1I mluvil Hospodin Mojžíšovi, řka:2Mluv k Aronovi a synům jeho i ke všechněm synům Izraelským, a rci jim: Tato jest věc, kterouž přikázal Hospodin, řka:3Kdož by koli z domu Izraelského zabil vola aneb beránka, neb kozu, buď mezi stany, aneb kdož by zabil vně za stany,4A ke dveřím stánku úmluvy nepřivedl by ho, aby obětoval obět Hospodinu před příbytkem Hospodinovým: vinen bude krví, nebo krev vylil; protož vyhlazen bude muž ten z prostředku lidu svého.5Přivedou tedy synové Izraelští oběti své, kteréž by na poli zabíjeti chtěli, přivedou je, pravím, k Hospodinu ke dveřím stánku úmluvy, k knězi, a obětovati budou oběti pokojné Hospodinu.6A pokropí kněz krví na oltáři Hospodinovu u dveří stánku úmluvy, a páliti bude tuk u vůni líbeznou Hospodinu.7A nikoli více nebudou obětovati obětí svých ďáblům, po nichžto odcházejíce, oni smilní. Zákon tento bude jim věčný i všechněm potomkům jejich.8Protož povíš jim: Kdož by koli z domu Izraelského aneb z příchozích, kteříž by pohostinu byli mezi vámi, obětoval zápal aneb jinou obět,9A ke dveřím stánku úmluvy nepřivedl by jí, aby ji obětoval Hospodinu; tedy vyhlazen bude člověk ten z lidu svého.10A kdož by koli z domu Izraelského aneb z příchozích, kteříž jsou pohostinu mezi nimi, jedl jakou krev: postavím tvář svou proti člověku tomu, a vyhladím jej z prostředku lidu jeho.11Nebo duše všelikého těla ve krvi jest, já pak oddal jsem vám ji k oltáři, k očišťování duší vašich. Nebo sama krev na duši očišťuje.12Protož řekl jsem synům Izraelským: Nižádný z vás nebude jísti krve; ani příchozí, kterýž pohostinu jest mezi vámi, nebude krve jísti.13A kdož by koli z synů Izraelských aneb z příchozích, kteříž jsou pohostinu mezi vámi, honě, ulovil zvíře aneb ptáka, což se jísti může, tedy vycedí krev jeho a zasype ji prstí.14Nebo duše všelikého těla jest krev jeho, kteráž jest v duši jeho. Protož jsem pověděl synům Izraelským: Krve žádného těla jísti nebudete, nebo duše všelikého těla jest krev jeho; kdož by koli jedl ji, vyhlazen bude.15Kdož by pak koli jedl tělo mrtvé aneb udávené, buď on doma zrozený aneb příchozí: zpéře roucha svá, a umyje se vodou, a nečistý bude až do večera, potom pak čistý bude.16A pakli nezpéře roucha svého, a těla svého neumyje, tedy ponese nepravost svou.
Zákon svatosti - ŘÁD ČISTOTY - — Řád při porážení obětních zvířat - Přivádění obětí ke stanu setkávání, zákaz požívání krve a pravidla pro očistu po požití rozsápaného zvířete.
