New International Version

8 You transplanted a vine from Egypt; you drove out the nations and planted it. 

New International Reader’s Version

8 You brought Israel out of Egypt. Israel was like a vine. After you drove the nations out of Canaan, you planted the vine in their land. 

King James Version

8 Thou hast brought a vine out of Egypt: thou hast cast out the heathen, and planted it.
