Numbers 15:30

30 But the person who does anything with a high hand, whether he is native or a sojourner, reviles the Lord, and that person shall be cut off from among his people. (De 17:12; Ps 19:13; Heb 10:26)

New International Version

30 ‘ “But anyone who sins defiantly, whether native-born or foreigner, utters blasphemy against the Lord and must be cut off from the people of Israel.

30 ‘ “But suppose someone sins on purpose. It does not matter whether they are an Israelite or an outsider. They speak evil things against the LORD. They must be separated from the community of Israel.

30 But the soul that doeth ought presumptuously, whether he be born in the land, or a stranger, the same reproacheth the LORD; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people.