1 Hospodin promluvil k Mojžíšovi:2 „Mluv k Áronovi a jeho synům i ke všem Izraelcům a řekni jim: Toto přikázal Hospodin:3 Kdokoli z domu izraelského porazí býka, jehně nebo kozu v táboře nebo je porazí venku za táborem4 a ke vchodu do stanu setkávání je nepřivede, aby přinesl dar Hospodinu před Hospodinův příbytek, ten za tu krev zaplatí. Prolil krev, proto bude vyobcován ze společenství svého lidu.5 To proto, aby Izraelci, když přivádějí své oběti, které si zvykli obětovat na poli, přiváděli je Hospodinu ke vchodu do stanu setkávání, ke knězi. Budou je obětovat Hospodinu jako hody oběti pokojné.6 Kněz pokropí krví Hospodinův oltář u vchodu do stanu setkávání a obrátí tuk v obětní dým, v libou vůni pro Hospodina.7 Už nebudou obětovat své oběti běsům, s nimiž smilnili. Toto jim bude provždy platné nařízení pro všechna jejich pokolení. 8 Dále jim oznam: Kdokoli z domu izraelského i z těch, kdo mezi vámi přebývají jako hosté, bude obětovat zápalnou oběť nebo připraví obětní hod9 a ke vchodu do stanu setkávání to nepřivede, aby to připravil Hospodinu, bude vyobcován ze svého lidu. 10 Kdokoli z domu izraelského i z těch, kdo mezi vámi přebývají jako hosté, bude jíst jakoukoli krev, proti tomu se obrátím; každého, kdo by jedl krev, vyobcuji ze společenství jeho lidu.11 V krvi je život těla. Já jsem vám ji určil na oltář k vykonávání smírčích obřadů za vaše životy. Je to krev; pro život, který je v ní, se získává smíření.12Proto jsem rozkázal Izraelcům: Nikdo z vás nebude jíst krev, ani ten, kdo mezi vámi přebývá jako host, nebude jíst krev. 13 Kdokoli z Izraelců i z těch, kdo mezi vámi přebývají jako hosté, uloví zvíře nebo ptáka, které se smí jíst, nechá vytéci jeho krev a přikryje ji prachem,14 neboť život každého tvora je v jeho krvi, ta ho oživuje. Proto jsem Izraelcům řekl: Nebudete jíst krev žádného tvora, neboť život každého tvora je v jeho krvi. Každý, kdo by ji jedl, bude vyobcován.15 Každý, kdo by jedl zdechlinu nebo rozsápané zvíře, ať domorodec či host, vypere si šaty, omyje se vodou a bude nečistý až do večera. Potom bude opět čistý.16 Jestliže by je nevypral a celý se neomyl, ponese následky své nepravosti.“

Ať je obětují Hospodinu jako pokojné oběti.6Kněz pokropí krví oběti Hospodinův oltář u vchodu do Stanu setkávání a tuk nechá dýmat na oltáři jako příjemnou vůni Hospodinu.7Nebudou již tedy zabíjet své oběti běsům, za nimiž chodili smilnit. Toto bude věčné ustanovení pro všechna vaše pokolení.8Dále jim řekneš: Kdokoli z domu Izraele nebo z přistěhovalců, kteří žijí u vás, by obětoval zápal nebo jinou oběť,9aniž to zvíře přivedl ke vchodu do Stanu setkávání, aby je obětoval Hospodinu, takový člověk bude vyobcován ze svého lidu.10Kdokoli z domu Izraele nebo z přistěhovalců, kteří žijí u vás, by jedl jakoukoli krev, proti takovému člověku se postavím. Toho, kdo jí krev, vyvrhnu z jeho lidu.11Vždyť život těla je v krvi! Proto jsem vám ji určil na oltář, k vykoupení vašich životů. Vždyť krev, ta vykupuje život!12Proto jsem synům Izraele řekl: Nikdo z vás nebude jíst krev. Ani přistěhovalec, který žije u vás, nebude jíst krev.13Kdokoli ze synů Izraele nebo z přistěhovalců, kteří žijí u vás, by ulovil zvíře nebo ptáka, který se smí jíst, musí vycedit jeho krev a přikrýt ji prachem.14Vždyť životem každého tvora je krev, právě ta je jeho životem! Proto jsem synům Izraele řekl: Nesmíte jíst krev žádného tvora, neboť životem každého tvora je jeho krev. Každý, kdo by ji jedl, bude vyobcován.15Kdokoli, ať už domácí nebo host, by jedl něco zdechlého nebo rozsápaného, vypere si oděv, omyje se vodou a bude nečistý až do večera. Teprve pak bude čistý.16Pokud si však oděv nevypere a tělo neomyje, ponese vinu.“
