3 and you offer to the Lord from the herd or from the flock a food offering[1] or a burnt offering or a sacrifice, to fulfill a vow or as a freewill offering or at your appointed feasts, to make a pleasing aroma to the Lord, (Ge 8:21; Ex 29:18; Le 1:2; Le 4:31; Le 22:21; Le 23:8; Le 23:12; Le 23:36; Le 27:2; Nu 28:19; Nu 28:27; De 16:10)

3 and you present to the Lord food offerings from the herd or the flock, as an aroma pleasing to the Lord – whether burnt offerings or sacrifices, for special vows or freewill offerings or festival offerings –

3 When you do, you will present food offerings to the LORD. The animals must come from your herd or flock. The smell of the offerings will please the LORD. They can be either burnt offerings or sacrifices. They can be either for special promises or for feast offerings. Or they can be for offerings you choose to give.

3 And will make an offering by fire unto the LORD, a burnt offering, or a sacrifice in performing a vow, or in a freewill offering, or in your solemn feasts, to make a sweet savour unto the LORD, of the herd, or of the flock:
