35 but they mixed with the nations and learned to do as they did. (Съд 3:5; Съд 3:6; Езд 9:2) 36 They served their idols, which became a snare to them. (Изх 23:33; Вт 7:16; Съд 2:3) 37 They sacrificed their sons and their daughters to the demons; (Вт 32:17; 4 Цар 16:3; Ис 57:5; Ез 16:20; Ез 20:26; 1 Кор 10:20) 38 they poured out innocent blood, the blood of their sons and daughters, whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan, and the land was polluted with blood. (Ис 24:5) 39 Thus they became unclean by their acts, and played the whore in their deeds. (Пс 73:27; Ез 20:18; Ез 20:30; Ез 20:31) 40 Then the anger of the LORD was kindled against his people, and he abhorred his heritage; (Съд 2:14; Пс 28:9; Пс 78:59; Пс 78:62) 41 he gave them into the hand of the nations, so that those who hated them ruled over them. (Неем 9:27) 42 Their enemies oppressed them, and they were brought into subjection under their power. (Съд 4:3; Съд 10:12) 43 Many times he delivered them, but they were rebellious in their purposes and were brought low through their iniquity. (Лев 26:39; Съд 2:16; Пс 81:12) 44 Nevertheless, he looked upon their distress, when he heard their cry. (Съд 3:9; Съд 4:3; Съд 6:7; Съд 10:10) 45 For their sake he remembered his covenant, and relented according to the abundance of his steadfast love. (Лев 26:42; Пс 51:1; Пс 69:16; Пс 90:13; Пс 105:8; Пс 106:7; Ис 63:7; П Ер 3:32) 46 He caused them to be pitied by all those who held them captive. (3 Цар 8:50; 2 Лет 30:9; Езд 9:9; Неем 1:11; Ер 42:12) 47 Save us, O LORD our God, and gather us from among the nations, that we may give thanks to your holy name and glory in your praise. (1 Лет 16:35; 1 Лет 16:36; Пс 107:3) 48 Blessed be the LORD, the God of Israel, from everlasting to everlasting! And let all the people say, “Amen!” Praise the LORD! (Пс 41:13; Пс 104:35)