1Der HERR sprach zu Mose: (Dt 12,13)2Rede zu Aaron, seinen Söhnen und allen Israeliten und sag zu ihnen: Das ist es, worauf der HERR euch verpflichtet hat:3Jeder Mann aus dem Haus Israel, der innerhalb oder außerhalb des Lagers ein Rind, ein Schaf oder eine Ziege schlachtet4und das Tier nicht zum Eingang des Offenbarungszeltes bringt, um es dem HERRN vor seiner Wohnung zu opfern, dem soll es als Blutschuld angerechnet werden; er hat Blut vergossen und wird aus der Mitte seines Volkes ausgemerzt werden.5Daher sollen die Israeliten die Opfer herbeibringen, die sie auf freiem Feld zu opfern pflegten, um sie für den HERRN beim Eingang des Offenbarungszeltes dem Priester zu überbringen, und sie als Heilsopfer für den HERRN opfern. (Lv 3,1)6Der Priester soll das Blut an den Altar des HERRN am Eingang des Offenbarungszeltes sprengen und das Fett zum beruhigenden Duft für den HERRN in Rauch aufgehen lassen.7Sie sollen nicht mehr ihre Schlachtopfer für Bocksdämonen schlachten, mit denen sie huren. Das gelte ihnen und ihren kommenden Generationen als ewige Satzung.8Du sollst ihnen weiter sagen: Jeder Mann aus dem Haus Israel oder jeder Fremde in eurer Mitte, der ein Brand- oder Schlachtopfer aufsteigen lässt,9ohne es zum Eingang des Offenbarungszeltes zu bringen, um es für den HERRN zu vollziehen, wird aus seiner Geschlechterfolge ausgemerzt werden.10Jeder Mann aus dem Haus Israel oder jeder Fremde in eurer Mitte, der irgendwie Blut genießt, gegen diese Person werde ich mein Angesicht wenden und ihn aus der Mitte seines Volkes ausmerzen. (Gn 9,4; Lv 3,17; Lv 4,5; Lv 7,26; Lv 19,26; Dt 12,23; Žd 9,22)11Denn das Leben des Fleisches ist im Blut. Und ich selbst habe es für euch auf den Altar gegeben, um für euer Leben Versöhnung zu erwirken; denn das Blut ist es, das durch Leben Versöhnung erwirkt.12Deshalb habe ich zu den Israeliten gesagt: Niemand unter euch darf Blut genießen, auch der Fremde, der in eurer Mitte lebt, darf kein Blut genießen.13Jeder unter den Israeliten oder der Fremde in eurer Mitte, der Wild oder für den Genuss erlaubte Vögel erlegt, muss das Blut ausfließen lassen und es mit Erde bedecken.14Denn das Leben aller Wesen aus Fleisch ist das Blut im Lebewesen. Ich habe zu den Israeliten gesagt: Das Blut irgendeines Wesens aus Fleisch dürft ihr nicht genießen; denn das Leben aller Wesen aus Fleisch ist ihr Blut. Jeder, der es genießt, wird ausgemerzt werden.15Jeder, sei er einheimisch oder fremd, der ein verendetes oder zerrissenes Tier isst, muss seine Kleider waschen, sich in Wasser baden und ist unrein bis zum Abend; dann ist er rein. (Ex 22,30; Lv 11,39; Lv 22,8; Ez 4,14)16Wer seine Kleider nicht wäscht und seinen Körper nicht in Wasser badet, muss die Folgen seiner Schuld tragen.

He has shed blood, and that man shall be cut off from among his people. (Ex 30,33; Lv 17,9)5This is to the end that the people of Israel may bring their sacrifices that they sacrifice in the open field, that they may bring them to the Lord, to the priest at the entrance of the tent of meeting, and sacrifice them as sacrifices of peace offerings to the Lord. 10“If any one of the house of Israel or of the strangers who sojourn among them eats any blood, I will set my face against that person who eats blood and will cut him off from among his people.
