2 for his judgments are true and just; for he has judged the great prostitute who corrupted the earth with her immorality, and has avenged on her the blood of his servants.” (De 32:43; 2Ki 9:7; Re 6:10; Re 15:3; Re 16:6; Re 16:7; Re 17:1) 

New International Version

2 for true and just are his judgments. He has condemned the great prostitute who corrupted the earth by her adulteries. He has avenged on her the blood of his servants.’

2 The way he judges is true and fair. He has judged the great prostitute. She made the earth impure with her terrible sins. God has paid her back for killing those who served him.’ 

King James Version

2 For true and righteous are his judgments: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.
