3 And you shall give it to Eleazar the priest, and it shall be taken outside the camp and slaughtered before him. (Le 4:12; Heb 13:11) 

New International Version

3 Give it to Eleazar the priest; it is to be taken outside the camp and slaughtered in his presence. 

New International Reader’s Version

3 Give it to Eleazar the priest. It must be taken outside the camp and killed in front of him.
