1Ty synu člověčí, prorokuj i o horách Izraelských a rci: Hory Izraelské, slyšte slovo Hospodinovo.2Takto praví Panovník Hospodin: Proto že říká ten nepřítel o vás: Aj, to dobře, takéť i výsosti věčné v dědictví se nám dostanou,3Protož prorokuj a rci: Takto praví Panovník Hospodin: Proto, proto že poplénili a sehltili vás vůkol, abyste byli za dědictví ostatku národů, a vydáni jste v pomluvu a v zlou pověst lidem,4Protož hory Izraelské, slyšte slovo Panovníka Hospodina: Takto praví Panovník Hospodin horám i pahrbkům, potokům i údolím, pustinám hrozným i městům opuštěným, jenž jsou za loupež a posměch ostatku národů okolních,5Protož takto dí Panovník Hospodin: jistě že v ohni horlivosti své mluviti budu proti ostatku těch národů, i proti vší zemi Idumejské, kteříž sobě osobili zemi mou za dědictví, veselíce se z celého srdce, a pléníce s chutí, aby sídlo vyhnaných z něho bylo v loupež.6Protož prorokuj o zemi Izraelské, a mluv k horám a pahrbkům, potokům i k údolím: Takto praví Panovník Hospodin: Aj, já v horlivosti své a v prchlivosti své mluvím, proto že pohanění od národů snášíte.7Protož takto praví Panovník Hospodin: já zdvihna ruku svou, přisahám, že ti národové, kteříž jsou vůkol vás, pohanění své nésti musejí.8Vy pak hory Izraelské, ratolesti své vypouštěti, a ovoce své přinášeti budete lidu mému Izraelskému, když se přiblíží a přijdou.9Nebo aj, já jsem s vámi, a patřím na vás, abyste dělány a osívány byly.10A rozmnožím v vás lidi, všecken dům Izraelský, jakýžkoli jest, i budou se osazovati města, a pustiny vzdělávati.11Rozmnožím, pravím, v vás lidi i hovada, a budou se množiti a ploditi, i učiním, že bydliti budete jako za předešlých let vašich, čině vám dobře, více než v prvotinách vašich. Zahanbětež se a zastyďte za cesty své, dome Izraelský.33Takto praví Panovník Hospodin: V ten den, v kterémž vás očistím ode všech nepravostí vašich, osadím města, a vzdělány budou pustiny.34A tak země pustá bude dělána, kteráž prvé byla pouští před očima každého tudy jdoucího.35I řeknou: Země tato zpuštěná jest jako zahrada Eden, ano i města pustá, zkažená a zbořená jsou ohrazena a osazena.36I zvědí národové, kteříž pozůstanou vůkol vás, že já Hospodin vystavěl jsem zbořeniny, a vysadil pustiny. Já Hospodin mluvil jsem i učiním.37Takto praví Panovník Hospodin: Ještě toho hledati bude při mně dům Izraelský, abych je rozmnožil. Rozmnožím je lidmi jako stády.38Jako stádo k obětem, jako stádo Jeruzalémské při slavnostech jeho, tak města pustá budou plná stád lidí, i zvědí, že já jsem Hospodin.

1 „Ty, lidský synu, slyš. Prorokuj o izraelských horách. Řekni: Izraelské hory, slyšte Hospodinovo slovo!2 Toto praví Panovník Hospodin: Nepřítel o vás říká: ‚Dobře vám tak! I věčná návrší se stanou naším vlastnictvím.‘3 Proto prorokuj a řekni: Toto praví Panovník Hospodin: Právě za to, že vás pustošili a ze všech stran po vás šlapali, takže jste se staly vlastnictvím ostatních pronárodů, za to, že jste se dostaly do řečí a pomluv lidu,4 slyšte tedy, izraelské hory, slovo Panovníka Hospodina. Toto praví Panovník Hospodin horám a pahorkům, potokům a údolím, zpustošeným troskám a opuštěným městům, která se stala loupeží ostatních pronárodů kolem dokola a jsou jim pro smích.“ 5 Proto praví Panovník Hospodin toto: „Vskutku, v ohni svého rozhorlení jsem mluvil proti ostatním pronárodům, totiž proti celému Edómu, proti těm, kteří si s radostí, z celého srdce a bezostyšně zabrali do vlastnictví moji zemi a uloupili její pastviny.6 Proto prorokuj o izraelské zemi a řekni horám a pahorkům, potokům a údolím: Toto praví Panovník Hospodin: Hle, mluvím ve svém rozhorlení a rozhořčení nad tím, že jste musely snášet hanbu od pronárodů.7 Proto praví Panovník Hospodin toto: Zvedám svou ruku k přísaze: Vskutku, pronárody okolo vás ponesou svou hanbu.8 A vy, izraelské hory, vyženete své větvoví a ponesete své plody mému izraelskému lidu; jeho příchod je blízko.9 Vždyť já jsem s vámi, obrátím se k vám a budete obdělávány a osívány.10 A rozmnožím na vás lidi, celý izraelský dům se vším všudy, města budou osídlena, a co je v troskách, bude vystavěno.11 Ano, rozmnožím na vás lidi i dobytek, rozmnoží a rozplodí se, osídlím vás jako za vašich dávných časů. Budu ještě štědřejší než ve vašich počátcích. I poznáte, že já jsem Hospodin.12 Uvedu na vás lidi, Izraele, svůj lid, a ten vás obsadí, stanete se jejich dědictvím a nebudete je už připravovat o děti.