Joh 11:1Now a certain man was ill, Lazarus of Bethany, the village of Mary and her sister Martha.Joh 12:9When the large crowd of the Jews learned that Jesus was there, they came, not only on account of him but also to see Lazarus, whom he had raised from the dead.Lu 16:20And at his gate was laid a poor man named Lazarus, covered with sores,Joh 11:5Now Jesus loved Martha and her sister and Lazarus.Lu 16:23and in Hades, being in torment, he lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham far off and Lazarus at his side.Joh 11:38Then Jesus, deeply moved again, came to the tomb. It was a cave, and a stone lay against it.Joh 11:14Then Jesus told them plainly, “Lazarus has died,Joh 11:17Now when Jesus came, he found that Lazarus had already been in the tomb four days.Joh 11:43When he had said these things, he cried out with a loud voice, “Lazarus, come out.”Joh 11:6So, when he heard that Lazarus was ill, he stayed two days longer in the place where he was.Joh 12:17The crowd that had been with him when he called Lazarus out of the tomb and raised him from the dead continued to bear witness.Joh 12:2So they gave a dinner for him there. Martha served, and Lazarus was one of those reclining with him at table.Joh 12:10So the chief priests made plans to put Lazarus to death as well,Lu 16:19“There was a rich man who was clothed in purple and fine linen and who feasted sumptuously every day.Joh 11:11After saying these things, he said to them, “Our friend Lazarus has fallen asleep, but I go to awaken him.”Joh 11:2It was Mary who anointed the Lord with ointment and wiped his feet with her hair, whose brother Lazarus was ill.Lu 16:24And he called out, ‘Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus to dip the end of his finger in water and cool my tongue, for I am in anguish in this flame.’Lu 16:25But Abraham said, ‘Child, remember that you in your lifetime received your good things, and Lazarus in like manner bad things; but now he is comforted here, and you are in anguish.Joh 12:1Six days before the Passover, Jesus therefore came to Bethany, where Lazarus was, whom Jesus had raised from the dead.Ac 9:36Now there was in Joppa a disciple named Tabitha, which, translated, means Dorcas. She was full of good works and acts of charity.Re 1:18and the living one. According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,Joh 11:24Martha said to him, “I know that he will rise again in the resurrection on the last day.”1Co 15:42So is it with the resurrection of the dead.
