Псалм 106

1 Алилуя! Славете ГОСПОДА, защото е благ, защото Неговата милост е вечна! 2 Кой може да изкаже мощните дела на ГОСПОДА, кой може да провъзгласи цялата Му слава? 3 Блажени онези, които пазят правосъдие, и онзи, който върши правда във всички времена! 4 Помни ме, ГОСПОДИ, в благоволението към Своя народ, посети ме със спасението Си, 5 за да гледам добруването на Твоите избрани, за да се веселя във веселието на народа Ти, за да се хваля с Твоето наследство. 6 Съгрешихме, ние и бащите ни, извършихме беззаконие, постъпихме безчестно. 7 Бащите ни в Египет не разбираха Твоите чудеса, не помнеха множеството на Твоите милости, а се разбунтуваха при морето, при Червено море. 8 Но Той ги избави заради Името Си, за да направи познато могъществото Си. 9 Смъмри Червено море и то пресъхна и Той ги преведе през дълбочините като през пустиня. 10 Спаси ги от ръката на този, който ги мразеше, и ги изкупи от ръката на врага. 11 Водите покриха враговете им, не остана ни един от тях. 12 Тогава повярваха на думите Му и възпяха хвалата Му. 13 Но скоро забравиха делата Му и не изчакаха съвета Му, 14 а пожелаха лакомо в пустинята и изпитаха Бога в безводно място. 15 И Той им даде това, което искаха, но изпрати мършавост на душите им. 16 И те завидяха на Мойсей в стана и на Аарон, ГОСПОДНИЯ светия. 17 Земята се отвори и погълна Датан, и покри дружината на Авирон. 18 И огън се запали в дружината им, пламъкът пояде безбожните. 19 Те направиха теле в Хорив и се поклониха на излят образ. 20 Така размениха славата си за образа на говедо, което яде трева! 21 Забравиха Бога, своя Спасител, който беше извършил велики неща в Египет, 22 чудни – в земята на Хам, страшни – при Червено море. 23 Затова Той каза, че ще ги изтреби, ако Мойсей, избраният Му, не беше застанал пред Него в пролома, за да отвърне яростта Му, да не ги погуби. 24 И те презряха приятната земя, не повярваха на Неговото слово, 25 а зароптаха в шатрите си и не послушаха гласа на ГОСПОДА. 26 Затова Той вдигна ръката Си да ги измори в пустинята, 27 да повали потомството им между народите и да ги разпръсне по разни места. 28 Те се прилепиха и към Ваал-Фегор и ядоха жертви, принесени на мъртвите. 29 Така огорчиха Бога с делата си и язвата избухна сред тях. 30 Тогава стана Финеес и извърши съд, и язвата престана. 31 И това му се счете за правда през всички поколения, до века. 32 Разгневиха Го и при водите на Мерива, така че се случи зло на Мойсей заради тях. 33 Огорчиха духа му и той говори необмислено с устните си. 34 Те не унищожиха народите, за които ГОСПОД им беше заповядал, 35 а се смесиха с езичниците и се научиха на техните дела, 36 и служеха на идолите им, и те им станаха примка. 37 И синовете си и дъщерите си принесоха в жертва на демоните, 38 и проляха невинна кръв, кръвта на синовете си и на дъщерите си, които пожертваха на ханаанските идоли, и земята се оскверни от кръвопролитие. 39 Така се оскверниха чрез делата си и блудстваха в постъпките си. 40 Затова гневът на ГОСПОДА пламна против народа Му и Той се отврати от наследството Си. 41 Предаде ги в ръката на езичниците и онези, които ги мразеха, господстваха над тях. 42 Враговете им ги потискаха и те се покориха под ръката им. 43 Той много пъти ги избавяше, но те се бунтуваха в съвета си и бяха унижени заради беззаконието си. 44 Но Той погледна на бедствието им, когато чу вика им, 45 и заради тях си спомни Своя завет и се смили според величието на милостта Си. 46 И им даде да намерят милосърдие пред всички, които ги бяха пленили. 47 Спаси ни, ГОСПОДИ, Боже наш, и ни събери отсред народите, за да славим святото Ти Име и да сияем в Твоята слава. 48 Благословен да е ГОСПОД, Израилевият Бог, от века и до века! И целият народ да каже: Амин! Алилуя!

1 Praise the Lord! Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever! (1 Лет 16:34; 1 Лет 16:41; Пс 100:5; Пс 105:1; Пс 105:45) 2 Who can utter the mighty deeds of the Lord, or declare all his praise? 3 Blessed are they who observe justice, who do righteousness at all times! (Пс 15:2) 4 Remember me, O Lord, when you show favor to your people; help me when you save them,[1] (Пс 119:132) 5 that I may look upon the prosperity of your chosen ones, that I may rejoice in the gladness of your nation, that I may glory with your inheritance. (Пс 105:6; Пс 105:43) 6 Both we and our fathers have sinned; we have committed iniquity; we have done wickedness. (Лев 26:40; 3 Цар 8:47; Езд 9:6; Неем 1:6; Неем 9:16; Пс 79:8; Ер 3:25; Ер 14:20; Дан 9:5) 7 Our fathers, when they were in Egypt, did not consider your wondrous works; they did not remember the abundance of your steadfast love, but rebelled by the sea, at the Red Sea. (Изх 14:11; Пс 106:13; Пс 106:21) 8 Yet he saved them for his name’s sake, that he might make known his mighty power. (Изх 9:16; Ез 20:9; Ез 20:14) 9 He rebuked the Red Sea, and it became dry, and he led them through the deep as through a desert. (Изх 14:21; Пс 18:15; Пс 104:7; Ис 50:2; Ис 51:10; Ис 63:13) 10 So he saved them from the hand of the foe and redeemed them from the power of the enemy. (Изх 14:30; Пс 107:2) 11 And the waters covered their adversaries; not one of them was left. (Изх 14:28; Изх 15:5) 12 Then they believed his words; they sang his praise. (Изх 14:31; Изх 15:1) 13 But they soon forgot his works; they did not wait for his counsel. (Изх 15:24; Изх 16:2; Изх 17:2; Пс 78:11; Пс 107:11) 14 But they had a wanton craving in the wilderness, and put God to the test in the desert; (Изх 17:2; Чис 11:4; Пс 78:18; 1 Кор 10:6; 1 Кор 10:9) 15 he gave them what they asked, but sent a wasting disease among them. (Пс 78:29; Ис 10:16) 16 When men in the camp were jealous of Moses and Aaron, the holy one of the Lord, (Чис 16:1; Вт 33:2; Зах 14:5; Юда 1:14) 17 the earth opened and swallowed up Dathan, and covered the company of Abiram. (Чис 16:31; Вт 11:6) 18 Fire also broke out in their company; the flame burned up the wicked. (Чис 16:35) 19 They made a calf in Horeb and worshiped a metal image. (Изх 32:4; Вт 9:8; Д А 7:41) 20 They exchanged the glory of God[2] for the image of an ox that eats grass. (Ер 2:11; Рим 1:23) 21 They forgot God, their Savior, who had done great things in Egypt, (Вт 32:18; Пс 78:11; Пс 106:7; Пс 106:13) 22 wondrous works in the land of Ham, and awesome deeds by the Red Sea. (Пс 78:51; Пс 105:23; Пс 105:27) 23 Therefore he said he would destroy them— had not Moses, his chosen one, stood in the breach before him, to turn away his wrath from destroying them. (Чис 14:2; Вт 1:27) 26 Therefore he raised his hand and swore to them that he would make them fall in the wilderness, (Изх 6:8; Чис 14:30; Вт 32:40; Пс 95:11; Ез 20:6; Ез 20:15; Ез 20:23) 27 and would make their offspring fall among the nations, scattering them among the lands. (Пс 44:11) 28 Then they yoked themselves to the Baal of Peor, and ate sacrifices offered to the dead; (Чис 25:3; Ис 8:19; Ос 9:10) 29 they provoked the Lord to anger with their deeds, and a plague broke out among them. 30 Then Phinehas stood up and intervened, and the plague was stayed. (Чис 25:7) 31 And that was counted to him as righteousness from generation to generation forever. (Бит 15:6; Чис 25:10) 32 They angered him at the waters of Meribah, and it went ill with Moses on their account, (Чис 20:2; Вт 1:37) 33 for they made his spirit bitter,[3] and he spoke rashly with his lips. (Чис 20:10; Пс 78:40; Пс 107:11; Ис 63:10) 34 They did not destroy the peoples, as the Lord commanded them, (Вт 7:2; Вт 7:16; Съд 1:21; Съд 1:27; Съд 2:2) 35 but they mixed with the nations and learned to do as they did. (Съд 3:5; Езд 9:2) 36 They served their idols, which became a snare to them. (Изх 23:33; Вт 7:16; Съд 2:3) 37 They sacrificed their sons and their daughters to the demons; (Вт 32:17; 4 Цар 16:3; Ис 57:5; Ез 16:20; Ез 20:26; 1 Кор 10:20) 38 they poured out innocent blood, the blood of their sons and daughters, whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan, and the land was polluted with blood. (Ис 24:5) 39 Thus they became unclean by their acts, and played the whore in their deeds. (Пс 73:27; Ез 20:18; Ез 20:30) 40 Then the anger of the Lord was kindled against his people, and he abhorred his heritage; (Съд 2:14; Пс 28:9; Пс 78:59; Пс 78:62) 41 he gave them into the hand of the nations, so that those who hated them ruled over them. (Неем 9:27) 42 Their enemies oppressed them, and they were brought into subjection under their power. (Съд 4:3; Съд 10:12) 43 Many times he delivered them, but they were rebellious in their purposes and were brought low through their iniquity. (Лев 26:39; Съд 2:16; Пс 81:12) 44 Nevertheless, he looked upon their distress, when he heard their cry. (Съд 3:9; Съд 4:3; Съд 6:7; Съд 10:10) 45 For their sake he remembered his covenant, and relented according to the abundance of his steadfast love. (Лев 26:42; Пс 51:1; Пс 69:16; Пс 90:13; Пс 105:8; Пс 106:7; Ис 63:7; П Ер 3:32) 46 He caused them to be pitied by all those who held them captive. (3 Цар 8:50; 2 Лет 30:9; Езд 9:9; Неем 1:11; Ер 42:12) 47 Save us, O Lord our God, and gather us from among the nations, that we may give thanks to your holy name and glory in your praise. (1 Лет 16:35; Пс 107:3) 48 Blessed be the Lord, the God of Israel, from everlasting to everlasting! And let all the people say, “Amen!” Praise the Lord! (Пс 41:13; Пс 104:35)