“ 13 Toto praví Panovník Hospodin: „Protože o vás říkají: ‚Ty, země, požíráš lidi a svůj vlastní národ připravuješ o děti,‘14 nuže, už nebudeš požírat lidi ani nepřivedeš svůj národ k pádu, je výrok Panovníka Hospodina.15 Nedovolím, aby bylo slyšet, že tě pronárody haní, nebudeš už snášet potupu od kdejakého lidu, nepřivedeš už svůj národ k pádu, je výrok Panovníka Hospodina.“

16 I stalo se ke mně slovo Hospodinovo:17 „Lidský synu, když izraelský dům sídlil na své půdě, poskvrnili ji svou cestou a svými skutky. Jejich cesta přede mnou byla jako ženská nečistota.18 Vylil jsem na ně své rozhořčení za krev, kterou na zemi prolévali, a za to, že ji poskvrnili svými hnusnými modlami.19 Rozptýlil jsem je mezi pronárody, jsou roztroušeni po zemích, soudil jsem je podle jejich cest a skutků.20 Ale když přišli mezi pronárody, znesvěcovali mé svaté jméno, kamkoli přišli. Říkalo se o nich: ‚Je to lid Hospodinův, ale z jeho země museli odejít.‘21 I jala mě lítost pro mé svaté jméno, které oni, izraelský dům, znesvětili mezi pronárody, kamkoli přišli. 22 Řekni proto izraelskému domu: Toto praví Panovník Hospodin: Nečiním to kvůli vám, izraelský dome, nýbrž kvůli svému svatému jménu, které jste znesvěcovali mezi pronárody, kamkoli jste přišli.23 Opět posvětím své veliké jméno, znesvěcené mezi pronárody, jméno, které jste vy uprostřed nich znesvětili. I poznají pronárody, že já jsem Hospodin, je výrok Panovníka Hospodina, až na vás ukáži před jejich očima svou svatost.24 Vezmu vás z pronárodů, shromáždím vás ze všech zemí a přivedu vás do vaší země.25 Pokropím vás čistou vodou a budete očištěni; očistím vás ode všech vašich nečistot a ode všech vašich hnusných model.26 A dám vám nové srdce a do nitra vám vložím nového ducha. Odstraním z vašeho těla srdce kamenné a dám vám srdce z masa.27 Vložím vám do nitra svého ducha; učiním, že se budete řídit mými nařízeními, zachovávat moje řády a jednat podle nich.28 Pak budete sídlit v zemi, kterou jsem dal vašim otcům, budete mým lidem a já vám budu Bohem.29Zachráním vás ze všech vašich nečistot, přivolám obilí a rozhojním je a nedopustím na vás hlad.30 Rozhojním ovoce na stromech i polní úrodu, takže už neponesete mezi pronárody potupu kvůli hladu.31 Až si vzpomenete na své zlé cesty a na své nedobré skutky, budete se sami sobě ošklivit pro své nepravosti a ohavnosti.32 Nečiním to kvůli vám, je výrok Panovníka Hospodina, to vám buď známo; styď a hanbi se za své cesty, dome izraelský!“ 33 Toto praví Panovník Hospodin: „V den, kdy vás očistím ode všech vašich nepravostí, osídlím města, a co je v troskách, bude vystavěno.34 Zpustošená země bude obdělána, nebude už ležet zpustošená před zraky všech, kdo jdou kolem.35 Potom řeknou: ‚Tato zpustošená země je jako zahrada v Edenu: města ležící v troskách, zpustlá a zbořená, jsou nyní opevněna a osídlena.‘36 I poznají pronárody, které zůstanou vůkol, že já, Hospodin, jsem vystavěl, co bylo zbořeno, a osázel zpustošený kraj; já, Hospodin, jsem to vyhlásil i vykonal.37 Toto praví Panovník Hospodin: Opět budu izraelskému domu odpovídat na dotazy a prokážu jim toto: Rozmnožím lidi jako ovce.38 Bude jich jak ovcí posvěcených k obětem, jak ovcí v Jeruzalémě při slavnostních shromážděních; města obrácená v trosky naplní se lidmi jako ovcemi. I poznají, že já jsem Hospodin.“

Hle – mluvím zuřivě rozhorlen, protože se vám posmívali pohané.7Nuže, tak praví Panovník Hospodin: Přísahám, že pohanům kolem vás se také budou posmívat!8Vy, izraelské hory, se však budete jen zelenat a ponesete ovoce mému lidu, Izraeli, jenž se už brzy vrátí.9Vždyť já jsem přece s vámi! Obrátím k vám svou tvář a budou vás znovu orat a osívat.10Rozmnožím vaše obyvatele – celý a úplný dům Izraele – aby znovu obydleli města a vystavěli, co leží v troskách.11Rozmnožím vaše lidi i zvířata a budou se množit a rozmáhat. Osídlím vás jako za starodávna a budu k vám ještě štědřejší než kdysi. Tak poznáte, že já jsem Hospodin.12Znovu k vám přivedu lidi; Izrael, můj vlastní lid, vás obsadí a budete jejich dědictvím. Už nikdy je nepřipravíte o děti.13Tak praví Panovník Hospodin. Protože o tobě říkají: ‚Ta země požírá lidi a připravuje vlastní národ o děti,‘14proto už nebudeš požírat lidi a nebudeš už připravovat svůj národ o děti, praví Panovník Hospodin.15Nenechám už tě poslouchat posměch pohanů, nebudeš už muset snášet urážky národů a nikdy už nepřivedeš svůj národ k pádu, praví Panovník Hospodin.“
Dám vám nové srdce
16Dostal jsem slovo Hospodinovo:17„Synu člověčí, když dům Izraele ještě žil ve vlastní zemi, svými způsoby a skutky ji poskvrnil. Jejich způsoby byly v mých očích nečisté jako ženské krvácení.[1]18Vylil jsem tedy na ně svůj hněv, neboť v té zemi prolévali krev a poskvrnili ji svými hnusnými modlami.19Rozptýlil jsem je mezi národy, takže jsou rozprášeni po zemích. Odsoudil jsem je za jejich způsoby a skutky.20Kamkoli ale mezi národy přišli, všude mé svaté jméno znesvětili. Říkalo se totiž o nich: ‚Jsou Hospodinův lid, ale z jeho země museli odejít.‘21Proto jsem byl pohnut lítostí nad svým svatým jménem, které dům Izraele znesvětil mezi národy, kamkoli přišli.22Proto řekni domu Izraele – Tak praví Panovník Hospodin: Nedělám to kvůli vám, dome Izraele, ale kvůli svému svatému jménu, které jste znesvětili mezi národy, kamkoli jste přišli.23Posvětím své veliké jméno, znesvěcené mezi národy, jméno, které jste mezi nimi znesvětili. Ode vší vaší nečistoty a ode všech vašich hnusných model vás očistím.26Dám vám nové srdce a do nitra vám vložím nového ducha. Vezmu vám z těla srdce z kamene a dám vám srdce z masa.27Vložím vám do nitra svého Ducha a způsobím, abyste se řídili mými pravidly, dodržovali mé zákony a jednali podle nich.[2]28Budete bydlet v zemi, kterou jsem dal vašim otcům. Budete mým lidem a já budu vaším Bohem.29Ode vší vaší nečistoty vás zachráním. Přivolám také obilí a rozmnožím je. Vy buďte zahanbeni a styďte se za své způsoby, dome izraelský.33Toto praví Panovník Hospodin: V den, kdy vás očistím od všech vin, znovu obydlím vaše města, aby se vystavělo, co leží v troskách.34Zpustošená země bude obdělána, aby už před očima všech kolemjdoucích neležela pustá.35Řeknou: ‚Z té zpustošené země je teď úplná zahrada Eden! A ta rozbořená města, jež ležela opuštěná v troskách, jsou teď opevněná a obydlená.‘36Tak poznají národy, které zbudou ve vašem okolí, že já Hospodin jsem vystavěl zbořeniny a znovu osázel pustiny. To říkám já Hospodin; já to učiním.37Tak praví Panovník Hospodin: Znovu odpovím na modlitby domu Izraele[3] a toto pro ně učiním: Rozmnožím jejich lid jako stádo ovcí.38Bude jich jako stád posvěcených ovcí, jako ovcí v Jeruzalémě o svátcích – tak se ta rozbořená města zaplní lidmi jako ovcemi. 16Das Wort des HERRN erging an mich:17Menschensohn, als die vom Haus Israel in ihrem Land wohnten, machten sie es durch ihre Wege und ihre Taten unrein. Wie die monatliche Unreinheit der Frau waren ihre Wege in meinen Augen. (Lv 15,19; Ez 18,6)18Da goss ich meinen Zorn über sie aus, weil sie Blut vergossen im Land und es mit ihren Götzen befleckten.19Ich zerstreute sie unter die Nationen; in die Länder wurden sie vertrieben. Nach ihren Wegen und nach ihren Taten habe ich sie gerichtet. (Jr 24,7; Ez 11,19; Ez 39,29; 2K 3,3)27Ich gebe meinen Geist in euer Inneres und bewirke, dass ihr meinen Gesetzen folgt und auf meine Rechtsentscheide achtet und sie erfüllt. (Jr 31,33; Ez 11,20; Ez 37,24; 1J 3,23)28Dann werdet ihr in dem Land wohnen, das ich euren Vätern gegeben habe. Ihr werdet mir Volk sein und ich, ich werde euch Gott sein.29Ich befreie euch von all eurer Unreinheit. Ich rufe das Getreide und lasse es wachsen. Ich verhänge über euch keine Hungersnot mehr.30Ich vermehre die Frucht des Baumes und den Ertrag des Feldes, damit ihr unter den Nationen die Schande einer Hungersnot nicht mehr ertragen müsst. (Ez 34,27; Jl 2,19)31Dann werdet ihr an eure verkehrten Wege und an eure Taten denken, die nicht gut waren, und es wird euch ekeln vor euch selbst wegen eurer Gräueltaten. (Ez 6,9; Ez 16,61; Ez 20,43)32Nicht euretwegen handle ich so - Spruch GOTTES, des Herrn -, das soll von euch erkannt werden. Schämt euch und vergeht vor Scham wegen eurer Wege, ihr vom Haus Israel!33So spricht GOTT, der Herr: An dem Tag, da ich euch von all eurer Schuld reinige, mache ich die Städte bewohnbar und die Ruinen werden aufgebaut.34Das verödete Land wird bestellt, es liegt nicht mehr öde vor den Augen all derer, die vorübergehen.35Dann wird man sagen: Dieses verödete Land ist wie der Garten Eden geworden; die zerstörten, verödeten, vernichteten Städte sind befestigt. Sie werden bewohnt. (Gn 2,8; Iz 51,3; Ez 28,13; Ez 31,8)36Dann werden die restlichen Nationen rings um euch erkennen, dass ich, der HERR, das Zerstörte aufgebaut und das Verödete bepflanzt habe. Ich, der HERR, habe gesprochen und ich führe es aus. (Jr 1,10)37So spricht GOTT, der Herr: Ich lasse mich vom Haus Israel bitten, auch das noch für sie zu tun: Ich werde sie vermehren wie Schafe, die Menschen.38Wie geweihte Schafe, wie Schafe an den Festen Jerusalems, so werden Herden von Menschen die zerstörten Städte füllen. The Lord’s Concern for His Holy Name
16The word of the Lord came to me:17“Son of man, when the house of Israel lived in their own land, they defiled it by their ways and their deeds. Their ways before me were like the uncleanness of a woman in her menstrual impurity. (Lv 18,19; Lv 18,25; Ez 2,1)18So I poured out my wrath upon them for the blood that they had shed in the land, for the idols with which they had defiled it. (Ez 5,11; Ez 7,8; Ez 16,36; Ez 22,3)19I scattered them among the nations, and they were dispersed through the countries. In accordance with their ways and their deeds I judged them. (Ez 5,10; Ez 18,30)20But when they came to the nations, wherever they came, they profaned my holy name, in that people said of them, ‘These are the people of the Lord, and yet they had to go out of his land.’ (Iz 52,5; Ez 22,26; Ř 2,24)21But I had concern for my holy name, which the house of Israel had profaned among the nations to which they came. I Will Put My Spirit Within You
22“Therefore say to the house of Israel, Thus says the Lord God: It is not for your sake, O house of Israel, that I am about to act, but for the sake of my holy name, which you have profaned among the nations to which you came. (Dt 9,5; Ez 36,20; Ez 36,32)23And I will vindicate the holiness of my great name, which has been profaned among the nations, and which you have profaned among them. And the nations will know that I am the Lord, declares the Lord God, when through you I vindicate my holiness before their eyes. (Ez 36,22)33“Thus says the Lord God: On the day that I cleanse you from all your iniquities, I will cause the cities to be inhabited, and the waste places shall be rebuilt. (Ez 36,9; Ez 36,25)34And the land that was desolate shall be tilled, instead of being the desolation that it was in the sight of all who passed by.35And they will say, ‘This land that was desolate has become like the garden of Eden, and the waste and desolate and ruined cities are now fortified and inhabited.’ (Iz 51,3)36Then the nations that are left all around you shall know that I am the Lord; I have rebuilt the ruined places and replanted that which was desolate. I am the Lord; I have spoken, and I will do it.
