English Standard Version

4 then he who brings his offering shall offer to the Lord a grain offering of a tenth of an ephah[1] of fine flour, mixed with a quarter of a hin[2] of oil; (Ex 29:40; Le 2:1; Le 6:14; Le 14:10; Le 23:13; Nu 28:5) 

New International Version

4 then the person who brings an offering shall present to the Lord a grain offering of a tenth of an ephah[1] of the finest flour mixed with a quarter of a hin[2] of olive oil. 

New International Reader’s Version

4 With each of the offerings, the person who brings it must present to the LORD a grain offering. It must be 1.5 kilograms of the finest flour. It must be mixed with a litre of olive oil. 

King James Version

4 Then shall he that offereth his offering unto the LORD bring a meat offering of a tenth deal of flour mingled with the fourth part of an hin of oil.
