4 And Eleazar the priest shall take some of its blood with his finger, and sprinkle some of its blood toward the front of the tent of meeting seven times. (Le 4:6; Le 4:17; Le 16:14; Le 16:19; Heb 9:13) 

New International Version

4 Then Eleazar the priest is to take some of its blood on his finger and sprinkle it seven times towards the front of the tent of meeting. 

New International Reader’s Version

4 Then Eleazar the priest must put some of its blood on his finger. He must sprinkle the blood towards the front of the tent of meeting. He must do it seven times. 

King James Version

4 And Eleazar the priest shall take of her blood with his finger, and sprinkle of her blood directly before the tabernacle of the congregation seven times:
